If only
AN: This is what Steiner (struggled to remember his name just then) thinks
about Garnet while they travel.
If only she could realise the danger,
Of getting mixed up with this stranger.
She is young and naïve,
Involving herself with thieves.
Can she not see there will only be hassle?
It would be best for her to return to the castle.
I always have her best interests at heart,
But I don't think the two of them ever will part.
She cannot see,
If only she knew how hard real life can be.
Author's note: If you think this poem is naff then I'm sorry for putting
it on the site in the first place. I got bored and just felt the need to
write something, anything. I was going to do a short story but I can't
remember enough of the game so I thought I'd try some poetry. You are
looking at the result of two minutes of meaningless typing. Again I
apologise if this is totally rubbish - I think I suck at writing poems too.
