After finally getting the accomplishment of S ranking every boss in Cuphead, Curly Barnaby is feeling proud. Perhaps too proud. The devil always comes to collect, and he forces her to test her pride even further by sending her into the game so she can do the same thing she bragged about. With some help from unlikely allies, she'll have to beat the devil and the DLC to go back home.

What was supposed to be a nice movie night. Ends with Alicia and Cuppy in the world of The Cuphead Show. Both become fast friends with Cuphead and Mugman as they try to avoid the devil who falls in love with Alicia and find a way back home.

Cuphead and Mugman are living the good life as heroes after defeating the Devil. But, in a vengeful turn of events, the boys are kidnapped by the Devil and are forced to give up their souls. Unfortunately, King Dice failed to take Cuphead's soul, so Devil fired him and replaced him with his Henchman. King Dice seeks revenge.

The Cup Trio were about to watch the Inkwell Races until the Devil showed up for Cuphead's soul again. However, this made him and Cuphead end up hit by a truck, taken to the hospital, and bedridden due to their broken right legs as they share a room with a lion angel who holds a grudge against the Devil as Mugman and Chalice try to get to Cuphead.
