Author's Note: ^-^ Whoa! My FIRST fic..

I hope I can stay on top of things! ^_^;

Anyway, I've had this idea for a while, so I hope you like it!

Inuyasha chased after the demon that called him self Naraku, the demon hated him so much and he didn't know why 'get back here you cowered, fight me' he caches after him with Kagome, Miroku and Shipo not far behind.

'Stand and fight if you hate me so much!' Inuyasha yelled well following Naraku.

Naraku stopped dead in his tracks and turned to face Inuyasha 'Do you want to know why I hate you so much' 'I hate every thing you are, who you are' he said while brining his arm up to attack.

Inuyasha struck the ape skin cloak it tore with one stick. Naraku with one swift movement removed the tattered skin, with in it a girl almost dead like lay a float in the air. Inuyasha stopped and looked at her. He looked like he had just seen a ghost.

Kagome came up behind Inuyasha with her bow ready to strike the demon she seen before her. On she knew as Naraku, the other unknown but looked like it had already been defeated. She then looked an Inuyasha, her eyes filled with uncertainty 'Inuyasha what's wrong?'

She then looked at the demon who appeared to be dead 'Inuyasha what, who is that?'

'Neko..' He whispered with no breath

******flash back ******

'Inuy, Inuy come help me'

(as you see a little girl who resembles Inuyasha)

'What is it you foolish child'

'Look, it's so pretty, help me, I want to catch it..'

Inuyasha swatted at it, as the small butterfly fell to the ground dead 'There know leave me be'

The small girl began to cry 'why, why Inuy, why did you do that?'

'You wanted me to catch it so I did?' he said with confusion in his voice

'Not kill it, why kill something to pretty? Would you kill every thing that's pretty like that?'

With those words Inuyasha left. A few moments latter he came back to the young girl with a mirror,

'Look Neko, what do you see?'

'I see me?'

'Yes, you see Neko, a very pretty Neko at that, I would never kill a pretty thing like Neko. I would protect you until the day I die'

'You promise?'

'Yes I promise'

They walk away hand in hand.. But yet the girl never opened her mouth?

'I hate you because of her' Naraku yelled as Inuyasha looked at him in horde. 'I hate you because of what you are' 'I don't under stand' Inuyasha whispered at to no one 'Inuyasha who is she?' Kagome asked once more, but as if she knew she would not get an answer,

'Neko' was all he replied He then leapt toward her to grab he but as he did so the demon stopped him with a trust to his back yelling 'I HATE YOU BECAUSE OF HER LOVE!'

'You, you stole her, you, YOU STOLE HER FROM ME!' he yelled and tried once more to get her..

Inuyasha and Naraku went in to hand to hand combat over the girl. Punches, kicks and magic flow throw the air. Kagome in spit of the fight when towered the girl unseen by the two in flight. She garbed the girl and with the help of Miroku and Shipo and tock her to safety in there arms. They ran and found the presets how locked the girl in a hut covered in magic seals to word of evil sprits, Naraku.

Kagome went back to the fight and got Inuyasha's attention, signaling that they had the girl, Inuyasha lead Naraku away and lost him. All you could hear when Inuyasha got back was Naraku yelling 'NO!'
