Chapter 165: Yakuza brawl
The hero council quickly huddle up as Once-ler told King Mighty and the rest of her teammates to leave Overhaul to them. After everyone left, the hero council ask their kids if they are going to be alright by themselves, causing Charming to calmly tell them to trust them as he and his team prepares for a fight. After the council left, Overhaul smiled sadistically before signaling his goon to start the fight, causing Team Council to split up and work together to subdue the goons. Soon, the team combined each of their quirks to show off eight different super moves, which caused all of Overhaul's goons to be immediately defeated much to Overhaul's annoyance as Team Council do their secret handshake. Sam then taunted Overhaul by asking if that's all he got, causing him to sarcastically say no and thank him for asking anyway. Overhaul then snaps his fingers again so his elite goons can join the fray.
Charming then realized something and decided to think of a plan, causing his team to quickly fend off the goons until he has an idea. Charming told his team that he and Once-ler are going to use a new move to support them all at once, causing everyone to say "right" before putting the plan into action. After the twins wrapped their blackwhips around their teammates and create a move called support bond chain, the plan begins as Beanstalk becomes a giant to help Captain Treasure defeat a group of elite goons. Everyone then created their own super moves to defeat the elite goons, causing Overhaul to get agitated and use his quirk to attack the team, which also caused them to quickly avoid him before deciding to work together to fight Overhaul for real.
Meanwhile, everyone managed to locate Cadet 1a with help from Siri and Siri Jr., which caused them to run up to them and apologize for getting themselves captured by villains. The council then told the cadets not to worry because all the incident did was reminding every hero around the world that villains are getting more dangerous and making their jobs riskier, causing the cadets themselves to cry harder as Class A115 comforted them. Annie then told everyone that they must get back to Team Council and help them defeat Overhaul, which caused everyone to agree before setting off. Back at the fight with Overhaul, Snow Queen and Heatblast use their respective super move against Overhaul, so Mirror Man and the twins can attack his blind spot by combining their quirks together. Overhaul then told the team to get out of his way before using a super move to blast everyone away. He then told the kids that they are more infuriating than their parents, causing Once-ler to say that's how they are going to defeat him before using her extreme strength to overpower Overhaul. However, Overhaul himself turned the tables, which forced the team to try to help Once-ler until Cadet 1a came and attack Overhaul as they yelled at Overhaul to leave Once-ler alone. After the hero council came with reinforcements, Overhaul got furious as he scream at the heroes to stop ruining his plan to revive All for one's legacy and continue where the VOWD organization left off before the war. Soon, the Devil Brats arrived as Ghostman warped everyone into different areas of the agency, leaving the twins to deal with Overhaul themselves.
