A Different Sofia

30. FINAL Chapter Rewrite Out

Rewrite is coming up soon, so be on the lookout for that. Any who continues to read this version by itself and are confused on Sofia's age/height here's how I saw it.

Cannonly, Sofia's 8 in season 1, 8-9 in season 2, 9-10 in season 3, and 10-11 in season 4. While watching, season 1 and 2 have events that seem to blend together in the same year bleeding into a second. Sofia comes into the school at some point towards the beginning of the school year, presumably around her birthday since she doesn't quite come in at the full start of school but not quite winter break. So I put Sofia in season 1 to be turning nine and is remaining nine throughout the process of season 1 and 2. Season 3 she's ten since season 3 seems to pick up at the end of what is assumed Sofia's first year at Royal Prep, and seems to last two years as season 4 has her graduating Royal Prep. In Season 3, she's 10-12 and in season 4 she'll end up somewhere between 13 and 14. I have NOT seen the spin off Elena of Avalor but through the lovely internet, I found out that Sofia's appearance at Elena's coronation, she's 14. Due to animation, and just me perceiving this, Sofia seems more stocky, solid so I'm assuming it's from all the Protector training stuff she does. She looks to be approaching 15 so maybe a few months after the whole Vor showdown and Sofia remembers since the Vor kinda took up a bunch of room in her brain as the more pressing matter, Sofia and her family show up late at the coronation due to the distance they have to travel.

Her canon height isn't known, so I'm assuming they went with average heights for the age they wanted. For me, Sofia's going to end up somewhere in the six feet range. She wouldn't have her major growth spurt, although the six inch ones are close, till she's about 15 or so. All the 'little' growth spurts just so happen to lead up to that big growth spurt. I'm also going off the fact that females tend to hit their growth spurts earlier than males. James will also end up somewhere in the six foot range, not Sofia's height though, and Amber's gonna be close somewhere between 5'7" and 5'10".
