friend's Neopets. I'm trying to write something different. So tell me if

Hi, My name is Laura. I'm a Kacheek Neopet that Is blue. I made some wonderful friends in the woods. Well, maybe I should start at the beginning.
I was born in a country. No family, no friends. The way that Neopets are born are out of eggs. Well, for Neopets, once one is born, the mother dies. The father leaves for a journey. Never to return. I was walking threw the woods, when suddenly, 2 HUGE bears started chasing me. I ran as fast as I can, and stopped to catch my breath. The 2 bears couldn't get to me because they couldn't get by this thingy that was blocking his path. I turned away from them, and looked at all the riches around me. When I was looking around, I saw that there were 3 bat things. 1 was yellow, 1 was blue, and 1 was red. I saw a dragon like creature. It was green. I stood there in horror. I watched them come down closer to me. They landed. "you new here?" the yellow one said.
"uh, yes." I said.
"well, Me and my twin friend's are Shoyru. This is a Scorchio." The yellow Shoryu said.
"we are Neopets." Said the blue one.
"and what type of Neopet are you?" the red one said.
"Uh, a Kacheek." I said.
"Oh," they all said together.
"so what brings you here?" said the Scorchio.
"Well, I was walking threw the woods when these HUGE bears."
"wait, huge, bears?" the red one said.
"Um, yes." I said
They looked at me with horror.
"come with us." Said the blue Shoryu.
They began to lift off.
"I don't know how to fly." I said to them.
"Oh, well, then, get on my back." Said the yellow one. She lift me on her back, and she flew high into the sky. The view was beautiful. We landed in front of a cave.
"Kougra? Are you in there?" The yellow one called. We all heard 2 roars. Uh oh, I thought, this doesn't look good.
