In a world where 80% of the population gets these strange a powers ranging from emitter to mutation the other 20% of population doesn't get any of these strange powers but what is it called this powers that let you mutate similarly to animals and let you shoot elements from the tip of your palm and let you transform into a object. what is it called you may ask its called quirks.

A freckled boy was sitting on a mat with his other class mates admiring how the other kids showing of their quirks. The teacher called katsuki Bakugo to the front to show of his quirk that he got yesterday.

"Hey everyone check out my new quirk." He raised his hand in the air.

BOOM*

"My quirk is explosion!" He laughed proudly infront of everyone. All the children expect one admired him, cheered him and complimented him. Each compliment he heard his laugh gets louder and louder.

This was Katsuki Bakugo. Izuku Madoria best friend. Since they were 2 years old. Izuku was starting at him wondering when is it his time to get a quirk.

"Now everyone clap hands for Katsuki." The teacher told the rest of the class. Everyone clap afterward but one Izuku.

"Madoria why aren't you clapping hands for Katzuki?" The teacher ask snapping Izuku from his daydreaming.

"Huh I was-."

"There's no need to be jealous of my awesome quirk izuku." Bakugo tease him.

"I wasn't!"

"Sure weren't." A boy said rolling his eyes. "Your probably thinking if it were you up there." The green haired boy said.

"I bet Madoria will have a lame quirk." A girl said smirking at Izuku gaining laughs from the joke.

"Now Mia stop it." Teacher said silencing everyone. "I'm sure izuku will have a awesome quirk."

"Or not" Green haired boy said making everyone laugh again but not Bakugo he was looking at Izuku with angrily.

'Izuku does he think he has the right to steal my moment.' He clinches his fist.

Explosion were heard from Bakugo hands no one cannot hear it over the laughing also because his hands are closed. one word escape his mouth that no one couldn't heard over the laughing. "Madoria"

School ended and Izuku finally climb of off the school bus. He ran up to his apartment and open up the door. He saw his mother cooking and ran over to the kitchen grabbing on her leg.

"Izuku hey stop it you will let the Soup spill over."

"When will I get my quirk. When will we get to the quirk doctor."

"Why are you asking me that?" His Mother asked panicking to not let the soup spill over and to pay attention to Izuku at the same time. Izuku is shaking his mother asking for a answer and the shaking is making the stove shake.

"Because everyone has already gotten their quirks and it's already the middle of the year. I am the only one who hasn't gotten a quirk."

Izuku said crying.

"Izuku there's no need to cry." She put the soup spoon in the pot and Pick Izuku up to her eye level. "We will go to the Quirk doctor tomorrow morning I will tell your teacher about it so she knows what reason you be absent."

"Ok" Izuku wiped his tears.

"There no need to worry." She hugged him. "Why don't you go put your backpack in your room Soup will almost be ready."

"Its not dinner time yet." Izuku said.

"Its good to eat soup on a cold and weathery day and it's about to rain heavy outside." She said looking out the window with Izuku seeing its already raining. "Look its already raining go put your back in your room. Soup will be ready when your back."

She puts him down."Now go go." She lightly pushed him. Izuku ran to his room.

After Izuku put his bag down and change his filty clothes to something new. He went down stares and ate his soup along side his mother watching a movie. Izuku afterwards got ready for bed before he went into his bed. He prayed that he has a awesome quirk.

Next Day

Night went quickly for those who slept throw it only a blink of an eye and it became morning for Izuku. Izuku got up running to his mother's room to wake her up.

"Mom!"

"Mom!"

"Mom it's time to go to the Quirk doctor." Izuku said waking his mother up.

"Alright Izuku go get ready" Inko stood up from bed scratching her hair. Looking tirely she yawn and starts looking for her sleepers.

"Ok" Izuku ran to the bathroom. Brushing his teeth, Quick shower and changing into new clothes.

It only took 20 minutes normally it would be 30 minutes but Izuku is I'm a haste.

"I'm ready mom." Izuku said opening the door to his mother's room.

"Let's Go." He said.

"Izuku I still need to get ready so you need to wait." Inko said walking past Izuku.

"Mom can you just skip that." Izuku asked.

"No."

"Alright."

Minutes Later

Location: Quirk Doctor

Time: 09:30 AM

After Inko got ready The two went to the Quirk doctor clinic. The drive was only 12 minutes but the wait would be a bit longer since there are other two children before Izuku.

If Izuku patience was being tested he would fail since he is muttering about what his quirk would be not only that its freaking out the other parents its not helping with him bouncing up and down making him look like his on a Sugar rust.

Minutes Later the last child left the quirk doctor happily now it was Izuku turn. He and his mother stood up from their seat.

"Miss Madoria and Izuku Madoria." Doctor looks at the two who is already up and making their way to his office.

"Oh you two come in." Doctor said.

"How may I be of service." Doctor ask.

"Mmm Izuku have been wondering when will he get his quirk because everyone else in his class already got their quirks before their Birthdays. So could you tell us when and what will it be."

" Of course first I need to do a test." Doctor said smiling.

"Izuku come with me to the lab." He walks over to the door at the side of the room opening it up. Showing Izuku to come in.

Minutes Later

Izuku came back In with the Doctor both of them returning them to their sits.

"First I need to know what is your quirk and Izuku father's." Doctor ask.

"My quirk is a weak level of levitate. I can only levitate light objects from pebbles to a brick. My husband can breath fire from his mouth." Inko explained

"Why are you asking." Inko said confusedly.

"It seems to me Izuku will have to quirks related to you and your husband quirks maybe a stronger version of your quirks or weaker. Only time will tell." Doctor said. Izuku was shaking with amazement.

'Two quirks'

"Two quirks!" Inko said shockingly who would have thought her son would be plessed.

"Yes its rare for something like that to happen very rare." Doctor said.

"Only time would tell does that mean you don't know when he gets it."

"No some quirks appear undersurtian circumstances." Doctor said.

"Like what." Inko ask.

"Stress, Rage or love."

"Oh" Inko responded.

"Since that is that you all can go now were done. Other patients waiting." Doctor said leading them out. Inko took Izuku hand.

Izuku was still daydreaming about his quirk but what snapped him out is seeing the girl who made fun of him sitting on a chair outside the Doctor office with her parents.

"Mia" Izuku said shockingly.

"What are you looking at moron." Blond and pink haired girl stuck her tongue out for him.

"But you-she." Izuku was got off guard the girl who made fun of him for don't having a quirk doesn't have one also but if that not what he is thinking than what would she be doing here.

This right here is a idea I had of Izuku having a Psychic quirk and fire quirk from his parents. Now you maybe wondering why would this be a pokemon crossover since I didn't see any pokemon. Well there isn't any pokemon. Izuku would be using pokemon moves.
