Tenchi & Sasami (Tsunami)
Immortally
|| Eternally Incarnated ||
Fallen dreams of the long night
Darken, my parting sight,
When, this shadow has lain
Where haunting echoes return, yet again;
There, bygone days remind so,
That I yearn to know.
Quietly slumber by open window curtained calm light,
Still wishing under starlight,
Slowly sweep hidden wings across the sky
And beneath the moon glances by;
Delicate hands reach to hold
When her shimmering wings bend and then fold.
Summon our wings of radiant light
Outstretch and wave together into the starry night;
In dreamy glowing, gazing faces near;
I close, my eyes; a whisper fills, my ear;
Softened and sweetened, faze
My kindling soul as I float, dreaming, in a daze.
Tumbling down in secret paradise,
Tugging my hand to my pleasant surprise,
Giggling modestly, she leads the way;
I show a smile, but know not what to say;
How warm my throbbing heart glow
When we stay nearby, where pinks grow.
Soon, pick me a fragrant, she does flutter
Closer to lean while nervously I fluster;
Scented enchanted, I embrace; that we share,
Although my mind is unaware,
With a smooth slow sway of my hand,
A blue rose blooms, where we stand.
Entranced a spell between faces,
Around my cheeks, her gentle finger traces;
An innocent gaze into her eyes mesmerizes
And suddenly, my soul, paralyzes,
Her darling titters hide by sleeves;
Then dancing, casting perfumed leaves.
My magnetized stare attracts toward her song,
While my spirit sings along;
When timid steps follow with her in my arms,
My thoughts sound many alarms,
But, oh my heart and all that is inside,
Refuse to let go as she leans by my side.
Away we stroll alone, under moony shade;
And I whistle a hushed serenade;
So, I soothe a softhearted whisper in her ear
Something she wishes to hear,
And that reddens her face;
Her sapphire hair tickles me with an unexpected embrace.
Slipping away, out of sight,
Above the moonlit sea, and eloping by dawn's light,
Do take me away; do take me away
With only you beside me, wherever you may;
So now and always, in my heart, in me;
Eternally incarnated, Goddess Tsunami.
