Wildfire
She said I looked like Daiya when I smiled.
It was windy that afternoon; curtains flew around us; shadows were misleading.
The next morning people spoke all hush-hush behind my back, and her back. I didn't care, honest to God. If they were to get into trouble, then it was their own downfall. But she cared. A lot. Because she liked Daiya and not I.
She told off the rumors, chiding me to do so as well. I did at her bidding.
But I was amused: rumors spread like wildfire.
And somehow that wildfire sparked me; I began liking her.

Afterthoughts: This didn't take me a long time; just a few minutes. But all in all, I'm pretty satisfied. Proves to me that I can put a lot of thoughts I wanted into a 100-word fic – a drabble. Tell me how this has influenced you. :) And Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year! Stay well.
IMPORTANT NOTE: I'm assuming that Ichi begins to like Fuuko at a certain point; may be seen as "romantic like". And also, I never mentioned "her" name: Fuuko. :) Take it as a given.
