Ned realizes that it's selfish to keep Chuck from having a normal relationship and he decides to end things. Chuck refuses to accept their breakup, and continues to hope things will resolve themselves. Olive takes it upon herself to comfort her friends, but she and Ned end up doing something that will potentially ruin everything. Emerson...well Emerson is stuck in the middle of it.

Olive is undeniably in love with Ned the Pie-Maker. Will he ever notice and return her love with Chuck now in the picture? Only time can tell, until then Olive has some ideas and plans. She isn't going to give up yet.

They called her the Lonely Tourist when she died, which was ironic: she had never much wanted for company, and her first journey was her last. Decades later, the nickname is finally appropriate. (Suppose when Ned makes people alive again, they remain forever as they were before they died.)
