If only they knew. If only they could see the real him. But they couldn't. Nobody could. Not after all he'd been and was still going through. It was impossible. What would they think of they saw the true Vegeta? Would they laugh? Would they want to know more? He didn't know. But Vegeta wanted to know. It plagued his mind on end.
He didn't like the person he was. He may have been the prince of all Saiyans. He may have been raised by Frieza and taught what and what not to do. But that all didn't matter now. This was the present, all of those things happened in the past. Change wouldn't come easy. But if one wanted to strive to change, his burden to bear.
Kakkarot has a small glimpse of what Vegeta was really like. That one horrible day on Namek. Yes, the day it almost all came out.
Flashback Sequence
After being shot in the heart by Frieza, Vegeta needed to speak his last dying words. Nobody important lay around. But the last Saiyan of a now extinct race was beside him.
"He took me. from my father. when I was just a little boy. He made me, do anything he wanted. He said he'd kill him if I didn't. I did. everything he asked and more. But he did it anyway. He made me who I am. He's the reason why I'm like this. Please Kakkarot, you must destroy him. Don't let your emotions get in the way. It will only get you killed. Please Kakkarot, for the last breed of pure blooded Saiyans, and to kill the one thing that should have been put away, a time's ago."
End of Flashback
