I am not Rick Riordan. Therefore, I do not own what he owns.
Author's Note: This will take some time for me to update, as I have a lot of fanfics to write. I will have two people embarrassed per chapter. I will try to embarrass as many characters as I can.
Annabeth POV
I had just come back from a quest. Some giant eagle was tormenting centaurs in Vancouver, and I had just killed it.
The quest had been exhausting, and as soon as I arrived at camp, I slept for thirteen hours straight.
When I woke up, it was one in the afternoon. I wandered out of my cabin. Most people were having lessons, and the rest were in the training arena.
I walked to the arena, deciding to fight someone. I walked in.
Immediately, people started laughing. Even Malcolm couldn't keep a straight face. Leo and the Stolls were rolling on the ground with laughter, and a daughter of Tyche nearly impaled herself with her spear while laughing.
"What is going on?" I asked.
"Ooh, Annie's a little mad," taunted Leo.
Everyone knew I hated being called Annie. Normally, the whole camp would have gasped, but this time they laughed even harder. I was so mad, I charged at Leo with my dagger. He dodged just in time, but my momentum carried me and I smacked into the wall. Everyone laughed even harder.
Just then, Percy came into the room. Good, I thought, Percy will tell me what's going on. But Percy just laughed too.
At this point, the laughter was so loud that it alerted everyone. The entire camp piled into the arena, saw me, and started laughing.
Grover and the council of cloven elders, along with Chiron, walked in. I was sure Grover and Chiron would tell me what was going on, but they just laughed too!
Just then, I had a battle cry, and Frank shouting, "The Romans have come to visit!"
Good, I thought, the Romans will tell me what's going on. But the Romans just laughed too.
"What in the world is going on?" I asked. I felt like crying now, which was ridiculous.
"Oh, Annie doesn't know," wheezed Leo, between laughing. He was laughing so hard he had tears in his eyes.
Just then, I heard Thalia's voice. "Hunters of Artemis have come to visit!" she announced from someone outside the arena.
The hunters piled into the training arena, saw me, and started laughing too. "Look at Annie," taunted Leo.
I was crying now. What was everyone laughing about?
Then, I heard chanting. Some people were chanting the word amazon.
"The Amazons are here!" Queen Hylla announced.
I was sobbing uncontrollably now. What was happening?
Like I expected, the Amazons looked at me and started laughing.
As if my day couldn't get worse, there was a huge flash of bright light, and the gods appeared. They started laughing too, and I was crying and shaking like mad. At least Athena will tell me what is going on, I thought. But Athena just said, "Annie, stop crying."
Even more crazy things happened. Chiron's relatives, the party ponies, came, and of course they started laughing at me too.
Then, something even crazier happened. In a flash of dark light, Charles Beckendorf, Silena Beauregard, Michel Yew, and other demigods who had died during the titan war appeared. "Hades has let us visit for one day," Beckendorf announced. Then, he started laughing. All of them started laughing. I was crying more than I had ever cried before.
Just then, someone saved me. Silena Beauregard, between laughs, gave me her mirror she was holding. I looked in it, and I saw the cause of the laughs: someone had written 'my name is Annie' on my forehead. I let out a strangled cry.
Everyone had stopped laughing as soon as Silena handed me the mirror. They picked up their weapons and charged toward her. Even the gods. But Hades stood in front of her, blocking everyone's path.
"She's dead, you can't kill her, so I am the only one that can punish her," said Hades.
"T..t..hank you L..l..or..rd Hades," stammered Silena.
"Don't thank me, traitor," snapped Hades. "For betraying us, I curse you to have imperfect makeup forever."
"NOOOOOOO!" cried Silena, but her makeup already looked bad. She looked really ugly. REALLY REALLY ugly. She started crying, and Beckendorf put an arm around her.
Then, Chiron took control of the situation. He ordered the gods to go back to Olympus, everyone go to their afternoon lessons, Hunters go to cabin eight, Romans to set up camp somewhere, Amazons to also find somewhere to set up camp. They all obliged.
Leo was the last to leave. "By the way, Annie, I was the one who drew on your face. Also, I recorded you crying," he held up a camera.
"I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!" I screamed, and charged toward him.
