Hi guys, we hit another goal! 20 follows! I'd like to thank all of you for you support, you have no clue how excited I am for this story. Also, that super cool extra AU chapter will have to wait, in order to avoid spoilers.

I don't know why I didn't specify this before, but Shiro is actually pretty tall. In the main set of the story, she's Aomine's height.

BorearSilver thank you! I'm glad you think so, it took a lot of deliberating. I had to decide whether I wanted a fox, wolf or lion, but I ended choosing lion. Enjoy the chapter!

Shirona swaps between being childish and spiteful, but concerning a certain someone she instantly takes a liking to him, quickly coming to refer to him as (his name)-nii. /Brother\

After tryouts, and making sure she had made the cut, Shirona could easily say that she was in emotional heaven! She knew she would have made it, but it still made her happy. Something she wasn't too happy about was the fact that little snake had made it on too.

I don't even remember her name, but you'd think she'd be nicer after being destroyed like that. Or at least humble.

Referring to how, after the two had exited the pit, she had called Shirona a witch! A witch for gods sake! But, Shirona was not going to let a bitter loser ruin her mood.

Thus, she made her way towards the changing rooms to get changed into some more comfortable clothes, being a black, armless turtleneck and blue jeans, her jacket slung over her shoulder. She had brought it because it made her outfit look better, not because she would need it.

From there, with an easy grin on her face, she made her way to the nearest map of the school to look for the basketball gym.

There's three?! Turns out, Shirona found, there were three strings of the basketball team, spread between TWO gyms!

Well... I don't feel like going to both of them. So, I'll just go to one and if Mura-kun isn't in there then I leave.

She grinned, marvellous plan cementing as she resolved to go to the closest one. On her way, she fiddled with her phone, texting her dad she'd be a little later than expected, and informing him of the news!

Shiro

Hey pops! Your favourite kid made the team!

Meno

Your in the top five children. Good job though. Your mother is making a big dinner tonight, so don't be too late.

Shiro

Okay, bye bye big man!

Finally, she reached the door of the gym she had decided to go to, and reached for the handle.

Oh. My. God.

Only to find the door wouldn't budge. She circled the builds my, finding that the only other door led to the change rooms.

Okay...

Reluctantly she headed back to the front, sigh leaving her mouth as she deliberated if this was taking too much effort. Deciding that, since she made a promise to Murasakibara, she would try. At least, unless the door refused to open.

Groaning, she grasped the handle, pressing sideways it. It creaked, but didn't budge. Now growing frustrated, she reared to the left, before leaning right harshly. Once more, it creaked but didn't budge.

"Jesus Christ!"

Rearing back once more, she slammed left again, startled yelp leaving her as the door slid open quickly. She heard sounds of chatter and dribbling slowing to a halt as she peaked in.

That took to much effort. I'm tired now.

She lazily scanned the room, ignoring the looks she was receiving and the fuming look on, who she assumed to be, the coaches face.

She heard thundering footsteps, and tilted her head. A grin set itself upon her face as she realised it Murasakibara and three others approaching her.

"Yo, Mura-kun. How much longer are ya gonna take? Pops wants me home so we gotta be quick."

One of the two with Murasakibara raised an elegant eyebrow, while the others mouth hung open.

"Oh, Shiro-chin. We're nearly done I think. Lemme ask Captain." The slow drawl of Murasakibara's voice somewhat relaxed Shirona. Didn't last long, though.

"Murasakibara! You aren't leaving this gym until everyone is finished! And you! Who do you think you are?! We're in the middle of something!" The sharp voice has Shirona groaning, temples thumping as her eyes shifted to the black haired male beside her friend.

"Who are you?"

Her deadpan response had a silence ringing loud, before thundering laughter came from all of the older kids in the gym.

"I'm Nijimura. And you?" And irritated mark appeared on his forehead, and splitters of laughter sounded once more.

"Oh. I'm Shirona Kansai. How long is this going to take, Pijinana?"

More laughter, and Shirona found her self seated on the bench to "wait", and Nijimura found a headache blooming because of the ivornette.

"Pijinana, hey?" "Screw you, asshole."

"Say, Murasakibara, wanna introduce us to your friend here?"

Blearily, Shirona opens her eyes, just to be assaulted by an array of colours.

"Is that Shi-chan? Oh! Shi-chan!"

Recognising the familiar voice, Shirona shifted, wiping her eyes as she searched for her favourite, and only, pink friend. Only to find her already running at her, thus leaping into her arms in a hug.

"Hi, Sa-chan." Very enthusiastic.

"Say, Mo-chin. I don't wanna speak~ can introduce Shiro-chin to the others?" Murasakibara's whining caught her ears, and she glared tiredly in his direction.

"I can in-"

"Of course!"

Shirona was cut off, and she groaned as Momoi shifted away from her. Momoi turned away from her, not noticing how Shirona stood behind her, half a head taller than her as she shuffled over to Murasakibara.

"Everyone, this is Shirona Kansai! Shi-chan, this Aomine Daiki, Midorima Shintarou, and Akashi Seijrō," she excitedly exclaims, gesturing to each of the boys, before turning with a giggle. "And, of course, you already know Murasaki-" Momoi cut herself off, mouth hanging open as the boys behind her chuckled.

Somehow, in that short period of time, Shirona had convinced Murasakibara to let her get in his back and nap. So, a head of white hair rested on his shoulder, arms around his neck and legs resting on his hips, while he simply had a disinterested look on his face and his arms were linked underneath her knees. A curious sight.

"Shiro-chin. Don't fall asleep," Murasakibara spoke, earning a tired groan from Shirona. "We still have to get milkshakes."

This caused several exclamations of "milkshakes" and "can I come"s. In order to just shut the fools up, save Akashi, she relented and let them all come.

So, the group went on their merry way, colourful heads bouncing, Aomine and Momoi bickering, and Murasakibara and Midorima arguing, and the only civil converstaion being between Akashi and Shirona, as she realised that he was the one who had caught her on orientation.

She quickly took a liking to him, soft smiles and chuckles being shared between the two. Over the meal, the group made converstaion, familiarising themselves with one another.

Thus, began a tradition. Every Wednesday, the group would gather at the famed Maji Burger, eat and talk. They all always made time for it, even Akashi with a lot of convincing.
