I don't own anything...nothing...nada...

Letter to Eddy:

Dear Eddy,

The laughing voices of lovers passing by makes me upset & sick. Even though the rain has stopped, & the moon is glimmering on the earth, I'm still lnging to be with you, Mr. Eddy Gordo.

I know you are heart-breacking, mean, evil, & even cruel. I know you don't care about anything or anyone, heartless, but you are still on my mind like everyday, & I try my best to forget about you, but everytime I do, you come back to me, & once again I'm in agony.

But I should have suspected this. This...this...whole thing. My heart kept telling me everyday, ''No. No, Christie. Don't do it. Don't...destroy yourself. You'll end up losing your pride, your dignety ...what all you stood for...'' I ignored it. That's what I did, Ignored it, & suppressed it...Hummph. I guess it's my fault, right? Please, correct me if I'm wrong.

But...do you remember those days? Those days when we were just a laughing, happy couple? Now,... it's a precious thought. Just a thought. But I'll get over it...I think. Wait...this me we are talking about. Matter of fact, I KNOW I'll get over it.

Man, who am I kidding? I WON'T get over it. I might as well start acting like a widow. Because I see, believe, & tells the trutth. I see you, I feel you, need & want you. I'm telling the truth, here. I trusted you, believed in you...& what did you do, huh?

I should have suspected this. I should have known. But now, you're a thought, & I believe in the truth, & I see the future,& I see that I'm gonna keep on loving on you, Eddy. No matter what I do. I'm goning to keep on loving you...

I can't help it...

Christie closed the note & putted it in a enevelope eith ''EDDY'' written on it with big, bold, print words. She didn't have time for this, nor whould she want to be with someone who worried her to death. She laid the enevelop on the kitchen table, a place where she knew he would find it, then left. She could find herself a real man. A man who would treat her right...
