It was dark and windy night outside, and it so happened that Arnold was coming back from doing a tiring research project, he was working on with Gerald at the library. The wind blew Arnolds shaggy blond hair out of his
face as walked along the streets of ps118.
He kept walking along, passing on by the playground, until he heard someone
sobbing near by, and he looked around as if to find someone, but he
couldn't seem to find anyone that is until he looked towards the
playground. He saw a fragile looking blond girl huddle up in a ball,
letting her back lean against the fence.
He walked toward fragile looking girl, who was sobbing uncontrollably and soon as he got closer to her, he bent down towards her and but his hand on
her shoulder "You ok?" Arnold asked concerned, whiling looking at the
sobbing girl, who had her head down in her arms.
The girl looked up with tears in her eyes, and looked Arnold in the face. Arnold's eyes widen as he realized who the girl was "Helga?" He spoke not
believing his eyes.
Helga tried to respond, but as she tried, only sobs seem to escape her mouth, Arnold didn't really know what to do, except to take her in to his arms and hold her until she was calmed down, and he only hoped she wouldn't
be mad at him, for trying to comfort her.
He sat there in the cold of night, holding the fragile looking Helga close to him, so he could give her comfort and to keep her warm, from the wind
the was starting to get very chilly.
Helga slowly drifted off to sleep in his arms, after a while from sobbing. Arnold looked down at the sleeping Helga in his arms and smiled *She looked
so beautiful . like an angel* Arnold thought silently to himself, he suddenly shook those thoughts away, *what in the world am I thinking this was Helga G Pataki, I'm holding in my arms, yet she looks peaceful as ever
especially with the moon light shining on her face* Arnold thought to himself once more. Arnold finally pushed his thoughts aside and, started to
carry the sleeping beauty in his arms out of the playground.
Arnold stopped for a minute and quickly walked over to a park bench with a sleeping Helga in his arms, he gently moved his arm out from under Helga as to not wake her and softly laid her on the bench, he lifted up his left arm to check what time it was, "Holy crap" Arnold whispered to himself, as he
stared at his watch that said 1:30 am.
He looked down at the sleeping form of Helga, who seem to let out a small moan, he gently picked her back up into his arms, and since it was to late to take Helga back to the Pataki's house, he decided he would take her to
the boarding house and let her sleep in one of the rooms tonight.
And so Arnold was off with a sleeping Helga in his arms.
