This is a non-profit FanFiction written for fun based on the written work of Kazuma Kamachi (To Aru Majutsu No Index: New Testament). All the characters and elements used in this fanfiction are not mine, credits to their respective authors.
This is my first FanFiction of the crossover I made of several animes that will be present to fill this Fanfic. The protagonist is Kamijou Touma, an ordinary high school boy you can find anywhere, with his right hand ability "Imagine Breaker", who will explore a different world caused by the formation of an anomaly that occurred in Academy City.
To be clear, there is a deviation in this story that is not canon, but I hope you still want to read it. The setting of Toaru's story is post-NT22-R, but here Aleister is still alive after his battle with Coronzon, so he still serves on the Academy City Council.
Because this is a crossover story, there will be some flavor of other anime stories like: DxD, Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai (OreImo), Fate/Stay Night, Kaguya-sama: Love is War, and there still remain some things that are kept secret by the author. All the above stories are not mine but just fanfiction for fun. Although there are many characters from other series, I try to include them all slowly so as not to break the balance of the story by being boring.

Chapter 1. Anomaly Two World
Academy City is a sovereign landlocked city whose territory consists of walled pockets within the Tokyo Metropolitan Work Area. There are about 2.3 million people who on average are students or students.
As its name suggests, it is a city of various schools and higher education institutions from kindergarten to university level that study side by side along with scientists who research psychic powers and higher technology, the latter being one of the main reasons for its establishment.
Gakuen Toshi or Academy City is the most developed city in the world and its technology is said to be 20-30 years ahead of the world. Academy City consists of 23 districts, called School Districts that are only numbered one through twenty-three and each of these districts has a specific purpose.
What distinguished Academy City from other places was because this place created espers who were people with certain abilities consisting of level 0 to level 5. Level 0 can be said to be a person who has no ability or is Skill-Out, while the person dubbed as top level 3 can be said to be a monster, level 4 is said to deal higher damage and level 5 is even more terrible where only 7 people are recorded as level 5 and in legend Urban it is discussed that level 5 #1 can even fight the world, plus he is the only person who can survive if the Nuclear blast is aimed directly at him. Even so, in reality, 60% of Academy City was Level 0.
The person who ran and was responsible with Academy City was the strongest magician in history, Aleister Crowley.
his appearance is described as someone who "looks like an adult, but also a child; like men, but also women; like a saint, but also like a villain".
Aleister Crowley was watching Academy City with the screen from inside the tube filled with water in an upside down state. He watched until he felt a strange wave of pressure. He laughed sarcastically at the source of the pressure on the screen, what he saw was a portal.
The portal he saw at a glance was almost the same as kamisato kakeru's power. World Rejector Kakeru rejects everything that goes against him to another unknown world. But since the kakeru hasn't appeared for a long time, a portal arrives where it connects from Academy City to a world where kakeru casts all the Magic Gods.
"Maybe it's going to be interesting, looks like I'll have to change my original plan a bit now," Crowley said with a smile.
"I'll have to look at imagine breaker's development and see how it's going to deal with this, but what I'm worried about is the portal getting some energy out of thin air to maintain its shape, I'm afraid imagine breakers can't remove it because of the amount of supernatural resources that can be negated and how much this portal regenerates."
"I don't think it's a problem, I have to send some people to investigate that world and leave the rest to 'Imagine Breaker', I think the fake spy is capable of solving this"
Third person point of view
Tsuchimikado Motoharu is a classmate and neighbor of the owner of the 'Imagine Breaker', he is known as a member of the Delta Force consisting of Kamijou Touma and Aogami Pierce by the nickname Sergeant Siscon, and also as a spy for various organizations, most prominently in the scientific side of the city academies and the magical side of Necesarius, and as the first known Hibryd Magician-Esper.
In a different mundane side of Academy City, Tsuchimikado takes a walk in a park full of people and children.
"This place is not very different from Japan and the earth, maybe if I walk deeper, I will see more of it."
"All I see here are students and elite students, but I think it's better because I can see several girls wearing various school uniforms, but I think that the academy city also has several girls wearing school uniforms."

Hearing the comments of the three girls who had just passed tsuchimikado he realized his own anger and instead of leaving he shouted back at the comments of the three girls who had stayed away.
"Thank you for your response to me these girls, but all you need to remember is that I love my own sister above all things, because I realize that Maika is the most moe in the world, not only this world but the another world, you can call me Sercan Siscon Tsuchimikado Motoharu, Nyaa"
The girl who left ran away because she realized she heard Tsuchimikado's words and the nearby girls seemed more upset than before because they heard the word siscon itself. On top of that there were two girls where a girl was about to drive a luxury car and a girl who was next door opening the car door awaiting the arrival of the first girl as well as the second girl's master.
The first girl was Shinomiya Kaguya. Kaguya is a young girl with long black hair, white skin, a slim body, red eyes, and her hair is always tied up with ribbons. Kaguya is the vice president of the Shuciin Academy Board and because she saw the behavior of the screaming boy in front of the academy, she asked her personal servant.
"Hayasaka-san, what is that person doing there, how can that person disturb public comfort, it seems like that person should be eliminated? Hayasaka what it takes for that person to be eliminated from this world."
"I don't think it's necessary kaguya-sama, such a person doesn't deserve to dirty kaguya-sama's hands, he's just a passerby claiming to be siscon"

When Tsuchimikado returned to Academy City, he reported the results he had obtained in the Alternate World to Aleyster Crowley.
