It all leads him to Hughes family, where he meets Annie Hughes, who has a free room for rent in her house. Kent tries to decide how to approach his investigation, including trying to seduce Annie. Annie and Dean: In the months following the Giant's sacrifice, a half-frozen sandwich, weird TV programs, the citizens of Rockwell, never-worn earrings, twinkle lights, three poets, and an unexpected plate of bacon move things along.

There are two place man has yet to fully explore. The heavens above, and the watery depths below. What happens when both connect? What happens when a denizen of outer space and the denizens of the ocean meet? Fear? Hostility? Happiness? Understanding? Unravel the mystery.

The last passage in my decade-long Iron Giant story. The descendants of Hogarth and the Giant must work together to stop the eradication of time, space and forever.

One year has passed since the Iron Giant made his sacrifice in Rockwell, MA. Dean, curious to know of what became of the agent who had nearly done them all in, tracks him down. He finds Kent living in squalor, teetering on the edge of his life. At a loss for what to do, but desperate to help, Dean offers to take the disgraced agent on a crosscountry trek. Reluctantly, Kent accepts.

This should be a happy ending.

A one-shot prequel to the 1999 movie "The Iron Giant". Kent Mansley starts off with almost no support and a vague sense of job responsibilities, soon to be overwhelmed by something a LOT bigger than him. This story sets up the character and his position. I don't own these characters, and I'm pretty sure I would never name my kid Hogarth.

The Iron Giant's story lives on as Hogarth tells it to his twin siblings.

"I don't kiss like that for kissing's sake." Kent and Dean experiment. Post movie; one-shot.

December 1956. Another casualty of the early stages of the Vietnam War is reported. His last name was Hughes.

Together. That was the key thing to remember. They were together.

This is a poem I wrote about the movie of the Iron Giant.

Annie and Hogarth Hughes have inherited a farm. After living there for nearly a year now, it's obvious that they both feel more alone than ever. For her, here is no reason to go out anymore unless shopping needs to be done. Hogarth does all the farm work, and he hasn't made any friends at his new school. And on top of all of that, Annie is starting to feel sexual urges. Adults only

Their family has been threatened, their very lives jeopardized and their wills repeatedly tested, now a lost ally attempts to pull apart everything they've fought for, suffered for, and died for. If there's one thing Hogarth and the Iron Giant will do, it will be to save everyone they can. Love has done this before, but faith in others and a higher power may be their final chance.

It's been a year since the giant first came and Hogarth's life has gone back to normal. But what will happen when a surprise visitor leaves his life in total turmoil?

Kent Mansley contemplates what's happened in Rockwell, Maine while in jail. One-shot.

He died so they could live, facing the darkness of humanity by embracing the light of his own. Now he must begin life anew, in a new place, without his human friends. COMPLETE.
