Broly stared at the bright blue sky and noticed that it wasn't yellow. There was a yellow sun and a few gray clouds in the sky. But, that was it. There were no nearby moons, like on the Planet, Vampa. Broly then looked down at the grass and noticed there weren't no rocky caves or pits. A small blue suddenly landed on Broly right shoulder and chirped a bit. Broly glanced at the small blue bird that landed on his shoulder. This was the first time that Broly had ever seen a bird.
"Hi, there!"
Broly gasped as he heard another masculine voice. And the bird that landed on Broly's right shoulder had gotten scared and flown off. As soon as the bird had flown off, Broly instantly turned around to see another person dressed in an orange Gi, named Son Goku. Followed behind Goku is Prince Vegeta and his younger brother, Prince Tarble.
"You must be a surviving Saiyan. Like Vegeta, his little brother and me. I'm Goku. And I was raised here on Earth." Goku then used his thumb to point behind himself. "All of my friends over there call me Goku. But, Vegeta, here, calls me by my Saiyan name. Kakarot."
Broly followed Goku's thumb and looked at the group of people that were friends and family of Goku. "Ka... karot... Vegeta?" Broly muttered as he looked at Goku, first. Then, Vegeta.
"Yep!" Goku replied.
"I'm Vegeta. The Prince of all Saiyans." Vegeta introduced himself as he stared at Broly.
"And I'm Tarble! Vegeta's younger brother. And also, the Prince of all Saiyans." Tarble chuckled and introduced himself to Broly.
"Tarble..." Broly asked.
"Now that this clown and I have finally introduced ourselves, I think it's time that you do the same." Vegeta said.
Broly blinked, once while staring at Vegeta.
"Tell us. What's your name?" Vegeta asked.
"Broly." Broly said.
"Broly, eh? That's a Saiyan name, alright." Vegeta replied.
"Broly! That's a nice name." Goku smiled.
While Goku and Vegeta continued to communicate with Broly, Goku's friends and family were left to talk about Broly from a distance. Lord Beerus and Whis continued to watch Goku and Vegeta talk to Broly from a distance while sitting in chairs.
"Look at the size of that guy. He's huge!" Krillin said as he noticed Broly's height.
Android Eighteen covered her daughter, Marron's ears with her hands. "Yeah. Tell me about it." Android Eighteen said in a flirtatious tone as she stared at Broly's physique.
Krillin gasped when he heard Android Eighteen's tone. "W-what's that supposed to mean, Eighteen?" Krillin asked in a surprised tone.
"It means, what it means. Duh." Android Eighteen replied. Suddenly, Android Eighteen felt a strange vibe. "Hm?" She then looked at her surroundings and noticed that adults like Bulma, Gohan, Chi-Chi, Krillin, Master Roshi, Videl and Yamcha were staring at her in a bit of confusion. Eighteen then sighed. "I'm referring to his height." She took her right hand off of Marron's right ear and then raised her right hand high in the air. Measuring.
"Mommy? What are you talking about?" Marron asked, while looking up to Android Eighteen.
"Nothing, deer." Android Eighteen replied.
"He looks like a macho man." Goten said.
"He looks like that guy from the Rambo movies." Trunks said.
"He looks like he's had his fair share of fights." Bulma said.
"If you ask me, he kind of looks like Yamcha. But taller." Tien Shinhan said.
"W-wait, why are you comparing me to that guy?" Yamcha asked Tien.
"Isn't it obvious, Yamcha?" Piccolo pointed at Broly's features. "You both share the same appearance. The spiky black hair, tanned skin and the scars on his body..." Piccolo stated.
"But, I don't have a scar on my chest." Yamcha said as he circled his chest with his right index finger while looking at Piccolo. "Only on my face! If anyone has a scar on his chest, it's Tien, for sure!"
"Wait, are we really about to talk about my chest scar?" Tien asked.
"It's kind of hard to believe that there others out there." Gohan replied.
"Hm?"
Most of the group's was centered on Gohan.
"What do you mean, Gohan?" Videl asked Gohan as she stood next to him.
"What I'm saying is, other than Vegeta's younger brother... none of us knew that there were other living Saiyans out there in the Universe, until today. If we hadn't used the Dragon Balls and summoned them here, then we would've known how many survivors are still out there." Gohan stated.
"Yeah. Gohan's right." Piccolo said, while crossing his arms. "For many years, we were told that Goku and his older brother, Raditz... and also, Vegeta, his brother. And that other bald Saiyan called Nappa, had traveled to Earth with Vegeta... were the only handful of Saiyan survivors left." Piccolo said as he thought of Nappa. The Saiyan who killed him in the past. "But now, since there is another one, that kind of proves that Saiyans do exists out there in the Universe."
"Well, it's a good thing that I stopped Shenron and used the second wish!" Bulma laughed, feeling prideful and confident in herself.
Goten remained silent for a moment, until something clicks in his brain. "Hold on! I just thought of something.
Chi-Chi looked at Goten. "What is it, Goten?"
"Tell me, Piccolo. Who's my uncle?" Goten asked as he turned to Piccolo.
Gohan gasped after listening to Goten's question.
"What?" Piccolo replied as he looked down at Goten.
"You just said that my dad has an older brother. And his name is this Radish or whatever, right?" Goten asked as he placed his hands at the back of his head.
"Uh, yeah? What about it?" Piccolo asked.
"Tell me. Is Uncle Radish nice?" Goten asked, curiously.
"N-Nice?' Piccolo paused as he then thought back of when he and Goku had fought Raditz.
Brief Flashback
In the year, Seven Sixty-One, AG... Son Goku and Piccolo teamed up to fight against Raditz. Goku wanted to rescue his young son, Son Gohan. But Piccolo wanted to get rid of Raditz. Raditz proved to be a match for both Twenty-Third Tenkaichi Budokai fighters.
"Double Sunday!" Raditz yelled as he floated high in the air and aimed two pink beams from his hands. Firing them both at Goku and Piccolo.
Goku was able to dodge, but Piccolo barely dodged as he had lost his left arm.
End Brief Flashback
"Where is he now? If he came to Earth, then that means, he must be somewhere on this Planet, right?" Goten asked, curiously.
"Uh, that's a conversation for another ti-"
"Yeah. And who's this Nappa guy? You also said that he came to Earth with dad, right?" Trunks asked Piccolo.
"Yeah, I said that, too, but-"
"Where do you think this Nappa guy is, huh?" Trunks asked.
Piccolo paused, again.
Brief Flashback
In the year, Seven Sixty-Two... Piccolo and a young Son Gohan were left to fight off Nappa until Goku had arrived. Krillin couldn't move after surviving what could have been a fatal blast from Nappa would've been.
Vegeta just watched from the sidelines.
Nappa had fired a powerful mouth beam directly toward Son Gohan. Gohan was too terrified to move as he saw a white light rushing toward him. Piccolo then intervened as he decided to shield Gohan with his body and take on the fatal attack.
End Brief Flashback
Piccolo growled about the memory he had, sixteen years ago.
"Hm?" Goten and Trunks were confused.
"What's wrong, Piccolo?" Goten asked.
"Why don't you ask your dads what happened to the other Saiyans, after all of this is over?" Piccolo said as he took his eyes off of Trunks and looked over to Vegeta.
"Okay..." Goten pouted.
"Hey, Goten. After our dads beat that cat guy, maybe we can use the Dragon and ask where this Nappa and Radish guy is?"
Gohan's body had frozen in terror as he then thought of the trauma and experiences, he had with both Raditz and Nappa as a kid. He then felt someone tug onto his left shoulder. 'No, not those guys!'
"And if they're dead, then we can use the Dragon Balls to bring them back to life." Trunks chuckled.
"Yeah, that's a great idea!" Goten smiled.
Gohan stepped in and approached both Goten and Trunks. "No! That's a terrible idea! You shouldn't waste a wish in bringing those monsters back!" Gohan shouted at both Goten and Trunks out of frustration and bitterness toward the dead Raditz and Nappa. Gohan's outburst caught the group off guard.
"Are you okay, Gohan?" Videl asked.
"Eh?" As soon as Gohan heard Videl's soft voice, he had snapped back into reality. He then looked at his surroundings noticed that the group was staring at him. 'I think I'm in trouble!' Orbs of sweat formed on Gohan's face as he felt embarrassed for causing a scene.
Goku, Vegeta, Tarble and Broly heard Gohan yelling from where their friends and family are.
"What is Gohan yelling about over there?" Goku asked.
"Hmph. Beats me." Vegeta said.
Five Minutes Later...
Most of Goku's friends and family that weren't Saiyan watched from the ground as they watched the Saiyans perform the ritual in the air.
Beerus, the Destroyer and Whis sat down and ate Sushi at a Sushi Bar. Not paying attention to the Super Saiyan God ritual.
The Seven Saiyans, such as Son Goku, Vegeta, Son Gohan, Son Goten, Trunks, Tarble and Broly had all held hands and decided to perform the Super Saiyan God ritual. They had hovered over the pool n the Capsule Corp. yard.
"Is everyone ready?" Goku asked.
Mm-hmm." Goten nodded.
"Yeah." Trunks said.
"Yeah, dad." Gohan said.
"I'm ready Kaka-I mean, Goku." Tarble replied to Goku.
"It's fine. Just call me Kakarot." Goku said.
"Really? Are you sure?" Tarble asked. Not wanting to cross any lines.
"It's fine." Goku chuckled. He then turned to Broly. "What about you, Broly?"
Broly nodded to Goku.
"Okay. Everyone on three." Goku looked to his Saiyan companions. "One! Tw-"
"Hold on a second!" Vegeta yelled. Interrupting Goku and the Super Saiyan God ritual.
"Big brother?" Tarble looked at Vegeta, confusingly.
"Why does Kakarot get to be the God? I'm the Prince of all Saiyans! I feel like the spotlight should be on me, this time!" Vegeta yelled, feeling jealous and entitled.
"Stop complaining! Or do I have to remind you that the Earth is at stake, again?" Bulma yelled.
"Tch!" Vegeta growled. 'After Kakarot, I'll be the next.' Vegeta gulped. "Fine!"
"Thanks, Vegeta. Okay! On the count of three, channel as much energy as you can toward me!" Goku said.
Goku's companions nodded.
"One! Two! Three!"
When Goku had counted to three, five of the seven Saiyan participants in the ritual had transformed into their Super Saiyan forms. Broly, who was holding Goku's right hand and... was shocked to see that most of his Saiyan companions had changed their hair colors to blonde. Except Tarble, who was holding Vegeta's right hand and Gohan's left hand was not surprised to see the form of Super Saiyan... but wasn't able to transform into one on his own.
After a minute of channeling Ki, nothing special seemed to be happening as energy is being drawn into Goku.
"Um, dad? Do you feel any different? Any changes" Gohan asked.
"Uh, no. I don't think so-" Suddenly, Goku gasped as he then felt a large rapid amount of energy being transferred to him. 'This large amount of energy...' Goku then looked to Broly and noticed a green aura coating him. 'Is this Broly's?'
"Dad?" Gohan called.
From below as Goku's friends and family watched the ritual take root, Bulma couldn't help but hope. "Come on. This is our last chance."
Within the next twenty seconds, Vegeta had felt blue God aura surrounding his body. Then, that God aura passed on to Gohan's body, then to Goten's, then to Broly's, then to Trunks', then to Tarble's and finally... the God Ki was finally channeled to Goku's body. As the seven Saiyans continued to channel energy to Goku, their bodies were coated with God aura, like a small twister. And within the next minutes, Son Goku had floated upwards a few thousands of feet in the sky as all of the God Ki in had been now inside of Goku.
As Goku had floated in the air, he decided to take a deep breath.
"Hm?" Beerus stopped eating Sushi on a plate for a moment and slightly glanced toward Goku.
Goku then let out a scream and begun transforming into the Super Saiyan God. By mixing God Ki with his Super Saiyan form. It was as if two colors of Ki were merging into one. Or two different colors of paint-such as blue and yellow were mixing into green. Goku's entire body was coated in a circular blue aura with everyone watching.
Whis watched with a mild smile on his face.
Beerus just stared. 'The prophecy has now been fulfilled.'
After a moment, the blue aura that surrounded Goku's body had all but dispersed. Goku had emerged with the transformation of Super Saiyan God. His hair and eyes were the color of green and Goku appeared to be in his Super Saiyan form, but greater. Goku slowly levitated onto the ground. And then, he exhaled.
Most of Goku's friends and family were in awe as they watched Goku touch the surface as a Super Saiyan God.
"He still looks like a Super Saiyan to me." Oolong said as he stared at Goku.
"Well, yeah. But look at his hair... it's green!" Bulma stated.
"Looks like Cotton Candy to me!" Majin Buu said, then licked his lips.
"No, Buu. That's not Cotton Candy." Hercule informed Majin Buu.
"I can't sense his Ki." Krillin said.
Goku then looked at his hands and noticed the bluish-green aura coating his body.
'So, that's what a Super Saiyan God looks like.' Vegeta's eyes narrowed.
"Are you happy, Lord Beerus? It seems that the ritual was successful." Whis said with a smile.
"Yes. It's my reward for being so patient." Beerus said as he slowly walked toward Goku.
"Hold on, Lord Beerus. You think I've become some kind of Super Saiyan God?" Goku asked Beerus.
Broly stares at Goku's Super Saiyan God form from behind.
"We'll never know until we fight. Are you ready to fight, Saiyan?" Beerus said as he approached Goku.
"Okay. As long as you keep your word. That if I beat you, you won't destroy the Earth?" Goku asked.
"Fine. I keep my promise in not destroying this Earth, as long as you beat me."
"Great! That's a fair shot." Goku said, feeling relieved.
Whis decided to look over toward Goku's friends and family. "Okay, everyone. It is about to get dangerous, so I suggest that you all give them some space."
"Uh, right." Krillin responded. Then, most of Goku's friends and family... including Vegeta had moved away from the 'what is about to be' battleground. Broly was one of the last to leave Goku and Beerus to fight each other.
"Kakarot." Broly muttered as he left Goku to fight Beerus.
Super Saiyan Goku and Beerus, the Destroyer made eye contact with each other as they were about to fight for their lives.
