Clem swallows the hard feelings she has for him. It's not like it was his decision to do all of this, and he patched up Carley. He doesn't seem all bad. "Yeah, I remember you, and your dad. The farm was.. Nice." She answered, looking solemn.

"You never met my siblings, did you?" Shawn asks. Clem shakes her head.

"I didn't. They were in the house the whole time I was there, I think. What happened to your family? And that guy you were friends with?" She looks up and sees him sadly looking into the space in front of him, continuing to walk them to their room.

"Oh.. Chet. Yeah, he's gone, unfortunately. Him and his Ma. They got ambushed by walkers a few days after you guys left. We were so busy building our own defenses that we didn't even think to check on them. They wandered up to our new gate and started banging on it and.. Yeah."

"I'm sorry." She replies.

He nods. "It's alright. I bet you've lost way more than me." He turns to Carley, noticing her lack of eye contact. "I'm sorry, Carley, was it? How long have you known Clem for?"

"Since this all started, I guess." She answers, still not looking at him.

"Oh, me too." He looks back down at Clem. "About my family.. I don't like to talk about them much. All you really need to know is that most of them are dead, including my dad."

"We've all lost families. I understand." Clem empathizes, looking him in the eyes.

"Maggie, my sister, she might be okay. I don't know. The rest I was able to find, unfortunately..." His hands tighten around his gun. He stops at their destination, a pair of double doors separating them from the bedroom marking employee's only.

"Jesus.." Carley mutters, shaking her head.

"Don't mean to be so down. Sorry. You're gonna see just how much better it is here than out there. Here we are." Shawn unlocks the door with a pair of keys. "You guys don't have these yet, but once Bill starts trusting you more, you might just be able to get some."

"Oh good, I'd love for Bill to trust me." Clem replies sarcastically.

"He's not as bad as Luke and Pete make him out to be. Some of his enforcers are… Don't tell Troy I said that." He opens the door at last and reveals a spacious room filled with stuff. To the left are rows of bunk beds. It looks like this room used to be a stock room, evident by the shelves filled to the brim with delicious food Clem hadn't seen in ages. Packaged baked goods, beef jerky, and even a row of freezers contained tubs of what Clem hoped was ice cream. To the right were utilities - a row of flashlights, two walkie talkies and an employee bathroom.

"Welcome." Shawn says, smiling. "Your beds are over there. You guys share a bunk." He points to a singular bunk bed. Almost every other bed either has someone on it or is laid on by a bag of luggage to symbolize that someone owns it. Eddie, Justin and Becca are lying on their beds. Underneath Justin's bed is the only bunk without any supplies on it. Carley is assisted by Shawn into the bottom bunk, while Clem looks up at hers and feels a cold, unsettling feeling. She looks around and finds Becca staring at her with a scowl.

"What are you looking at?" Clem questions, glaring back with her arms folded.

"Nothing, from the looks of it." Becca replies, turning to face away from her on her side. Eddie rolls his eyes at her attitude and stands up, offering his hand.

"Becca, don't be an asshole. Hi, sorry about her. Name's Eddie."

"Hi.." She hesitantly takes his warm hand and shakes it. He smiles.

"You shouldn't call Becca an asshole, Shel will ream your ass." Justin says, turning in his bed. He's reading a book titled Time Machine.

"I'd like to see her try. Besides, Becca owns that shit, right kid?" Eddie turns around to see her reaction, but she's still faced away.

"Yup. Now please shut up. I'm tired." She growls, shutting her eyes.

"What did you do all day? Watch?" Justin asked rhetorically.

From the bathroom came Bonnie, brushing her teeth and spitting into a small blue cup with her name sketched onto it. Actual toothpaste was in her mouth. "She filled magazines with me. She did decently."

"Oh screw you, Bonnie." Becca grumpily barked.

Bonnie giggled. Carley and Clem looked at each other. The farm girl notices the two newbies and gives a small, compassionate look of guilt as she walks up to Clem and kneels down. "Hey there, honey. I'm.. awfully sorry about how things went down." She gives Carley the same look. "To you as well. What happened wasn't planned, especially the thing with your leg."

"I get it. We would have done the same." The reporter replies.

"It's whatever. We're even." Clem says.

Bonnie shakes her head."It's not like you were the one who tied me up and gagged me, heh. Don't worry about your group, the pen ain't so bad."

"It's really not. It's like here, only with more space and more restrictions." Shawn adds. From the bathroom comes Johnny, Wyatt and Shel. Johnny gives Clem a narrow eyed look before heading towards the freezer and taking out a tub. He opens the lid and the smell hits Clem like a truck: it really is ice cream, mint chocolate chip specifically. Johnny takes a disposable spoon and begins eating from the tub. Clem and Carley simply watch with intense focus, as if they're looking at a mirage in the desert.

"Don't eat it all again, dude." Wyatt warns.

"I never ate it all, you and I ate it all." He replies between mouthfuls. The group laughs, besides the newbies.

Shel approaches them. "Oh hey there. Carley, is it?"

"Yeah. You're Shel, right? Carver mentioned your name when we were leaving the truck." She asks.

"Yup, that's right. Nice to meet you - and sorry about the leg."

Carley nods frantically. "Just don't mention it. It hurts when you mention it."

"Yeah, no problem." Shel turns to look down at Clem. "Who are you?"

"Clementine. I'm 11 years old, before you ask." She cynically states.

Shel puts a hand on her hip and hums. "Hm. You're older than your age too, huh? Guess you have to be." Clem looks surprised to hear that.

"Ugh." Becca rolls in her bed.

"Problem, Becca?" Shel asks her sister.

"Nope.." She lazily answers.

"Is that real ice cream?" Carley questions, pointing at Johnny as he moans after another tantalizing scoop is thrown down his mouth.

"Get yur own!" He mouths.

"Here, let me." Wyatt jogs to the freezer, takes out a carton and delivers it to Carley, along with two spoons. "Here, enjoy. You deserve it." Clementine looks down at the spoon, inhaling the sweet, sweet scent of vanilla + cookie dough. Saliva visibly drips down Carley's lip. Clem lingers, giving Wyatt a look. "What? It ain't gonna bite you. Unless you got sensitive teeth, I guess."
