Atlas: It has finally come to pass. The World Has Fallen is now officially started and the conclusion to the Paw Patrol: Has Fallen Series. This series was originally started by Liverskins13. Demonic Nightmare Wolf (DNW) and I (The Atlas Guardian) have been working on how this story will go for a while and we hope that those of you who have been looking forward to this day enjoy what we have done. With that said, we start right where we left off after the conclusion of Barkingburg Has Fallen.
DNW: I hope that every single one of you is ready for the story that me and Atlas have planned, and we promise to make this the absolute best since this is the conclusion to the PAW Patrol: Has Fallen Series. A shout out to Liverskins13 for starting this amazing series.
The World Has Fallen
Chapter 1
It was dark in the state of Colorado, the moon wasn't out and it was the perfect conditions for a raid on a gang's storehouse. In the small town of Red Cliff, Colorado, there was one of Storm's new storehouses for his gang and it was up to Fuchs, Chase, Skye, and Rosalie who had been sent in by the CIA to take it out and seize everything in it.
The Titans have been fully incorporated into the United States Central Intelligence Agency as a crew of highly skilled and ruthless members.
It has been close to a year since the Barkingburg Castle incident and the four of them have only grown and have trained a whole lot more. Fuchs has stepped down as leader for he saw Chase as a much more tactical thinker and having him as the leader would be the best of ideas. Fuchs took the role of the team's sniper instead of using Lupe's VKS that was gifted to Chase who then gifted it to Fuchs, he turned that weapon into the CIA to look over it and instead took a DT SRS A2 bolt-action bullpup sniper rifle. It was more of his liking even though it is very similar to the VKS. Fuchs didn't want to use a weapon that was most likely used to kill innocents and other people who Lupe deemed a threat.
Chase, by taking on the role of the new leader of the Titans, renamed the team to Nightwatchers so the new Atlas Special Forces (ASF) sup faction of the CIA can identify them better. He has also changed his loadout completely. They all have after their base by Barkingburg was destroyed when they were busy somewhere else and Storm had his goons raid it. Chase had to make the call and had the base self-destruct, killing everyone inside and burying everything in rubble because there were some things they didn't want Strom, Sweetie, or Sylvia to get their paws on. The destruction of their base was also the destruction of all their gear they didn't have at the time.
A newly formed company that was formed directly in competition with the Russian company Abstergo, Crusader Industries, helped the Nightwatchers get new gear that was not only just new weapons but new uniforms, vehicles, and technology. The new suits are custom fit and designed to operate with the user. The Nigthwatchers colors are black and red with black being the main color for their uniforms. As the name 'Night' suggests they do most of their operations at night to remain hidden in the shadows. The new armor for all of them was like a cloak but made of some sort of thick but lightweight fabric. There was still some steel armor across the chest and legs. For Chase and Rosalie on the sides would be sheaths of some sort of short blades and on the back was a pack that was holding Chase's MDR, grappling line, grenade launcher, and flashlight. Rosalie's backpack would also have an M4 carbine, and a grappling line but then would have medical gear. For Skye, there would-be holsters for two Makarov pistols, and for Fuches there would be nothing so he is fast and gets into his sniper position as fast as possible. Skye's backpack had a grappling line and small thrusters to get into interesting positions with ease. Fuchs' backpack holds his sniper rifle and another grappling line but also a long-range system that can be used as an encrypted transmitter, or medium range scanner. The head of the canines was covered in a black hood and some sort of black mask that had red accents making hexagons out of it. On the steel armor pieces, the Crusader Industries logo with a sword through the top of a 'C' would be pressed in the main chest piece. On the left shoulder, an insignia with a red circle surrounded by black in the form of a long diamond with the borders in white and the letters 'ASF' in red under it, signifying the government agency.
Back to the moment at hand, the four were about to rain one of Storm's compounds. What they know of is from an unknown source is that the storehouse is full of drugs, weapons, gear, and other things that no one should have.
"Fuchs, get to that outcropping on the cliff face over there. From there you can probably see a good amount and keep the scum off our backs," Chase ordered.
"Yes sir," Fuchs responded with a quick salute and started heading that way.
"Skye, use your thrusters and get to the top of the building. From there, wait for my signal and breach from the top. Rosalie, you're with me," Chase finished giving his orders to the squad.
Skye didn't say a word and only followed her orders. She went far enough away to start her thrusters and flew up to the top of the targeted building.
High above in the sky, a drone would be circling the small town monitoring the team's progress. Chase looked up, noticed the drone, and only nodded to Rosalie.
The four got into their positions with Fuchs up on the outcropping on the side of the cliff face, a sniper rifle in paw and ready to kill anyone in his sight. Skye got to the top of the building and readied herself to breach.
"On my mark breach," Chase's voice came through coms.
The sounds of paws hovering over the triggers of their guns can be heard as well as a pin drop in the few moments of silence. They all took a deep breath and then Chase gave the order, "BREACH!"
Simultaneously, Skye broke into the building while Chase and Rosalie breached on the ground level. Skye's entrance shocked two gang members and they immediately tried to shoot her but the sound of a .308 Lapua Magnum firing was heard and one of the guards dropped to the ground dead while the other one tried to radio back up but was shot in the head by Skye from one of her pistols that extended out from one of the sides of her backpack. She was on the move and breached the next set of doors, killing the single canine guard on the other side with a slice of her sharp claws.
On Chase and Rosalie's side, they breached right in the main room of the storehouse. They were instantly met with stunned gang members and like Skye, Fuchs fired a few rounds into the room killing whoever they hit while the rest were left to Chase and Roselie's capable paws.
During the first stages of the raid, it was going just as planned. They caught the defenders off guard and took out a good amount of them in the beginning. However, there are the sneaky ones that while clearing the building, Chase, Rosalie, and Skye would have to clear room to room to make sure to eliminate all targets. This was a specific kill mission but if the opportunity presents itself to capture then they are allowed to do so. So far that opportunity has not shown up yet or possibly at all.
Room to room the team went as Fuch covered them from his position outside. It was all too easy. And that is what scared the team. It only took thirty minutes to clear the whole building with all of the gang members dead.
"Make sure to grab anything that looks important," Chase would order as Fuchs just came into the building, "Fuchs, You and I are going to see what they were storing."
"Roger that," Fuchs responded with his German accent that has become less over the years from speaking English.
"In the meantime, Skye, Rose. Make sure you clear out the documents and rid the bodies. I don't care if you burn them or throw them off a cliff just get them out," Chase reinforced his previous order.
"Yes sir," Rosalie or more known as Rose would say in her heavy German accent.
PAW Patrol Lookout. 0230 (2:30 am)
An M1A3 Abrams tank would roll by the font of the Lookout. Spotlights would be up everywhere on the Lookout plateau lighting up the night like it was day. There were military tents in every direction. Supply stations were scattered over the place and what looked to be modernized wheeled vehicles with at least five new M1A3 Abrams tanks. The road up to the Lookout was blocked by a checkpoint and only allowed the PAW Patrol members and military personnel to enter. Gun emplacements were scattered throughout the FOB and the town itself.
In fact, the Great Pacific Wall was built on the west coast of America and Canada. Both allies have worked closely to protect their homes from the invasion that is at this point almost inevitable even though the war has not been declared. Adventure Bay has become part of the wall as well as other major cities and towns such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, Vancouver, Anchorage, Seattle, Juneau, San Diago, San Jose, and even Panama City to protect the Panama Canal. War was coming and America and its North American brothers and sisters were getting ready for a fight.
War production is at an all-time high. Companies such as Crusader Industries, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, ArmaLite, Desert-Tech, Honeywell, General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, Textron, Remington, Rheinmetall, and a heck ton more through America's Allies, and America herself have all making new jets, guns, helicopters, missiles, laser systems, bullets, grenades, ships, and other new technologies their adversaries are trying to replicate without success mostly.
In the town, the civilians have been encouraged to purchase their own weapons and the good news is that they will fight tooth and nail for the coming war if it comes to defending their home. The pups would be geared with the latest gear produced by General Dynamics and Crusader Industries. Their backpacks are filled with all sorts of new weapons and other tools that assist them in their main jobs. Marshall would have medical equipment, Everest with climbing equipment, Rocky with tools and explosives, Zuma with scuba equipment, Tracker with communications, and Rubble with his digging equipment to dig out trenches and fox holes. Basics mostly.
With the PAW Patrol being weaponized they have been integrated more into the CIA with Stark having direct supervision of the team. Koda is still the leader but he has to answer directly to Stark who then Answers to Atlas.
Anyway, the canines themselves would be in the Lookout in the basement where their rooms were still mostly what they were before the Army came and made their home a FOB. They would all be chilling inside Marshall's room talking to each other about what is going on.
"What do you think about world war three about to start?" Rubble would ask out of the blue after the canines were having a moment of awkward silence.
They would all look at him but then soon look away, he was right, it just seemed like at any moment the world would start to fall apart. Massive Suppe Powers going to war. Mostly caused by gangs, terrorist groups, Putin violating Ukrainian sovereignty, the Uyghur Genocide by the Chinese as well as their invasion of Taiwan, Iran funding anti-America terrorist groups, and North Korea's threats becoming more and more likely with the build-up on the border with South Korea. Then you have major groups such as the Atlas Wolves, Storm's Gang also known as the Royal Cartel, the Dark Wolves, the Dark World Order, and even Blackgate Hellfire Club.
"Who knows," Marshall would say, "World war three is a guarantee at this point with Russia invading Ukraine and China invading Taiwan. Only a matter of time before North Korea starts to invade South Korea and Iran nukes Israel."
"What about Chase and Skye?" Zuma would bring up their Nightwatcher friends.
"I don't know. They're on top-secret missions most of the time but do their very best to visit us. Especially when they had to destroy their previous base," Marshall would state. He and the others have moved on from Chase and Skye's choice to go down the CIA path. They have accepted it more every time Chase and Skye visit when they can.
"I wish they were recruiting," Everest would say as she sat up from laying down.
"I think we all wish that," Rocky would agree, "They not only have such high-security clearance, but they have such interesting technology that we will probably never get in our lifetimes. They are in a different world."
"I agree," Marshall was going to say something else but then his dog tag would activate.
"Marshall, come in. It's Stark," Stark would say on the other end.
"I'm here sir," Marshall would respond in a confident voice.
"Good, I need you and the rest of the PAW Patrol up here at the top of the Lookout at Mission Control," Stark would order.
"On our way sir," Marshall stated and the call ended.
"Why do they want us?" Tracker would ask.
"You know Stark. No questions, just orders," Everest would state as she stood up on all fours followed by everyone else.
"Let's go," Marshall would say as they exit his room and enter the elevator.
They would all enter the elevator and once they were all there, the doors would close and they would head up the CIC at this point.
Once up they would exit and sit at attention in a line, "Marshall and the PAW Patrol reporting as ordered sir," Marshall would say while saluting Stark and Koda with his right paw.
"At ease soldiers," Stark would state, "Glad you made it. We have a transmission about to come in and it is for our eyes and ears only. What is about to be said in this room must never leave this room and must not be repeated outside of this room. Is that understood?"
"Yes sir," all the members said in unison.
Stark would nod and then say, "Set room condition. Security protocol. Code: RHZ59676." All doors to the room would lock and the elevator would shut off. The windows were then covered by blast doors making the room very dark with the only like being the screen in front of them all.
A minute of silence would be in the room until the screen would come to life as a call was coming in. Stark would answer the transmission and the screen would turn to black.
A distorted voice then speaks, "Clearance code CCASF59677. Confirm."
Stark would then respond saying, "Code CCASF77695 confirmed. Line encrypted and secured."
The screen would then come back to life and three canine figures would be shown. They would all have their suits on as well as their masks that wouldn't show anything except the shape of their head. The one closest to the camera would say, "Is the Lookout in Security protocol?"
"Yes, it is Nightwatcher," Stark would state. With that, the four figures would have their masks retract with their nanite technology. It was none other than Chase, Skye, Fuchs, and Rosalie. They would all have serious faces even after seeing their friends.
"What is the meaning of this transmission?" Stark would ask. At this point, the Nightwatchers are at a higher level than Stark therefore Chase outranked the CIA agent.
"The PAW Patrol and its members have been upgraded to security clearance code RH597387. Due to this update, there is information you all need to know about our enemies," Chase would say.
"We recently raided one of Storm's warehouses in Colorado that was holding what would only be said as millions worth of drugs and weapons. Surprisingly, however, there were more weapons than usual," Fuchs would say.
"There has been a trend recently that Storm and his gang are filling warehouses that under careful monitoring of their communications are said to be supply depots for when either the Russians or Chinese invade the country. We have contacted all of our counterparts in NATO and our other allies to search and destroy these depots so that the invaders can't use them," Skye would have continued.
"There are three that we know of near your location and we are ordering you to raid these warehouses with what you have. The Lookout is a FOB with America's best equipment. You should be able to take out these warehouses and capture anything of importance if possible. We will keep you updated with as much information as possible. All you need to do now is prepare to raid these warehouses in quick succession and with no error," Chase would finish.
"Thank you for the information Nightwatcher," Stark would say.
"Do not underestimate them. Be more than just prepared," Chase would warn.
"Will do."
Chase and the Nightwitchers would nod and the transmission would be cut. The Lookout would then also go back to normal with the doors unlocked, the elevator was reactivated, and the blast doors retracted.
The canines would have taken in all the information that was said and already started to formulate a plan in their heads.
"What was said here shall not be said in any other way outside of this room. Is that understood?" Stark repeated himself.
"Yes sir."
"You are all dismissed until I call for you again."
The canines would then all leave down the elevator. The only two remaining in the room would be Koda and Stark.
"Koda, prepare yourself. World war three has already started."
