The Legend of Zelda: While You Were Out

Chapter One:
It was the kind of ordinary Saturday afternoon that normally went untouched by any sort of activity for Kit, but, unbeknowest to our hero, that ordinary afternoon would quickly metamorphasise into an amazing romance, worthy of a fanfic dedicated to the events about to occur. Ahem, anyway...
He lay sprawled across the futon in his basement lazily progressing through his vast collection of NES games. "Blehhh..." He said. "I wish Gwen would get back. I am so freaking bored!" Gwen, his girlfriend of about a year had gone off on a business trip to Canada, and would not be back for at least another week.
Kit stared apathetically at the television as his Black Mage sprite was struck down by GARLAND. "Damn... I'd forgotten how difficult this game is..." He decided that he'd already had enough of Final Fantasy for awhile. He began to sift through his nintendo cabinet, when the glint of gold caught his eye. "Ahhh... Zelda! Truly a game among games, but which one shall I play today?"After much contemplation (probably more than is healthy) he settled for Ocarina of Time.
As always, Kit blew the dust from the cartridge, and delicately slid it into his tragically disfunctional N64. "Work dammit!" He exclaimed in a particularly biblical moment. It would seem fitting that the heavens would part, and shine down upon him, but the forces that be had something far more interesting than parting heavens, and such for Kit. So much more in fact that this moment was determined to be an excellent breakpoint for chapter one of this hideous fan fic experiment gone not quite right.
What is in store for our intrepid hero? What the hell is actually going on? Does anybody really care? Some of these questions may be answered if I ever decide to continue this story. I have some really wicked ideas circulating through my brain right now that are too delicious to not submit to a creepy website tailored mostly to horny teenage girls. He probably gets it on with a variety of Zelda maidens, (and maybe a couple of the really cute guys, and the chickens...)
