It was the next day. Stella was sitting on her bed, reading a book. She was wondering when her new friend, Ethan would come back...

Stella: I hope Ethan will come back here again.

She checked her clock, and it was 1:58pm, 2 minutes before 2:00pm, which Ethan told her he would be back to see her again. Just then, she heard tapping on her window.

Stella: Who is it?

Ethan: It's me!

Stella sees Ethan at the window...

Stella: (happily) Hello, Ethan.

Ethan: Hello, Stella. Is it safe to come in yet?

Stella: (nods) Yes, it's safe.

Ethan then started to climb through Stella's window, but he got himself stuck again. He struggled, as he tried pushing on the wall, but he couldn't get out.

Ethan: Uh, could you please help me in?

Stella grabbed his arms, and said, 'Hold on.' She pulled as hard as she could, and suddenly, Ethan popped in, and landed on the floor.

Stella: Welcome back, Ethan.

Ethan: (as he gets up) Yep, it's me. I'm feeling pretty hungry again.

Stella: Would you like a piece of apple pie?

Ethan: Yeah, I'd like one.

Stella: It would have to be a smaller piece today, though.

Ethan: Alright, then.

Stella then leaves her room and goes to the kitchen to get it. Ethan waits on her bed patiently. But when Stella got to the kitchen, she saw her mother Judy, and father Ken...

Stella: (nervously) Oh, hello, Mom, Dad. What's happening?

Judy: Stella, dear, we're going out for a while.

Ken: So, we need you to take care of the house while we're gone.

Stella: Well... alright, then. Have a good time.

As soon as Judy and Ken walked away, Stella went into the refrigerator and got a small pie of apple pie. Then she went back to her bedroom to give it to Ethan.

Stella; Here's a slice of apple pie.

Ethan: Thank you, Stella:

Ethan took the slice of apple pie, and it ate it slowly, and not too fast.

Stella: So, Ethan, what have you been doing lately?

Ethan: Well, I've been spending some time with my family. One example is that I've spend a day watching my sister do her job at the salon, and she showed me how to style hair.

Stella: How did you like that?

Ethan: It was fun!

Ethan ate the last of his piece of apple pie, and got all the crumbs off the plate, by picking them up with his fingers.

Stella: I'm happy that you like the treats I gave you.

Ethan: Do you have any video game?

Stella: Of course! Let me get some out right now!

Stella got out a bunch of games they could play, and Ethan said that he wanted to play Super Mario Brothers. Stella did a better job at the game, but Ethan put up a good fight at it. Over 2 hours later...

Ethan: I've got to go home now, Stella!

Stella: Why?

Ethan: Because my parents are expecting me to be home for dinner. (excited) I can't wait to see what's for dinner!

Stella: Why, good luck, Ethan.

Ethan: Thank you.

Because Stella forgot that her parents were gone, she got Ethan up, and onto her back so he would go out the window again. Ethan didn't mind going out the window, since this way was faster since his house somewhere behind Stella's. Unfortunately...

Ethan: (groans) I'm stuck again!

Stella: (sighs) Alright, here we go again.

Stella pushed Ethan with her hands, and luckily, she got him out a little easier that last time. Ethan then climbed down the window.

Ethan: I'll see you again at 3:00 tomorrow afternoon.

Stella: I'm happy you're coming back to visit again.

Ethan waved goodbye, then went home. As she watched him, Stella replied, 'I have a lot to do to take care of him.'

The next day...

The next day, Stella did some work around the house. She was now resting on her bed, listening to music. When she looked at her clock, she said that it was 2:58pm. At that moment, she heard tapping on her window, and she saw that it was Ethan...

Stella: Hello again, Ethan.

Ethan then started to climb through the window, but he gets stuck again.

Ethan: (groans) Oh, really?

Stella was surprised that he got stuck again, but quickly got up and went to help him, by pulling him in with her hands. But Ethan got in so fast, he couldn't say anything. As soon as Ethan got up, they went to Stella's bed, sat down, and had a conversation...

Stella: So, Ethan, what are you having for dinner tonight?

Ethan: I'm having 5-meat pizza! (pepperoni, sausage, ham, bacon, beef) It's even better than what I had for lunch, 2 cheeseburgers, with french fries, and a root beer float!

Stella was really shocked, and said, 'You must be a big eater.'

Ethan: I'm feeling hungry again.

Stella: All right, I get some chocolate donut holes for you.

Stella walked out of her bedroom, while Ethan sat on the bed, and read one of Stella's books, about technology. Stella got to the living room, and saw the box of chocolate donut holes. She was about to grab the box to her bedroom, but remembered about Ethan being a big eater...

Stella: (to herself) If I take the whole box back, Ethan might eat them all.

She thought for a moment, and then she had an idea: she put on a pair of white rubber gloves, and took 4 chocolate donut holes out of the box with her hands. She then carried them back to her room, where she saw Ethan reading...

Stella: You like that book?

Ethan: It's alright. (puts the book down)

Stella: We'll anyway, here are 4 chocolate donut holes.

Ethan: (takes the donut holes) Thanks, Stella.

He slowly eats them one at a time. After he finishes them. Stella asks, 'How is your family doing?'

Ethan: They're doing fine. I recently spend a day with my mother, and learned more about what she does as an attorney, and the following day, with my father about his real estate jobs, for a career project at school.

Stella: Oh, that's cool! What about your sister?

Ethan: Oh, I love her! But I haven't done anything with her since that day we had in the salon last week.

Stella: Oh, sorry to hear that.

Ethan: Is there anything we could do?

Stella: Do you feel like dancing to music?

Ethan: Yes, I'd want to do that.

Stella put the radio on, to an oldies station, and they danced in her bedroom to the music for a little while, before Ethan had to go home...

Ethan: It's time for me to go home right now, Stella.

Stella: Alright, then.

Stella was having so much fun with Ethan, that she again forgot her parents weren't home, so he could just go out the door. And because of that, she had Ethan climb onto her back, and go through the window. but once again, he gets stuck...

Ethan: (groans) Oh, great.

Stella: I'll push you out.

Stella then used her hands, and briefly used her shoulder to give him a push, which got him out. He then climbed down to the ground, and waved to Stella...

Stella: Are you coming back again tomorrow?

Ethan: I'll be by tomorrow morning at 9:00am.

He then walked home, and Stella relaxed on her bed, and would be ready to see him again tomorrow...

The next day after that...

Stella was outside in her backyard, wearing her P.E. uniform (a marigold and white shirt with blue and white shorts) exercising. She was currently doing jumping jacks when Ethan walked in her backyard...

Ethan: Good morning, Stella.

Stella: Good morning, Ethan.

Ethan: What are you doing?

Stella: I'm exercising.

Ethan: I'll like to try that.

Stella: Okay, then, let me get you a workout uniform.

Both of them went into her room, where Stella went into her closet, and found a uniform for Ethan: a red t-shirt, with blue shorts, and white sneakers. He went into the bathroom to change, while Stella waited for him. When he came out, the uniform he was dressed in was too small, tight for his waist, and his stomach was sticking out. His girth was pinching the waistband of his shorts. Stella looked at him, worried, and said, 'We've got a lot of work to do.' Then they both went back outside...

Stella: Okay, Ethan. We're doing some sit-ups, so first lay down on the ground.

Ethan does so.

Ethan: Okay, now what?

Stella: I have to hold your feet down.

She put her hands on Ethan's feet.

Stella: Alright, now try and sit up on the ground.

Ethan struggled for a few moments to do his first sit-up, but eventually did it. Then he tried to do his second sit-up, and he struggled a bit less that time. On the third sit-up. Ethan finally understood how those went, and though he still had a hard time, he kept doing sit-ups until he did 10 of them. Stella was proud of him...

Stella: Good job, Ethan. You never gave up.

Ethan: I got the hang of it after a did a few of them.

Stella: Next, it's time to try push-ups. I'll show you how to do them.

Stella got on her stomach on the ground, then pushed herself up, then down on the ground, pushed herself up again, and then down on the ground again.

Stella: Okay, Ethan, now you try it.

Ethan got on the ground on his stomach, and he found out his stomach slightly squishes on the ground. When he pushed himself off the ground, he saw that his stomach was still touching it. He was so fat that while doing push-ups, his stomach didn't get off the ground. He eventually did 10 push-ups, and he was sweating. Exhausted, he then rolled on his back to lay down..

Stella: Are you okay, Ethan?

Ethan: I'm fine. Can I take a rest?

Stella: Yes.

After a while, Ethan sat back up on the ground...

Stella: Do you feel like doing any more workouts?

Ethan: No, not right now.

Stella: Alright, then, let me get you a big snack as an award for doing such a good job.

Stella went inside, and went to the kitchen, where she looked in the refrigerator. She saw a small carrot cake (that was as big as Ethan's head) in there. She took it out, and went back outside to Ethan...

Stella: This is for doing so well on your workout!

Ethan: Thank you.

Ethan took the carrot cake, and he began eating by smooshing his whole face in it! But he also then ate slowly, with small bites. After he ate the whole cake, Stella stared at him in surprise...

Stella: Wow, you ate all of that at one time.

Ethan nodded as he picked the crumbs off of his uniform, and ate them. After he finished, he said, 'That was delicious.'

Stella: Well... I'm glad you liked it.

For a while, they spent time outside hanging out together, before Ethan had to go back home for lunch. But he told Stella he would be back later that afternoon. As he walked away, Stella watched him, and said, 'I wonder what else we could do later?' She went back inside to have lunch.'

Later that day...

It was about 2:00pm, Stella was in her room setting up her karaoke machine. After lunch, she saw on her phone that her parents had send her a text, saying that they would be gone a bit longer than before. Stella was ready to do something she had wanted to do for a while...

Stella: I can't wait to do some singing!

At that moment, she heard Ethan knocking on her window again...

Stella: (goes over to her window, and opens it) Hi, again, Ethan!

Ethan: Hi, again, Stella. What's going on?

Stella: I'm about to do some karaoke.

Ethan: It is alright if I sing some songs with you?

Stella: Sure, come on in!

Ethan went through the window, but once again he got stuck. Stella tried to pull him inside with her hands, but it was harder for her to do it this time. Thanks to that carrot cake he had, he gained weight. After a bit of pulling, Ethan finally got free, and stumbled in.

Stella: So, I thought first, we'd sing 'The Safety Dance' by Men Without Hats.

Ethan: I love that song!

Stella: Good. We could also dance with the song.

Ethan: Well, let's sing it.

Stella and Ethan then sung 'The Safety Dance' by Men Without Hats on the karaoke machine, and danced along with it. After the song finished, Stella asked Ethan, 'Do you want to do another song', and Ethan nodded.

Stella: Do you feel like doing another song by Men Without Hats, called 'Pop Goes the World?'

Ethan: I haven't heard that one.

Stella: It's a happy-like song. Just sing it when I do.

Ethan: Okay.

They both sung another Men Without Hats song, 'Pop Goes the World'. After they were done...

Ethan: Could we take a break now, Stella?

Stella: Okay.

Stella sat on her bed, and before Ethan joined her, we went to the snack bar that was in her room to get something to eat. He got a small bag of potato chips and a can of regular soda. He then ate the bag of chips and drank the soda. After they rested for a while, Ethan and Stella were ready to do more karaoke...

Stella: Okay, I got some tunes by another Canadian new wave band, Glass Tiger. Are you ready?

Ethan nodded his head. They both had a great time singing two of Glass Tiger's songs, 'Don't Forget Me When I'm Gone,' and 'Someday' on Stella's karaoke machine. After that, they stop...

Stella: Do you want to watch TV for a while?

Ethan: Yes, I would like that.

Stella looked at her clock, and said, 'It's almost time for 'Dessert Wars!' Do you watch to watch that?

Ethan was excited, and ran to the living room. Stella followed behind him. They both sat on the couch. Stella grabbed the remote, turned the TV on, and they both watched 'Dessert Wars' together. After the show was over, Ethan turned to Stella, and said, 'I have to go home now.'

Stella: Alright.

Stella was about to show him the door, but Ethan surprisingly went back to Stella's bedroom...

Stella: Ethan, my parents are still out. You don't need to go out the window.

Ethan: My house is closer to this side of your house. That's why I still climb to the window.

Stella sighs. As expected, Ethan got himself stuck again. Stella went over to the window, and had to push him out with her hands, and then her shoulder. It took a little while, so they had a conversation. Ethan asked her, 'What are we doing tomorrow?'

Stella thought it through, smiled, and said, 'I have some water park stuff ready for you.' Ethan was thrilled, and said, 'That would be cool! I'll be ready!'

Finally, Ethan got unstuck from the window. He then climbed down the house, and walked home, with Stella (from her window) watching him walk away.

The next day...

It was a sunny day in Royal Woods. Stella, in her swimwear, (a red tube top with a red skirt) was getting some water park stuff out in her backyard. The water park stuff was a inflatable pool with a tunnel-like slide, a slip and slide, and the sprinkler turned on. After she finishing setting it up, she decided to try out the pool with the tunnel slide...

Stella: I hope this stuff is safe for Ethan.

She climbed onto the slide, and then slid down the tunnel into the pool. After Stella came down, there was a splash. At that moment, Ethan came over, and was wearing a white t-shirt, a red speedo, (a pair of swimming shorts that look skin-tight) and a pair of black flip-flops. He saw the water park stuff...

Ethan: Stella... this is cool!

Stella: (chuckles, and gets out of the pool) Ethan, I'm glad you came over.

Ethan: Can I join you in your water activities?

Stella: Yes, of course.

Ethan was very happy to hear that. They both decided to go to the slip and slide first. Stella allowed Ethan to go first. Ethan tried to dive into the slide through the tunnel but unfortunately, because it was too small for him, he ended up getting stuck at the very beginning...

Ethan: Oh, no!

Stella, used to this by now, had her hands out, and used them to push Ethan. She pushed her left shoulder forward while pushing. With a good hard push, she got him out, and he got to the end of the slide, which she followed right behind him...

Stella: Ethan, I don't think you should use that slide anymore.

Ethan: I think that's a good idea.

They go to the inflatable pool with a water slide...

Stella: The tunnel slide is bigger than the one on the slip and slide. You would fit through that one more easily.

Ethan: (hesitates for a bit) Well... okay, if it's bigger than that one.

They both climb on the pool slide, with Ethan going down first. The tunnel was bigger than the one on the slip and slide. He slid into the pool, and some water came out of the pool. The two kids were stunned...

Ethan: I did not expect that.

Stella: Well... it was still a big splash.

Ethan: Could I try it again.

Stella: Sure, but I'll go down first this time.

Ethan: Fine.

Stella and Ethan went down the pool slide 2 more times before they run to run through the sprinkles together. They ran back and forth with their arms out through the sprinklers 6 times. After that, they both went inside to take a shower and dry off. After watching TV for a while, Ethan then had to leave...

Ethan: I have to go home now, Stella.

Stella: Ethan, could you use the front door to leave this time?

Ethan: Okay.

As Ethan got up, Stella asked him, 'When are you coming back again?'

Ethan: After lunch, about 1:00pm

Ethan then walked out the front door to go home, while Stella watched him leave.

The next day...

It was about 1:00pm. Stella was in her room, doing a hobby she liked. She loved technology. She was dismantling a red laptop, and then putting it back together.

Stella: I'm making progress on this.

Just then, she heard a tap on her window. She saw that it was Ethan. Stella was surprised, but opened the window...

Stella: Hello, Ethan.

Ethan: Hello, Stella.

She then tried to climb the window, but he got stuck. Stella grabbed his arms with her hands, and pulled him in. After a short time, he tumbled inside.

Stella: What's been happening at your house lately?

Ethan: Well, my family is doing great. We're going out to eat at a buffet tonight.

Stella: (happily) Wow, that's great, Ethan.

Ethan: I'm already feeling hungry right now.

Stella: (chuckles) Well, I better find you a really good snack.

Stella goes out of her room, to the kitchen, but she's saw also the box of chocolate donut holes. She went into her refrigerator and got out a slice of banana cream pie for Ethan. She also got the box of donut holes as well. She went back to her room and gave the treats to Ethan...

Ethan: Thank you, Stella.

Because he was so hungry this time, Ethan ate rather quickly. He ate 2 chocolate donut holes at once until the box was empty, and then he smooshes his face into the slice of banana cream pie while he took big bites. After he finished, he licked his fingers.

Ethan: Delicious!

Stella: I'm happy you liked it, Ethan.

He decided to stay for a while, because he watched to see what Stella is doing. He saw she was working on her red laptop...

Ethan: What are you doing?

Stella: Well, I love technology, and one of the things I like doing is to dismantle electronics and put them back together again.

Ethan: What is the point of that?

Stella: I think it's fun.

Ethan: Oh. Is there anything I can do to help?

Stella: You can help by watching the pieces I took apart, so I don't lose them.

Ethan: Okay.

As Stella was dismantling her laptop, Ethan kept a close eye on the pieces she was taking apart. After Stella saw that all the pieces were there, she put the laptop back together again. She showed Ethan her laptop that she put back together.

Ethan: (amazed) Whoa, Stella, that's amazing! You put it back together successfully.

Stella: (giggles) Aw, thank you.

Ethan excused himself to go to the kitchen to get himself something to eat. He saw a slice of tuxedo chocolate cake. He picked it up and took it with him. He went back to Stella's room to eat the slice of cake. He took big bites, and then licked his fingers afterwards. After he finished, Stella asked him, 'Do you think you should go home and have dinner with your family?'

Ethan: Oh, I almost forgot.

He began to go toward the window. Stella then got him on her back to reach the window, but noticed that he had felt much heavier. Ethan got to the window, but then got himself stuck again.

Ethan: (grunting) Help.

Stella used her hands first, then her right shoulder to push him out of the window. It was slightly harder for him to do that since he ate more treats. But he got unstuck, and while he was holding on the windowsill, they had a small conversation...

Stella: Ethan, have you even helped anyone build technology before.

Ethan: Sorry, I haven't done that before.

Stella: Well, I'll have to show you how to do it sometime.

Ethan: Alright, then. Goodbye, Stella.

Stella: Goodbye, Ethan.

Ethan then climbed down the house, and then walked home, with Stella watching him from her window. Throughout Ethan's visits, he frequently continued to get fatter, but Stella herself had barely noticed it.
