He risks his life
Day in and day out
For those who wouldn't give him
A second glance
He spends his days
Making sure they stay safe
And his nights haunted
By the things he must do
Yet they despise him
And he continues,
His sacrifice unnoticed
Because they'd never understand
What that overgrown bat,
That greasy-haired git
Does for those who loathe him
