I don't own Skies of Arcadia. That's all Sega, WOWorks, Nintendo, and whoever else is in on the deal.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

'Twas the night before Moonfest and all through the isle,

Not a creature was stirring, not within a mile.

The Delphinus was docked in the port with great care,

To take her out now, no one would dare.

The crew was sleeping cozy in their bunks,

An hour previous they had been celebrating, drunk.

The girls in their nightgowns, and Vyse in his cloak,

Had just shut their eyes, bidding goodnight to all folk.

When suddenly from the tavern there rose such a noise,

It's a surprise that none wakened, save one of the boys.

He wandered the dark room in a great stupor,

Mumbling something about "getting that looper…"

He made it outside and looked to the sky,

And in disbelief he rubbed at his eyes.

As he looked again, the view was same as before,

But concerning convincing, he needed more.

For what he saw was a man dressed entirely in red,

This man who had forced the captain to rise from his bed.

He rode in a sleigh, not powered by moonstones,

But was instead towed by loopers, though only in two tones.

He gave the red and green creatures no signal apparent,

Yet they flew with great grace; their course seemed inherent.

Like a great string of balloons, they rose to the roof,

But for the great captain, still not enough proof.

He ran inside, to go wake another,

Yet any noise he made, by a louder was smothered.

The jolly old man made quite a loud noise,

As he moved towards the Moonfest tree with a sack full of toys.

Yet no one awoke, to Vyse's surprise,

And as he started to believe, wonder filled his eyes.

The old man then left as quick as he'd come,

Though more graceful it seemed, and quieter some.

Vyse dashed out into the open and saw a great sight,

The man and his loopers, flying into the night.

"It could be none other than St. Glacia," Vyse thought to himself,

"Who lives up at the pole, making toys with his elves."

When silhouetted against the red moon Vyse heard him call,

"Happy Moonfest to you, Vyse, and happy Moonfest to all!"
