Movieverse (1972). The movie "Man of La Mancha" ends with Don Miguel de Cervanates being summoned by the Inquisition. What happened next? I don't own the characters of the movie/play and I can stammer and stutter with the best of 'em.

Aldonza has seen more than her fair share of men, forcibly selling herself to mold to her horrific conditions. Constantly beaten by harsh words and handsy men, she grows to believe that she is worthless, nothing, no one. But what happens when a piece of gold is found against the dark abyss, and Aldonza grows to question who she really is?

Aldonza's life is a continuous cycle of hopeless events... until Pedro arrives on the scene.

Little bird, little bird in the cinnamon tree...

Aldonza knows that it's all the same. But what happens when somebody new- somebody unique and different and quite possibly special- arrives on the scene in the most unlikely of characters?
