Rakaimaru turned to Sesshomaru. He was ready to finish off Sesshomaru and take all of their jewels to make himself stronger. Sesshomaru was standing next to Inuyasha's body. It seemed more like a corpse than an unconcious body. Sesshomaru jumped at Rakaimaru in an attempt to injur him but, Rakaimaru moved to the side. He had dodged a fatal blow from point blank range!!! That was impossible to dodge
"You'll have to do better than that little brother. You need to remember that I have 1/2 of the Shikkon jewel while you have only 1/4. You can't possibly think you can even touch me? Look at what I did to your mighty brother Inuyasha. he has been reduced to a corpse! I cannot believe how Naraku fell to him. He was weak. What makes you think you have a chance of defeating when your brother could not?" said Rakaimaru.

"Dammit. How the hell are we supposed to defeat him? He's too powerful. If only I had some distraction or some way to paralyze him long enough for me or Inuyasha to inflict a blow on him. Wait! I could take Kagome's bow and shoot him! That should be useful." thought Sesshomaru. With that, he dashed towards the paralyzed Kagome and took her bow and arrows. He loaded the bow with 5 arrows.
"Take this you bastard!!!!!!!!" yelled Sesshomaru. He fired the arrows at Rakaimaru. It was gaining speed. It was about to hit Rakaimaru. Then, he took Inuyasha and used him as a human shield. 4 out of the 5 arrows hit Inuyasha in the back. He fell to the ground, heavily wounded. The 5th arrow however managed to hit Rakaimaru! The area where it hit Rakaimaru glowed a pinkish-purple. It then sank into Rakaimaru!
"Mwuhahahahhahahha!!!! You fool! I have the ability to absorb the Shikkon jewels and use it as my power. The arrows were given their power by the jewel! Hmph. I thought that they were regular arrows. But, I thank you for giving me more power! Now I can destroy you with using less of my energy!" laughed Rakaimaru in triumph.
