Note: I don't own Fruits Basket. Sadly, That means I don't have Kyo either.
O_o If I did own Fruits Basket, I would be drooling over Kyo, watching the
anime and reading the manga.Also, I would be finding a way to make Kyo
real. @o; Sadly, I don't. And I never will unless it's for sale on e-bay for $10.

Chapter One: The Dream...Or was it a nightmare?

Kyo ran through the forest. Kazuma, his master (Even though Kyo
considered him more of a father than a master) had ripped off his glass
beaded bracelet, causing him to transform into his other, 'monster' like form.
Tohru had seen him, and he was afraid. Everyone hated him when they
found out. And now, according to his past experiences, another would be
added to the 'We Hate Kyo List'. He stopped for a moment, to catch his
breath. Soon, many feral(Wild) cats appeared next to him, all trying to
comfort him. But they just made him more angry for what he was.
"WHY?!" He asked himself. "WHY?! Why did I have to be the damn
cat?! IT'S ALL THAT DAMN RAT'S FAULT! If the damn rat wouldn't have
tricked the cat... I would be accepted...I wouldn't have this horrible true
form..." He said to himself. Above, Thunder rumbled, and the rain poured.
He hated the rain. He looked down at what used to be his hands. They were
now huge paws, with long claws. Soon, memories of his mother began
floating through his mind.
"Mom...If you never truly loved me like a real mother would...You were
terrified of me...And that's why you killed yourself..." He sobbed quietly,
shaking his head, causing water to splatter in all direction. He soon heard
someone running through the forest, and a familar voice called out his
name.
"KYO!" Yelled Tohru. "Kyo....COME BACK!"
When he heard this, he just took off running again. Soon, He ran into
Yuki,Who grabbed his arm, keeping him from running.
"LET ME GO, YOU DAMN RAT!" He yelled.
"Miss Honda!" Yuki yelled to Tohru, as she was standing behind Kyo.
"TELL HIM HOW YOU REALLY FEEL!"
"I...I'm afraid of you Kyo...I HATE YOU! WHY DID YOU KEEP THIS
SECRET FROM ME?! I thought we trusted each other!" She yelled at him.
Kyo sat up in his bed, sweating. It had only been a week since that
incident, but it hadn't ended like the dream. Tohru wanted them all to stay
together, and she really cared about him.
"It was only a dream..." He told himself, running his hand through his
orange hair.
