After several hours of patrolling for strange activity, Ryoma and Hisui were talking about each others kingdoms and families. Hinoka, Lucy, and Ryoma get ready for combat. Hisui says, "False alarm. It's just a rabbit."

The rabbit just looks at the four confused and then leaves. Suddenly, several arrows head toward Ryoma. He immediately dodges all all of them without wasting a single movement. then more arrows and a few different spells head toward them. Lucy brings out Virgo and Sagittarius and Hinoka uses her take over magic. They see the attackers and both Hoshidan royals recognize them. Ryoma says, "Looks like Vallite soldiers have made it to this world."

"And there are some faceless mixed in too." Hinoka replies. Sagitarious says, "We'll just have to take them out quickly,"

"Lucy (using Virgo stardress) and Virgo, you'll attack from underground and take out the ranged fighters. Hinoka and Sagittarius, you have a range advantage against most of the melee fighters to take them out. Ryoma, use your reflexes to defend me or anyone struggling in combat." Hisui says. The fighters stick to Hisui's plan. Once Lucy and Virgo took out the ranged fighters, Hisui told Lucy (using Sagittarius stardress) help Hinoka with offense and to switch Virgo for Gemini (transformed as Erza) to help with defense. Lucy and Hinoka had nearly perfect teamwork. They get a flawless victory due to Hisui's quick thinking and everyone else's skill.

"That was quite the plan." Ryoma says. Hisui replies, "My father prepaired me in case Fiore goes to war. I had to read several strategybooks and historical texts about previous wars. I guess now would be a good time for us to head back to the castle considering the three of you look exhausted."

Once they got there, Lucy and Hinoka shared one room, while Ryoma stayed in a room close to Hisui's. Lucy says,"Hinoka, the more I spend time with you the more I feel safe around you. I love you."

"Then I look forward to the help and one last thing before I head to bed." Hisui kisses Ryoma. She then gets really shy and heads back to her room. Ryoma was confused but enjoyed the kiss.

Hinoka and Lucy finish their second round. Hinoka says, "I'm surprised you were able to keep up with me."

"How do you have this much stamina?" Lucy asks. Hinoka says, "You'll get used to it because nights are gonna be more like that once we get married."

Hinoka kisses Lucy on her forehead before the two fall asleep in each others arms.
