Naruto has swift release, Swift Release is a combined nature transformation kekkei genkai that can be used to move with incredible speed, becoming nothing more than a blur or the opponent can not even see them when in motion. Therefore, taijutsu becomes ineffective if the opponent is not fast enough.
Chapter one
As Naruto the current jinchuriki of the nine tailed fox was bolting left and right throughout the small alleys of the village hidden in the leaves, he was currently being chased by a horde of low level genin and chunin as well as over 30 civilians. The majority of the population on October 10th celebrated the defeat of the nine tailed fox, however a small amount of the population indulge themselves in the annual fox hunt where they chase Naruto for the beast sealed within him. Naruto was panting after turning into an alleyway with a dead end. Naruto thought to himself " I have to get out of here if only I could have moved fasted If only I could have ran faster" Suddenly Naruto felt a power that almost felt silver coarse through him, he had a feeling that he could get away that he would be finally fast enough to avoid the yearly beatings on his birthday. As he bent his knees in preparation to launch past the shinobi and villagers there was a bright silver light that exploded out of his body which made the shinobi and villagers take a step back in fright. Then suddenly as if he was never there in the first place Naruto vanished and seconds later appeared in front of his apartment building. Back in the alley there were cries of outrage and how the demon tricked us and the 9 tails is gaining its power back, as Naruto appeared in front of his apartment he had never felt so alive how ever he also felt exhausted and remembered one of the lessons Iruka sensei had said about chakra exhaustion, so after trudging up the stairs to the top floor of his apartment building he promptly fell down on his bed asleep before hitting the bed. Back in the alley Kakashi had just witnessed a build up of silver chakra then even with his sharingan Naruto vanished out of thin air with no trace left of him, he immediately body flicked to the hokage's office where Hirizuin sarotobi was sitting behind a pile of paperwork. As the third hokage looked up from his paperwork he was glad for the distraction and promptly asked what Kakashi was doing here. " Its Naruto lord Hokage he used some sort of technique to vanish after a massive build up of silver chakra even my sharingan could not track his movements'' Hiruzen looked immensely shocked at the fact that Naruto had A. that much chakra and B. could move faster than a fully evolved sharingan could track. As the third hokage composed himself he immediately grabbed his crystal ball and looked for Naruto, he found him fast asleep on his bed, Kakashi and Hiruzen were slack jawed once again as they realized Naruto had traveled many kilometers in a matter of moments. The next day Naruto wakes up to a loud banging of his door he slowly makes his way there, there is an anbu there. " You have been summoned by the hokage please come with me" without any warning the anbu grabs his shoulder and they disappear in a swirl of leaves. As the reappear the anbu is disappointed and a bit confused when Naruto was not dizzy at all from the shunshin, the hokage greets Naruto "hello my boy how have you been" a down trotted look crossed across naruto's face. " I'm ok Gigi I'm just confused" "why do they hate me why do they always look at me with hatred and contempt" he yelled. The hokage winced at this because he had wanted to tell the boy when he was a lot older than he is now. Naruto looked at him with pleading eyes and the hokage's will crumbled after seeing that look. " well Naruto do you know about how the nine tailed fox attacked the village 5 years ago" Naruto nodded vigorously " The 4th hokage killed it at the cost of his own life" Naruto said with a confused look on his face." well that was a lie" The look of utter confusion on naruto's face made him continue " You see on the night of October 10th the 4th hokage sealed the nine tails inside a newborn" The look of comprehension and sadness dawned on naruto's face as he had figured out what happened "he sealed it into me" he said in a quiet voice. "But why?" he yelled, Hiruzen winced at that. "It's because he knew only you would have the will and the strength to do it" As naruto's eyes widened he made a vowel to himself " I will always protect this village like the 4th hokage" he thought , Hiruzen had a small smile on his face he could see the fire burning in naruto's eyes.
"Anyway my boy, what ability do you use to get away from the villagers?" he asked " I don't know. I just felt a silver feeling and then I moved super fast and went to my apartment and then just fell over exhausted I think '' Said Naruto. Hiruzen has an interesting look on his face. " What do you mean you went really fast?" he asked, knowing that you can almost feel your own chakra color. "Well I felt I could get away from the villagers with the help of the silver chakra did you call it, so I used it like I already knew how and then everyone slowed down and I went super fast then went to my apartment" Hiruzen nodded slowly as he slowly comprehended what he had heard from the apparently insanely fast boy. " Ok Naruto I will be getting you someone to try and help you control this amazing speed off yours, however before that me and you are going to try and replicate what happened" Naruto nodded furiously, really wanting to get a grip on his new found speed. As Naruto and Hiruzen went out behind the hokage tower he asked Naruto to focus on the same feeling and if he needed to meditate to try find the source of that power. Naruto was on the ground meditating. He felt 2 chakras after sitting for around 15 minutes and was able to draw some of the very familiar silver chakra out of his reserves and into use. "I did it he yelled jumping up and then to the astonished eyes of the hokage he vanished and appeared next to a tree around 200 meters away however instead of standing he was currently knocked out after what the hokage could assume his head smacking into it from the head dent currently in the tree. The next week
Naruto was introduced to someone called Might Guy who he also saw was almost as fast as he was while using his silver chakra power. " Naruto, this is who will be training you for the next 2 and a half years until you will enter the ninja academy where you will learn all the basics of history, chakra theory etc. Naruto groaned at this he he was fine with academics but he knew because of the fox in his belly he would not be liked by majority of the teacher " but Gigi the teachers at the academy will not like me because of my furry friend in my stomach" Don't worry Naruto we will give you a proper education and taijutsu as well as ninjutsu training" Naruto nodded in affirmative "DON'T WORRY NARUTO THOSE TEACHERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EXTINGUISH YOUR FLAMES OF YOUTH" guy yelled." This is going to be a troublesome couple of years" thought Hiruzen and Naruto at the same time, meanwhile on the other side of the village a clan of spiky black haired people looking at the sky sneezed at the same time " How troublesome" thought the clan of lazy geniuses.
