*Sweet Sixteen*

Kagome sighed. She had found out recently that she was adopted. Her adoptive family sealed the well for her leaving them out of harm's way. She was now heading for Kaede's village. Pulling out the note that was with her when she was found by the Hirgurashi's and read it for the thousandth time today. brbr
'Dear Kagome,
We love you and always will, but current situations left us only one choice for your safety and our legacy. When we left you we placed a spell making you human until you were sixteen, as you are now. Your real name is Kagome Natisha, princess and heir of the northern lands, we may be dead now so I advise you not to tell of this when your in those lands. If we are alive we will meet you at the old dragon inn in Samlese, on the border of our lands, your sixteenth birthday.

Lord Radioke and lady Yume' br Kagome was startled out of her thoughts when a big orange puffy ball collided with her. "Kagome your back! I've missed you so much!" It cried excitedly. br "Hello, Shippo, I've missed you too! Could you help me get everyone together? I have something important to say," she asked. br Shippo nodded excitedly, and went off in search of Sango and Miruko. Leaving Kagome to find Inuyasha. 'He's probably in the god tree' sure enough there was Inuyasha sitting in the god tree. /br "Inuyasha!" she called up to him, "Inuyasha! I need you get down and meet with me and the rest" br "What is it?" br "I need to talk to EVERYONE about something" br Inuyasha jumped down, just as the others arrived. "Is something a-matter Kagome-sama?" Miruko asked sincerely. br Kagome answered "some-what I received this letter after being told I was adopted and..." she read the letter out loud to every one, "now I have to get to the Old dragon inn, to see my parents. I hope you all understand that this means I will change into a youkai." br Too say the least Inuyasha-Tachi were shocked, Inuyasha being the first one to recover asked in a small voice, "does this mean you're leaving for Samlese?" br Kagome nodded and answered "I'm taking Shippo with me and am leaving tomorrow morning. I'll be back soon. I promise." br
With that said and done Kagome prepared herself for her journey to Samlese. br ________________________________________________________________________ br Yaten: yeah I know short chap.
