Rogue crashed into the warehouse without a second thought. That was her first mistake, her second mistake was wearing the gloves Remy gave her for Christmas (look-a-like of his). As she stance up for an attack, she quickly took in her surroundings. Crates everywhere.

"Plenty of places for me to hide out until the hotshot himself decides to show up," Rogue stated aloud.

"Plenty of places for me to stay hidden until you show up, my dear."

A strange yet familiar voice broke the silence. Spinning around at the sound of the voice, Rogue came face to face with the source of all her pain, misery, and loneness.

"What are you doing here? I told you I would be fine without your help. Thanks to you, they probably ran off thinking you're part of the back up I wasn't supposed to have. Thanks a lot Summers."

"Don't thank me just yet Rogue."

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"I'm sorry Rogue, I really am. But they had Alex and Jean. I couldn't let them die on account of you."

"Scott, whose they? What are you talking about? Whose got Havok? Scott? Scott?"

"My, my aren't you a nosy one, aren't you Rogue? Mr. Summers regarding our contract, you completed your first objective and for that I commend you, however you told out little secret to her and that I cannot ignore. So for completing one of the two missions I gave you, you only get one of the two captives. So you must choose, your brother Alex, or your wife Jean."

"How can you force a man to make such a choice?"

"I could give you half of each if that would make you happier."

"NO! he'll take one person with no detachments. And he'll take his wife."

"My, my you're such a feisty one now aren't you? But where do you get off deciding who goes home with him and who stays with us?

"By the looks and sounds of it, I'm now your prisoner, and I certainly don't want the red-headed bitch as my cellmate, me and Alex get along better. Therefore if you want peace in the prison cell, you'll do as I say."

"Why you little brat, who are you to give me orders? Why I otta."

"Do as she says, she speaks the truth and convinces me of who stays with us. It shall be the one called Havok, and I pray to the heavens that none should befall the prison cells."

"So now that you have discovered our reason for being here is to obtain you, will you come quietly, or will we have to use force?"

"It depends on which one of you nimrods I will have the pleasure of duking it out with." A slight pause carries over the group of evildoers before Raven recomposing herself and snaps her fingers three quick times.

"Snap" "Snap" "Snap"

The sound of cards shuffling materializes instantaneously and creeps closer and closer to Rogue until she feels hot breath on her neck. For a brief moment Rogue's knees go weak but with sheer determination, Rogue gathers herself before the Charming Cajun can notice her yearning for him.

"Remy be the one chere be duking it out with. But only if chere accepts Remy's challenge."

"Remy, I'm gonna give ya such a."

Rogue spun around to face Remy as she threatened him only to her dismay he wraps his arms around her waist tightly and kisses her long, hard, and forceful.
