Family drama is in the air in Madagascar. The kingdom's resident odd couple are faced with the prospect of becoming parents, but getting custody of a marooned kid isn't easy for a pair of pariahs like them, especially with certain busybodies breathing down their necks. Things only get worse when Mary Ann gets blamed for lemurs disappearing...

The newest and most reputed nightclub in town, the grand Club Xanadu, is arranging a beauty pageant with the intent of determining the most beautiful woman in the kingdom. King Julien, thirsty to seize the big award for himself, decides to participate, but to win he'll need to enlist someone else in his stead. And he has just the right person for the job...

Turns out the lemur kingdom wasn't as prepared for Clover's absence as they thought. With her gone and the threat of fossa once again looming over their heads, our lovable lemurs are in dire need of a hero. King Julien believes Frank himself has shown him that hero in the most unlikely of animals.

An old foe of Julien's makes an unexpected comeback, but not in the way the lemur king expected. With his former enemy back in his life, Julien is left to deal with an awkward dilemma. Meanwhile, a scandalous rumor about the two spreads through the kingdom…

So what if King Julien made some very stupid (er) decisions during important events in his life? Or was the victim of forces outside of his control, but still mainly of his own stupid decisions? Thanks to Masikura's magic crystal ball thingy, he learns how his life could have gone differently…and for the worse.

Clover, thinking that her true love just got married to her sister, goes back to her normal life, believing that she is forever destined to be alone. Written for MadaChristmas Secret Santa 2019 Being the queen of the mountain lemurs has been stressful to say the least and left Clover with very little time to visit Julien. In fact, its months before she gets the chance to return to the kingdom. She ready for shenanigans and over the top parties, however, it isn't exactly the homecoming she imagined.

Due to his evasion of feelings, Julien unintentionally sends Clover on a bit of a wild goose chase. It does lead her back to the source of all the trouble, anyway.
