It's Her

Summary: Sequel to The Machine. These two stories are NS stories but you can make it any characters you want.

I sit in her room and watch her sleep. Her chest rises and falls. I know its her.

She looks just like him. Has his nose. Shaped eyes. Lips. I took both their baby pictures and put them side by side. Almost identical

I remember the night she was born. Four months after his death. I had no one by my side but two steel bars, And a doctor and two nurses between my legs.

I felt alone. I felt guilty. Guilty that he wasn't apart of this. But two hours later. She was born. 8 pounds 2oz. A head full of hair. Thick brown hair. Just like him, when he was born.

I sit in her room and watch her sleep. Her chest rises and falls. I know its her.

A nurse came in with forms for me to sign. She asks me something I've dreaded to be asked. Her father Do I put deceased? Or his name? She does have a father but he is dead. So which is right? His name then deceased. That's appropriate.
