Having crossed an enormous distance unknowingly to a City isolated from the rest of Runeterra, Powder, at her darkest moment, meets Angela, at her most triumphant, and everything changes from there.

Following its arrival come invitations to those who have something they are desperate to obtain, promising them their desires if they are able to overcome a trial. SPOILERS FOR LIBRARY OF RUINA Roland, about to finally acomplish his goal that he had waited so long for, is fatefully denied his revenge by a quick-thinking Angela, and thrust into a world he does not know. How will this Colour from another world handle the dangerous realm he finds himself in? Like a badass, probably. I mean this IS Roland after all.

All Might doesn't drop the sludge villain and Izuku just went through the worst day of his life. Walking home with nothing left to lose he is noticed by The City. The City, an ever growing mockery of society has taken interest in him and his world. Engulfing him and providing him knowledge, Izuku and the quirkless unknowingly put the entire world at risk of the unknown.
