In this part the Clone Troopers begin there mission to scout of the Birthday Party to find out what Tai gets in his gifts

The Birthday Scouting
Tai's bedroom door opens up slowly, a clone trooper peeks out and looks around. All's good, no sign of anyone. The same trooper signals to his comrades the coast was clear and they march out with a baby monitor and a jump rope, the monitor was to inform the other toys what Tai was getting.
Soon Cody and his men reach the stairway, hiding behind the banisters to avoid being spotted. Their leader got his macrobinoculars and looks down at the scene below, spotting Yuuko walking through the hallway as she speaks "Alright now kids, everyone into the living room. It's nearly time for presents."
Yuuko goes into the living room followed by Tai, Kari and the other kids. Cody nods as soon as the coast was clear. He signals his men wearing parachutes to go for it. The two soldiers jump off the banister and fall downwards, they use the parachutes to float safely to the ground.
Upon landing, the two troopers look around and nods; the area was clear of people. They nod and signal to the ones above who begin using the jump rope, lowering it to the ground floor. Cody and his men begin sliding down the rope carefully. The mission requires them to be stealthy and safely.
Meanwhile back in Tai's room, the troys gather around Tai's nightstand as Lilac sets up the other baby monitor and switch it's on and says to the others "Okay and with this is how we'll find out what is in those presents."
Once the clone troopers were safely on the ground floor, they walked in formation across the floor towards the living room quietly. However as Cody and his men came near the door, they stop as they heard footsteps apporching and Yuuko speaking "Okay, who's hungry?!
"I am!" All the kids cheer wildly. Cody quickly signals his men to cease moving and go back to there factory poses, and it was just in time as Yuuko came out into the hallway at that moment.
"Here comes the chips. We've got Cool Ranch and BBQ…" Suddenly Yuuko looks startled as she steps on one of the troopers. The woman looks down and signs in annoyance "Ouch, what the…. I thought I told Tai to pick these up?"
Yuuko didn't have the time to pick the toys up herself and take them back to Tai's bedroom, so she uses one foot to sweep them aside and heads to the living room.
Back in Tai's room, most of the toys were looking concerned. So far, that has been no word or response from the team. Cody and his men should have been in the living room at this point, communicating with them.
"Oh boy, shouldn't they be there by now?" Red Eyes asked worried "What's taking them so long?"
"Red Eyes, relax okay, these guys are professionals, they're the best." Lilac said giggling to Red Eyes. The dragon can be silly when he's all worried like this "I mean come on, it's not like they're lying down on the job, right?"
Oh the irony, because as we come back to Cody and his men they were indeed lying down on the job…. through not by their own choice. Once the coast was clear, the commander signals his men to get up and go to the houseplant that is close to the living room. They should be able to see the birthday present unwrapping in there.
As the clone troopers continue onward, Cody hears some groaning and looks back to see one of his men Waxer, who was the one Yuuko stepped on accidentally, on the floor struggling to move on. The clone commander heads over to assist his soldier who groans. "No, don't worry about me and go on without me! Just go!" Cody of course wouldn't have it that way
"A good soldier never leaves a man behind, even in the most dangerous of situation!" Cody exclaimed sternly. The clone leader may be risking himself to help the toy but it's well worth it.
Cody helps Waxter up and supports him and then signals to his men up at the stairway above. They begin to lower themselves along with the baby monitor using the jump rope. Once the object was downstairs the troopers begin to march off to the houseplant with the baby monitor
Just then a ball is seen bouncing into the hallway, which Cody notices. Footsteps were heard as well along with children laughing. He knew that he along with his men had to hurry. The troopers quickly got the baby monitor into the house plant, followed by Cody who carried the injured Waxer into the planet before jumping in himself.
And it was in good time as the kids rush by unware of all that happened. Once inside Kix, the medical trooper helps out Waxer, who signals that he is alright now. During this the monitor is put into place as outside the planet Yuuko was getting the kids to settle down ready for present unwrapping
Cody uses his macrobinoculars and looks out to the party, focusing on the presents. There was the targer. "There you all are." Cody said with a nod. Time for the operation to start.
The toys in Tai's room look in attention when they hear static from their baby monitor. It was show time! Cody's voice spoke up saying "Attention, Dragon Valley. This is Clone Commander. We're at the target, over!"
"Okay everyone this is it! Quiet, quiet, quiet." Lilac exclaimed to the other toys; they all quiet down as everyone prepares to listen to what Cody will tell them on the baby monitor.
They listen in as Cody's voice speaks on "All right, Dragon Valley. Tai is opening the first present…"
"Come on Mucus, come on Mucus, come on Mucus!" Slyther chants eagerly, wanting so much for Mucus to be a present for Tai or Kari for some time now. Red Eyes and Garfield look at him oddly and the magician robot said "What? I can dream can't I?"
"Alright, the bow;s coming off." Cody reports in "Tai's ripping the wrapping paper off. It's a…it's…it's a lunchbox, we've got a lunchbox here!"
"A lunchbox?" Lilac asked in surprise. That was a birthday gift?
"A lunchbox?" Slyther also asked in disbelief
"You know, for lunch." Soundwave laughed much to Slyther's annoyance. What a way to dash away the robot magician's hopes.
"Alright, onto the second present from Joe…it seems to be…bed sheets, we got bed sheets." Cody's voice came from the baby monitor, much to the surprise and disbelief of the other toys.
"Who invited that kid?" Slyther asked in disbelief
As the present opening continued, each one was a breath of relief for the toys. So far, no new toys have come to replace them; Tai got some DVD's, videogames and a system and household items, heck Sora even gotten Tai a new sports item. Eventually it all came down to one present left for the boy to open.
"Ohhhh look at that, only one left." Yuuko said in a pretend sadness. It looks like once this gift is unwrapped, the present unwrapping gifts part of the party will be done. The kids wait and watch as Tai begins to open up the last present. Cody waits patiently as he speaks into the baby monitor ready for anything.
"All right Dragon Valley, we're on the last present now!" Cody's voice came from the other baby monitor. The other toys listen anxiously and hopeful; Time to see if all their worries are for nothing after all.
"Alright last present, keep quiet everyone." Lilac calls out to her friends who wait patiently for Cody to make the announcement of what Tai had gotten for his last gift.
"All right, it's a big one…it's a…it's a board game! I repeat! We got Total Drama the Board Game!"
The toys cheer in happiness and also relief. Yeah the board game was technically a toy, but it was one the rest can live with. Garfield laughs "All right!" The cat slaps Slyther through a bit too hard causing some of the robot's parts to fall off him.
"Hey watch it!" Slyther said to Garfield annoyed
"Eh, sorry you all magician hat" Garfield said chuckling
Cody smiles proudly. The mission was a success. Lilac and the other toys should be happy with this news. Turning to his men, he orders "Mission accomplished men, great work. Pack it up, time to return home."
The clone troopers not as they turn the baby monitor off. It seems like the mission is officially done, time to head back because after all; nothing to worry about now, right?
Back in the bedroom, Lilac smiles to her friends while giggling "See? What did I tell you? Nothing to worry about at all."
"Indeed, you were right the whole time Lilac." Soundwave said nodding and added while looking right at Slyther "I never doubted you for a second."
It seems like the toys can relax until Christmas or Tai's next birthday. There were no new toys that could endanger their place in the boy's eyes.
As Cody and his troops were about to head on back, the commander heard Yuuko speaking up and turn just in time to see the woman smiling as she opens the closet and take something out as she says "Oh, wait a minute. What do we have here?"
Cody uses his macrobinoculars to look at the situation once more. There was one thing he knows about humans which was to expect the unexpected with them. To his surprise, Yuuko takes another large present out of the closet which was hidden in there until the right moment all along!
"Quickly! Turn that thing back on!" Cody orders his men who quickly turn the baby monitor back on. They had to alert their friends to this surprising turn of events.
The toys were startled as Cody's voice came out of the baby monitor again "Come in, Dragon Valley; come in Dragon Valley!" The gang looks started. Something unexpected must have happened. "Tai's mom just pulled a surprise present out of the closet! Tai himself is opening it now…"
Tai looks at the present, smiling excited as the kids gather around to see what he got
Cody did his best at what Tai just gotten as he spoke into the baby monitor, "Tai's really excited about this. It's a huge package. It's…whoa! Tai's friend Matt got in the way! I can't see! It's…. it's a…"
Once Matt got out of the way, Cody gasps in surprise, looking stunned as we see Tai holding up his new present high in the air, causing the other kids to cheer. This new present could change the toys' life forever!
Red Eyes freaked out. What did Tai get for his birthday? The black dragon frantically shakes the nightstand as he yells out "It's a what? Come on what is it?!" Unfortunately, he shuck it so much that it caused the baby monitor off the nightstand, landing it right on the floor, which caused the batteries to fall out "Oh no!"
"Oh you, big, winged lizard! Look what you did!" Slyther said angrily to the worried dragon "Now we'll never know what it is!"
"Way to go Red Eyes!" Garfleid said annoyed as the other toys rush to the fallen monitor. Slyther works frantically works on putting the batteries in though he puts them in the wrong way; The toys must find out what Tai had just got!
"No, not like that; turn them around, turn the batteries around!" Lilac exclaimed to her friend frantically.
"Hey, you're putting them in backwards!" Garfield exclaimed. He then tries to put the battery into the baby monitor though it was still the wrong end as well.
"Plus is positive, minus is negative! Ohhh let me!" Lilac groans and jumps down and quickly shoves Garfield and Slyther away. This is not going to work like this! The dragon girl quickly works on putting the battieries into the other baby monitor.
Tai smiles excitedly. He loves this new present from his mother! Turning to the others the boy yells out, "Come on, let's go to my room guys!"
The kids cheer as they rushes past the house plant, Cody gasps as he shouts into the baby monitor, unaware with what happened upstairs, "Red alert, red alert! Tai is heading upstairs!"
"There" Lilac exclaimed as she finishes fixing up the other baby monitor the right way. And just in time as Cody's voice came out of it
"Juvenile invasion, repeat; Get back to your positions now!" Cody's voice exclaims, making Lilac gasp in horror. That means Tai is coming back to his room.
"Tai is coming everybody!" Lilac frantically told the others "Hurry and get back to your places; Hurry!"
The toys freak out and scatter all over the place to resume their original positions. They can't let Tai see them move or be alive! As the gang continue working, Slyther looks around frantically, missing his shoulder pad, as he exclaims "Where's my shoulder pad; any one of you seen my shoulder pad?"
"Out of my way, here I come! Here I come!" Red Eyes exclaims frantically. Of course, the black dragon toy wasn't watching where he was going as he collides with a trash can, causing him to fall on the floor.
The toys rush back into their original positions quickly. Lilac gets back onto the bed and quickly goes into toy position. And once again, it was at the perfect time. Once the toys are back into when they were made in the factory, the door slams open as the kids rush into the room. They look excitedly with Tai's new present.
"Wow it's so cool" Sora exclaimed excited
"Right, her wrist cannon lights up!" Tai laughs eagerly as we can hear noises coming from his present "Ha! Take that Razerbeard!"
"Quick make a space, this is where the ship lands!" Matt laughs as she quickly slams sort of as he quickly slams some sort of cardboard box onto the bed. Unknown to him, this causes Lilac to fly off the bed and slide right through the gap between the bed and the wall right under the former, with no one noticing this.
Lilac came to life once she was under the bed, looking concerned. Tai is making a fuss and happiness over this new gift. There was no denying it, the reason for all this excitement…
Tai had gotten a new toy.
Well just who is this new toy and how will it fully change the toys lives? Have to find out next chapter
