Disclaimer: I do not own Doctor Who and never will, but I do own the brilliant character of Scarlett Noble plus any characters I come up!

Author's Note: Like my other two main stories for Doctor Who, I'm doing the same with Don't Rain On My Parade, but this isn't a rewrite, I'm just turning the story into a third person point of view. So not a lot of things will change plot wise with Scarlett. Just wanted to write it in third person to match with the sequel which I'm ready to write more of. Been rewatching Doctor Who and currently on the Matt Smith episodes and I'm just ready for us to get to him with Scarlett so I'm gonna work on Through the Broken Mirror. It'll still be in Scarlett's perspective for the most part, but I think I might add more scenes in the Doctor's perspective. What would you think about that? ;) Oh and I'm going to go on ahead and delete the older chapters and replace them with the third point of view ones, so if you are confused as to why the chapters are deleted that would be why. Also the summary is going to change a bit considering the story will be in third person now. It's been fun writing my Doctor Who stories in third person, feels like I add much more details in it. Alright so going to end this author's note here! I hope you enjoy the third person of view of Don't Rain My Parade!

Scarlett Noble grinned as she looked at the reflection of her older sister, Donna, standing in her beautiful wedding dress. It was hard to believe her sister was getting married, but she was so happy for Donna it nearly made her tear up, but as one who didn't get lost in her emotions, she tried to hold it back in. Donna getting married was something her older sister had always been looking forward to, and it was finally happening. Scarlett could remember when she was old enough to know what marriage was how Donna would talk and talk and talk about how amazing her wedding was going to be. Her older sister talked about it too much sometimes, but Scarlett didn't mind. It was one of the things she loved about her sister and that Donna didn't take any shit from anyone.

She was literally the best sister in the world, even if her sister didn't believe it, no matter how many times Scarlett told her so.

"You look beautiful, Donna." Scarlett told her softly. Her sister really, truly did. The wedding she had picked out looked great on her and flattered her figure nicely. The happiness on Donna's face only made her look even more beautiful.

"Oh, don't be stupid, I'm not beautiful." Donna denied, but she still blushed at the compliment.

Scarlett couldn't help the frown from appearing on her face as it always did when her sister looked down on herself. "Hey, don't say that." She scolded, turning Donna around so she would be facing her. She gave her sister a serious look, which didn't happen too often as she was the least serious person in the world. "You do look beautiful; don't let anyone else tell you otherwise, got it?"

She hated it when Donna thought she wasn't important, that she wasn't worth it. Scarlett just hoped this Lance guy would treat her right. She didn't know too much about this man her sister had met at her new job at HC Clements and basically only knew for about six months. To some people it was probably too quick to get married, but according to Donna, Lance was the one to insist on it. Scarlett knew that wasn't the truth, knowing how well Donna could exasperate the truth sometimes. So, this wasn't something Scarlett had expressed to her sister, but there was just something about Lance that rubbed her the wrong way. She didn't know why she felt that way. It didn't matter though as long as Donna was happy, and her sister very much was. As long as Lance didn't hurt her sister that was all she really cared about.

Donna could only nod reluctantly at her words, and Scarlett knew that was the best she was going. The younger redhead smiled at her, pulling Donna into a tight and loving hug. The embrace didn't last long as there was a knock at the door and the voice belonged to their father, Geoff Noble, sounded through it.

"Donna! Scar! It's time!"

"Alright dad! We'll be out in minute!" Scarlett called back, turning her head towards the door briefly before returning her gaze to Donna only to grin at her as she returned her hands to her sister's shoulders and squeezed. "You ready, sis?"

"Yeah…" She took a deep breath, and Scarlett fought back a giggle at the nervous expression crossing her sister's face. Seeing her Donna, her normally confident and beautiful sister, nervous was definitely a sight behold as it didn't happen too often. But if Donna was ever nervous, she usually did a good job at masking it just as well as Scarlett could.

Scarlett squeezed Donna's shoulders again. "There's nothing to be nervous about, Don." She told her reassuringly, using the nickname only she could use as her sister would smack anyone else who tried to. "I mean, what's the worst thing that could happen?" If only she knew.

"Yeah your right. I'm just being stupid."

"No, you're just human." Scarlett laughed as she pressed a sisterly kiss Donna's cheek. "Now come on, let's get you hitched!" She winked at her sister as she moved to stand next to Donna, looping her arm through hers.

Donna looked at her, amused. "You think you're so funny, don't you?" she asked teasingly as they headed towards the door to leave the room they were in.

Scarlett flipped her hair over her shoulder with a smug look on her face. "I am so funny, you should already know this from experience." This earned a loud, booming laugh from Donna and she couldn't help but join her sister in the laughter as always as they walked out of the room, closing the door behind them.

Holding back a laugh, Scarlett watched as Donna fixed hers and their father's arms in the way they were supposed to be after he did it the wrong way, so they could walk down the aisle.

"Sorry." Our father apologized.

Scarlett let out the laugh she had been holding in, causing Donna to look back at her with a tiny scowl.

"Oi, it's not funny." Donna scolded.

Scarlett cleared her throat awkwardly. "Uh, right. Sorry sis."

Before she could say anything else, the organ began to play the webbing march and the scowl disappeared from Donna's face as she sighed happily. As she began the walk down the aisle, the congregation, full of families from both Donna and Lance's sides, stood up at the sight of her. Lance stood at the end of the aisle with the priest and him and Donna shared smiles as their gazes met for moment. Then Donna looked back at Scarlett to make sure she was there, and Scarlett gave her a wink along with a thumbs up as she mouthed,

"You're doing great, Don."

Donna smiled at her before she faced forward, meeting the eyes of Lance again as the music continued playing. Scarlett looked Lance over and could admit he pulled off the suit and tie look rather well, but she was sure there were others who could pull it off much better. She couldn't help but glance at everyone who had decided to come to the wedding. Everyone pretty much looked happy, well except for Neyrs, who was looking at her sister with pure contempt. This wasn't uncommon as the girl seemed to always have permanent scowl of her face, but Scarlett still couldn't help but roll her eyes at Neyrs. Honestly, Scarlett had no idea why Donna was friends with the woman in the first place. Maybe her sister saw something about her that she couldn't.

Scarlett returned her attention to her sister only for her eyes to widen at the sight she saw before her. Donna was glowing gold! What the hell?

"Donna!" She cried out, and this made her sister notice herself, and Donna screamed, long and hard. Right before everyone's eyes, she disappeared in a puff of gold dust, and everyone began talking excited amongst themselves.

However, Scarlett was staring at the spot where Donna once was with her mouth wide open in shock, unable to believe what just happened, even though she saw it with her own eyes.

The next couples of hours were crazy to say the least, and Scarlett couldn't stop pacing back and forth, filled with worry for her only sister who just disappeared, as large crowds of family and friends frantically moved about St. Mary's Church, trying to figure out what the hell happened. From the corner of her eye, she spotted her mum, Sylvia, was on the phone, talking into it loudly while pushing through people without apologizing for it. She was so loud Scarlett could hear her talking from where she was.

"No, she didn't run away. We're not talking jitters. She literally vanished! Now go and check the house and see if she's there." Sylvia hung up the phone before addressing one of their cousins, Angelica, rolling her eyes at the clearly emotional family member, "Oh, Angelica, that's not helping, is it? Smarter up." She turned her attention to Lance as he came up to her. "Lance, any sign?"

"I've looked all around, and I can't find her! Where the hell did she go?" He disappeared into the crowd.

Scarlett decided to go up to her mum and opened her mouth to say something, but Sylvia spoke before she could, saying to her and her dad,

"Showing off, that's where she is! First day of school, she was sent home for biting."

Scarlett couldn't help the scowl on her face at the sound of her mum's words, but her voice was calm when she said, "She isn't showing off mother. Besides even if she was, she's never disappeared like that before." Then she crossed her arms across her chest, "Not only that, it's her wedding day! Why would she want to disappear on the happiest day of her life?"

Geoff nodded in agreement with his youngest daughter. "Scar's right, Sylvia."

"She didn't disappear, it's a trick!" She exclaimed. "It's one of her silly 'look at me' party pieces." Suddenly, a worried expression crossed her face. "What if she's dead?"

"Oh, don't say that!"

Scarlett let the scowl drop from her face and she stepped forward, grasping her mother's shoulders. "Yeah, I'm sure she's fine." She tried to reassure her Mum. "Donna's tough and she can take care of herself." Whatever this was all about if anyone could get through it, it would be that sister of hers.

Another hour past, and there was still no sign of Donna. Though she knew her sister was fine, Scarlett couldn't stop worrying about her. Wish she could say the same about everyone else. Instead of cancelling the reception like they should, it was going on without a hitch with everyone dancing and having a good time. Scarlett wasn't though as she was by the bar, scowling at everyone on the dance floor.

How could they party like this while Donna was gone? It didn't make any sense to her as it wasn't very polite of them to still have the reception.

Rolling her eyes and huffing to herself, Scarlett turned around in her chair, facing the bartender. "Beer, please."

"ID." He told her gruffy.

Scarlett eyed him. The bartender was an older gentleman, so she knew she couldn't flirt her way into getting a drink from him. She was only seventeen and unfortunately, you had to be eighteen before you could get a beer without having to show an ID card. She still had to try though as something alcoholic could help with the worry she was feeling over her missing sister.

"Think you could make an exception? I am the sister of the bride." Scarlett said innocently, leaning forwards and pulling the ever so popular puppy dog eyes no one could resist.

Well, he was the exception, apparently. "ID." He repeated with a blank expression on his face.

Scarlett blew her hair out of her face exasperatingly. "Oh fine."

She rolled her eyes and turned back around to face the partying crowd again. Tired of standing though, she stood up from the stool and leaned back against the bar with her arms crossed over her chest casually. It didn't take her too long to get bored out of her mind. She knew she could go dance or something to keep herself entertained, but it wouldn't feel right doing that without Donna. It was more fun to party with her sister than without her. Her sister was always the life of the party. Life was never boring when Donna was around.

Scarlett sighed sadly. As soon the breath left her mouth, the music stopped abruptly, and then…there was the sound of Donna's voice. She was pissed.

"You had the reception without me!"

The worry she had been feeling finally slipped away, and Scarlett grinned happily. Not wasting any time, she took off running in the direction of where Donna's voice had come. Making it there, Scarlett abruptly stopped, blinking in surprise that one was standing behind her. She had never seen him before. Scarlett took in the appearance of the stranger. He was tall and skinny with brown hair that seemed to have a life of its own, and that was just begging to get hands ran through it, and he wore a brown pinstriped suit.

Shaking her head to snap out of her surprise, Scarlett started towards her sister again only to pull her into a tight hug. "Donna!" she exclaimed. "You're okay!"

Donna patted her on the back, giving Scarlett a smile before she frowned, looking back at the crowd. "You had the reception without me." She repeated herself as Scarlett broke the hug and stood beside her sister, immediately taking Donna's hand in hers, keeping a tight grip on it, intent on not letting go.

Lance shuffled his feet in front of Nerys. "Donna…what happened to ya?"

Her voice raised up a notch as she said again, "You had the reception without me!"

There was an awkward pause until the man broke it, grinning as he waved. "Hello! I'm the Doctor."

Scarlett looked back at him from over her shoulder as her face scrunched up in confusion. "The Doctor?" she repeated. "Doctor Who?"
