The film leaves off at the beginning of a new Chapter: The Book of Solara.

"Home" is what she told him, and Home is where she went. But she went far, far farther than that.

This pick-ups near the end of the movie, and then plunges into what happened to Solora. Solora tells it in her own words. She is focused on journeying home, but the faith of Eli, takes her in an unexpected turn.

At the end of the movie, the camera quickly shows the religious texts shelf, but some of them were missing. Now we know why... Timeframe is before Eli completes his journey.

In the beginning was the word. Then came the mission.

2 days after the city if Dallas was bombed by Australia, a group of 5 13-year-old survivors must escape the city ruins. Their only hope to get out of there alive is a helicopter in a hospital, 50 miles from where they meet.
