Chapter 4

The next day…

D'angelo stared.

His jaw slacked as he saw the 'roadie' Suiryu had and was moving everything according to instruction. There was a lot of back talk from him and yet… "Oh honey. I have GOT to know the story of this…"

Suiryu's chest puffed out proudly as he smirked to Sukuna moving everything that is heavy all on his own, at the same time, complaining about it. "I'm doing all the work here!" he protested.

"Yeah you are," Suiryu replied. "Keep working,"

"Tch…" he sneered but carried on.

"So yeah, he got revived, tried to take out and eat Yua Tooru, like hell Yuuji and I would let that happen. So we beat him up, then Yuuji came up with the idea… how can he be revived, if he is already alive? SO, with that in mind, we kept him around, put a collar on him. Made him our pet and man servant to Yua, and keep him like this until we find everything of his that can be used as a revival medium and destroy it, before taking him out once and for all."

D'angelo was silent. "Brilliant and also terrifying. To think you can do this?" he whispered.

Suiryu smirked. "Oh I can do a lot worst than this, but at the moment, by Yua's request, we won't torment him too much. But some physical labor should be in order for the likes of him…" he whispered back.

He paused for a moment. "ROADIE! Move that speaker two inches to the left!"

Sukuna paused. "I JUST MOVED IT YOU KNOCK OFF, IT WAS TWO INCHES TO THE RIGHT BEFORE!"

"Don't like the look, move it back."

"THIS IS THE TENTH TIME YOU HAD ME MOVE THIS DAMN THING!"

"And?"

He was boiling with rage at this point, but Suiryu would continue to torment him throughout the day. He would be moving every heavy piece of equipment at least ten times or so. Then he would carry boxes of random and yet oddly heavy things up and down stairs but constantly move them about.

All in all, Suiryu had a blast ordering Sukuna around.

In fact, by the end of the day, the so called king of curses, was down right tired!

"How?" he asked between catching his breath. "How did you tire me out?!"

Suiryu bore a devious grin. "You mean to tell me you forgot your own jujutsu in this land?" he asked in an overly obnoxious tone. He then laughed aloud to Sukuna's misfortune. "You forgot about it!"

"Forgot what?!"

Suiryu continued to laugh. "The lands around the mountains here, there's a jujutsu put into the ground from when you were running the place. To weaken any sorcerer who tried to come in and attack if I were to guess. But how could you have forgotten that? You made it"

There was a blank look on the face of Sukuna, then suddenly, he gasped rather painfully and placed his hand over his chest. His heart must be aching right now. This has been happening often to him too. But Suiryu hasn't quite figured out if it was a good thing or not yet.

"Hon, is he okay?" D'angelo asked.

"Fine, he gets like this every so often, if he's in pain I don't tend to care…"

As the look of pain subsided on his face, Sukuna calmed himself down and yet. He appeared startled by something. Whatever is happening to him, is scaring the King of Curses down to his core.

Suiryu couldn't be happier that it is!

"By the way, I've been meaning to ask you… why haven't you popped the question yet!?" D'angelo demanded. "I got denied doing a maternity shoot for Yua Tooru, she didn't want one. But I am NOT missing my chance to photograph this moment between you and Kugisaki!"

His smile grew. "You better be here for the concert then." He whispered.

He could see it in his eyes. D'angelo was already thinking of what is to come, that and perhaps considering what camera to use.

For three days straight. Suiryu worked Sukuna like a dog.

For three days he did all the heavy lifting and setting up the stage to Suiryu's order and specification. If it wasn't done right, it was torn down and done again. Best of all. Suiryu made sure that Sukuna used no curse energy to do it! Even so, he was rather impressed to his brute strength and endurance. "I guess that is something we have in common, but still to have that kind of power with no jujutsu… it's almost like having heavenly restrictions…"

"OI! Suiryu, what's all this?"

He turned as the Fushiguros and Maki came to investigate. "We're putting on a concert in a few days!" he said with great cheer.

None of them appeared thrilled about it. "Were you even going to tell us about this?" Megumi asked.

"Yeah, tomorrow… the day of the concert…"

"UGH!" they all cringed. "You need to warn us when we are going to do something like this!" stated Toji. "I could have plans, you do know that, right!"

"I double checked with mom, you had NOTHING planned, also mom said she is too busy to come here among other things at the moment. So for now, just endure it. Besides, this is for a good cause. The farmers here are being forced off their farms for the sake of a tourist destination. So we are going to make sure they have more than enough funds to fight off these bastards."

"Well, that's different," Megumi said. "Also, I really don't want to be in a band…"

"You were the best I can do on short notice. Give me time to find a replacement bass player… they are hard to come by."

"What about Itadori… Yuuji." Maki said.

"Looks too much like me, I ain't sharing the stage with him."

"Anyways… what's with him?" Toji asked as he pointed to Sukuna who appeared rather worn out.

"Ah, roadie!" he said proudly. "Had him set this place up for three days, no curse energy. Still did it remarkably fast, but I also threw in some pointless tasks here and there, can't make it too easy for him now, can I?" he asked.

"Good call." They replied.

"Anyways, we are going to be ready for the show…" he paused as his phone suddenly went off.

He got a video message from D'angelo who had gone back to Tokyo. But the video he sent only made Suiryu smile. There are chartered buses at the ready and will be taking the fans to the venue. Suiryu was thrilled that D'angelo arranged everything, from food vendors, water dispensary and outdoor toilets. The people living near by will be moved out for the day, Suiryu is paying for their lodgings and food as they do the concert.

But then, came another video, it was the advertisement D'angelo made. It was focused on the village at first. "Deep within the mountains, hidden from the world and yet a quite little town hides a secret… for this place is the birthplace of none other than…" the screen turned to black, then suddenly. Suiryu's face appeared in a demonic way. "Ryomen Sukuna…."

As his face vanished, the voice continued. "Those who are fans of Ryomen Sukuna will be able to see where he came from, at the same time, celebrate his return to the stage. Limited to ten thousand people, an exclusive show in the birthplace of the legend himself will be held. This is a once in a life time show…"

"I got to get that man a promotion…" Suiryu said with great admiration. "He put that together three days ago when I said I wanted to do this. The moment it aired and tickets went on sale, we sold out in twenty minutes."

"Impressive." Maki said offhandedly.

"Yeah, let's make sure they get their money's worth!"
