Little Happenings
"I can't believe your being so stupid! You have homework and you're a prefect, a role model" an angry Hermione shouted on the evening after their first day back at Hogwarts.
"I'm being stupid! Hermione, since when is going to the kitchens stupid? You where the one who showed me and Harry where they were! And, we have plenty of time to do Snape's essay." Ron and Hermione were having yet another fight. the people in the common room looked as though they were at a tennis match.
"I showed you where they were so that you could help me with S.P.E.W.!" Hermione was now in full gear.
"Oh, do you really think I care about house-elves, homework or any other stuff you cook up?!" Ron had hit the target.
Hermione gasped. Ron stood there stunned at what he just said.
Hermione, with tears in her eyes, ran out of the common room.
Everyone else just stared at the motionless Ron.
After a couple of minutes, he seemed to come to his senses and sprinted out of the common room as well.
It was a long search until Ron found Hermione.
She was in the Room of Requirements sobbing on the bed. She obviously thought of a place where she could have a good cry.
He watched her for a while.
"I'm sorry"
Hermione jumped about a foot in the air.
"Ron!"
"I shouldn't have said any of the things I said"
"Oh, I'm sorry for snapping I just worry about you"
Hermione clasped her hands to her mouth.
"I-I didn't mean." Hermione stammered looking horrified.
Ron looked at her and said the first thing that came into his mind.
"You know your beautiful."
She smiled.
They leaned in and kissed.
