The past and present are crashing into each other. The confrontation is too much, even for Will.

Set in the present day it follows The Good Wife canon, although there are elements of AU as I introduce new characters from Will's and Diane's past. Alongside the here and now the story will be told through recollections and flashbacks. Diane thinks Alicia needs a friend and wants her to meet an old confidant of Will's, offering a side to the lawyer that she didn't know existed...

This story explores the aftermath of that, where Alicia quickly realises what is most important for her, but Will struggles with the difficult road to recovery: If all the horrible events of the past year brought him anything, it's that she's all of it, and will always be, and that's life too short for second chances.

What if Zach had died instead of Will and how would that have affected Alicia's life? Would all the events that we know happened still have happened? Set post 5x15 and through the seasons.

Set during 5x14, right after the coffeeshop talk. Will & Alicia get stuck in an elevator: "So, good night then," Alicia says, but she sounds unconvincing. And in some sort of gut response, Will grabs her wrist. "Don't," he says with a hoarse voice, looking straight at her with pleading eyes. "Don't go up."

Alicia and Will and a hotel room. 'He lets go of her hands to cup her cheeks gently instead. "What do you need?"' Set in early season 3A.

"You know that hidden secrets always catch up with you, right?" Cary checked with Alison. He looked at the young PA as she sat in the corner in his office. He sighed and knelt down in front of her. A freak courthouse shooting causes Alicia to question every decision she's made since she met Will. In an alternate look at the 'education of Alicia Florrick', Alicia realizes what's really important in her life with help from the people she encounters along the way.
