Cassie watches helplessly as Kendrix enters the wall of the evil pink whirlwind. If she could only move....

The young woman looks back. I have to do this, Cassie! That's the only thing that will stop her!
She goes deeper into the whirlwind. Cassie can hear the Rangers fighting on the other side of the mountain. She can't help anyone because she let Psycho Pink get her morpher.....

And now she can't do anything to help fix that. Before Cassie can protest, more pain shoots through her body. Kendrix knew that this was the only way to save her friends. Cassie is dying, and the Pink Psycho monster is destroying her friends. The vortex is an evil, ugly thing. The power is overwhelming. Kendrix fight the urge to run away and vomit.

Kendrix reaches for the sword, and Cassie flinches as well. The other Rangers are at her side now, and can't stop nor help Kendrix. When the sword is tugged free, Cassie winces as the pain reaches it's high, then disappears.

A blast of pink light, and Cassie knows hoping for the best won't work. They get to the area, but all that's left is the sword and morpher. Kendrix appears in front of them, a little faded. More pain rips at Cassie. Kendrix smiles at them for the last time, then disappears.
They watch as the Pink Quasar Saber flew into the sky and vanishes.

In the hanger, Cassie can't help but feel guilty. There are no hard feelings, but still yet....
Why Kendrix? It was my morpher, it should have been me! Now she's dead.....
Andros puts his hand on her shoulder. We all knew the risks when we became Rangers.
She just sighs. As the Astro team flies through the stars, and Cassie only knows that Kendrix isn't feeling anymore pain. Right?
