Heart Beat
I don't own anything.
This is just a small thing I thought of. It's only one chapter because it's a poem.
Heart Beat!
Barely thirteen, maybe even twelve,
While looking at her, his heart seemed to swell.
The green of her eyes brought him a smile,
And her own grin, made him go wild.
He held his tongue, stopping him from saying all he wanted to say.
Because he knew he'd get the chance someday.
While his heart. beat out of his chest.
Not a day older then fifteen,
And all they would do is yell and scream.
Turning him down, and not giving him a chance,
Shattering his hopes, but turning down a dance.
Red on the side of his face,
She slapped him hard in that very place.
Walking away cursing, to his surprise,
She didn't see the tears in his eyes.
While his heart. beat out of his chest.
Years later, around autumn time of year,
The two of them kissed and brought cheer.
They came together in that short time of life,
And were now pronounced man and wife.
Deeply in love, during those years of harm,
But not caring, as long as they were in each other's arms.
She smiled at him with an "I love you"
He said it back, and his dreams came through.
While his heart. beat out of his chest.
With a cry, the news hit the stands,
That woman had made a child with that man.
They held that little boy tightly rocking their creation,
Little did they know of terror across the nation.
That man stared into his baby's eyes,
Bright and innocent, and not filled with lies.
He looked at his wife, scared and happy all in one,
He held young Harry, his beautiful new-born son.
While his heart. beat out of his chest.
A loud bang at the door,
Only moments before,
He came in.
That man turned to his wife,
And his creation of life.
"I love you both."
With a kiss on the lips,
And two words in a hiss.
He was gone.
The murderer turned to the wife,
And took her life,
Leaving behind their helpless baby.
While his heart. beat out of his chest.
AN Harry's heart is beating in the last line; all the rest refers to James! I'm baaaaaaaaaaack!
