A/N: This is not The Tales of version of Percy Jackson and the Greek Gods or Percy Jackson and the Greek Heroes, but rather The Tales of version of a book I got of Greek and Roman Mythology I got in Rome Italy. The settings will be after 'The Tales of the Heroes of Olympus: The Blood of Olympus' so please read that before getting in this story. Think of this story as something to pass by until The Trials of Apollo books.
Amphisthenes
This guy was more known for who his grandsons were than who he was.
Amphisthenes was a Lacedaemonian, whose grandsons Astrabacus and Alopecus discovered the long-lost statue of Artemis Orthia, which Orsstes and Iphigenia had brought from Tauris. Unfortunately there was consequences for gazing upon the sacred statue, and the two grandchildren went mad. This was the statue infront of the young Spartans were beaten every year until their blood flow.
Talk about harshness.
Well I better watch what I say about the next person to avoid getting in trouble with my own divine step-mom.
