Chapter 7. Uninvited Savior
POV Touma
It was late afternoon, now I was outside the Academy when a call came to me. I confirmed my first call in this world and it was a call from Hayasaka-senpai, I asked him if he had any other questions he wanted to tell me then I picked up the call.
"Hello , Hayasaka- senpai . Do you need my help?"
"Did you forget our promise Kamijou-san or did you forget it on purpose?"
"Do we have an appointment?"
"Aren't I going to buy you eggs for today, so I'll go to the supermarket with you and where are you now Kamijou-san?" (Says Angry)
"Ah about that I forgot about it, this Kamijou is now in front of the Academy gates, Hayasaka-senpai"

Hayasaka-senpai had left me and I was about to go home now to put my groceries away, but when I was about to go home I saw Gokou-san running from a distance.

POV Ruri / Kuroneko
After school hours rang I immediately left the Academy and after this I wanted to buy some sweets to enjoy at home later. I went into the bakery and bought some cheesecake and chocolate cake. When after buying the bread I went home through the road around the park and I saw a person I recognized this morning and her name was Asia-san.
Even though I just met him recently, he has a kind and innocent nature in my opinion. I was about to greet him at the park and intend to stop by for a while at this park before returning home later.

Then suddenly a brown haired boy with a uniform I thought was from Kuoh Academy that I often passed by, the young man approached me and Asia-san.

I can't believe what I'm seeing right now, from Issei taking out red gloves out of nowhere, a perverted woman throwing a spear that radiates power and Asia-san healing Hyoudo-kun like it's nothing.
"Stop Raynare-san, I'll go home with you but, let them go because those two are my first friends"

"Don't go Asia-san, am I not your friend and let her go you damn perverted girl", I shouted at them with anger and fear that even my legs could hardly move. But when I was about to get there Raynare kicked me causing me to fall down with minor injuries.
"Kuroneko-san, it's okay and thanks for being my friend and saying my goodbyes to Touma-kun because he's also the first person I consider a friend, Sayonara"
"Asia-san" I shouted to Asia who was carried away by Raynare with her two wings.
"Damn, if only I was stronger", Hyoudo-kun pondered in his mind.

Third Person POV
Touma was surprised to hear Ruri's words and told Ruri to tell him what had happened earlier. Touma was sure that Asia was kidnapped by one of the 3 factions he knew of Ruri and was about to go to save Asia-san.
"Where are you going, Kamijou-kun?"
"Isn't it obvious that I will save Asia-san"
"Forget it Kamijou-kun, I think I told you the impossible thing, I have seen for myself that the creature you are going to fight is not a human you will die in an instant if you fight that creature"
"Even so I will still save Asia-san and didn't she leave a farewell for me then I won't accept that greeting and come meet her and take her home"
"It's impossible for someone like you, and even if you want to fight him you don't know where he is"
"Actually I have a hunch that he is now in an old church I've passed, I guess because I know that when we met, he was looking for the address of an old church which is probably where he lives now"

It was already night then when Touma and Ruri went towards the old church, and started the plan to rescue Asia-san.
~In the Old Church
Touma and Ruri saw the condition of the church that was no longer proper and dirty like an abandoned church. Touma looked around the church and saw that there were many people gathered in the church and with a white-haired priest but he didn't see Asia-san or the perverted girl named Raynare that Ruri said.
Touma planned to infiltrate the church and make plans with Ruri.
"Do you have any idea to infiltrate the group of people over there?"
"The proper way into the church is to sneak past the back side of the church."
"Then I'll take the lead", Touma took the lead and infiltrated the church at the same time Ruri watched the back side of the road.
POV Touma
Ruri and I had safely entered the church and now we sneaked into the altar of the church. When going to the front of the altar, Ruri saw a strangeness in a strange block so we both pushed the strange block and found a dungeon.
When we went inside we saw that the block closed back to its original position where I assumed it was driven by an automatic technical function and not some magic because my Imagine Breaker didn't negate anything meaning if there was a way in there would be a way out.
Ruri and I moved carefully, at the end of the road we saw Asia-san and the perverted girl Raynare. I started making plans with Ruri.
"Alright Kuroneko, I think we already know where Asia-san is, I want you to help her while I distract from that pervert"
"No Kamijou-kun, you will die if you come face to face with that creature."

Third Person POV
Everyone present was shocked at what Touma had done, Ruri couldn't believe that Touma was capable of such a thing nor did Asia and Raynare's expressions.
"How can a human ward off my spear? Is it a sacred gear but which one? Who are you brat?"
"I'm Asia-san's friend and I'm an ordinary high school boy who can be found anywhere. Remember it well and I don't know what sacred gear is"
Raynare was getting more and more irritated by Touma's answer and started throwing more spears of light at Touma but with his Precognition and Imagine Breaker abilities he was able to dodge and negate the spears Raynare made.
Frustrated by what Touma had done, Raynare flew horizontally at Touma and was about to tear him apart at close range. Besides that Ruri seeing the incident was very impressed by Touma's actions but, she had to hurry to save Asia so that she could be impressed after returning home safely.
Ruri slowly approached Asia and started to release the chains on Asia's body.

"How can I leave behind a friend and Kamijou thinks the same as me so trust us that the two of us will always help you if you need help, isn't that what friends are meant to be?"

"I brought something before coming here so trust me about it"
Ruri actually only brought a wire but because of her skill she was able to remove the handcuffs and free Asia-san. Now all he had to do was get out of here all but he had to find another way because he doubted that the main road was becoming a fighting ground for Touma and Raynare.
Ruri doesn't seem to see any other way if this will be the end all she can do now is believe in Touma and hide with Asia besides that she and Asia are watching the fight between Touma and Raynare.

I see Raynare is dead and I'm still wondering who saved Asia. I saw that Rias-senpai was also interested in this human but, this time we didn't have any gains and I also wasn't sure that the person who saved Asia was a good person.
Third Person POV
Now that Rias and her group returned to the Occult research club room, they were quite frustrated with the outcome they wanted to get because their plan didn't go according to plan because someone was involved in this matter.
"Koneko can you feel the smell of the person who appeared in that place again?"
"I'm sorry Rias-senpai, the smell is gone and mixed with other scents"
"Ara-ara, I'm very happy to see Rias frustrated like this but does that human have a very powerful Sacred Gear?"
"I don't know but it could be a possibility but we don't know what kind of Sacred Gear it is. I want everyone to report to me if you find this human and you also find out Asia's whereabouts"
"Hi Kaichou", everyone in the club agreed to Rias' orders.
~Touma's apartment
Meanwhile in the apartment where Touma lives, that's where Touma is serving the breakfast he made for Ruri and Asia, they are both amazed that Touma can cook.
"For a boy your room is really neat, Kamijou-kun and not only that you can cook too"
"That's right Touma-san, I see you are so independent are you used to doing all this"
"Thanks for your feedback on this Kamijou-san and I'm used to doing this, this place has never been this neat before"
Ruri and Asia ate Touma's cooking and it was really delicious, Asia was excited about home cooking because all this time she only ate fast food. While eating Asia saw a photo in the room and took it.
"Is this your friend who lived with you before Touma doesn't he look like a nun"
"Her name is Index and indeed that she's been living together lately I guess she's the same age as you Asia-san"
"Really so where is he now?"
"He is now in the church of England on business at the moment"
"Index sounds unique names"
"I also want to see that photo, wow, isn't this calico cat quite cute and how about the cute doll that is on Index's shoulder and it seems your photo is quite embarrassing here Kamijou-kun"
"Well that's it, Kuroneko", Touma couldn't say that the puppet that Ruri summoned was actually the former Magic God who had ruined Touma's life more than a billion times.
"I guess that's all for Kamijou-kun, I have to go home for now I don't want to worry my family and our chat will continue here tomorrow and promise me after school you will tell me and Asia-san everything"
"Hai, Hai"
"Then take care of Asia-san for me, and see you later Asia-san, let me know if she does anything to you"
"Hi, see you soon, Kuroneko-san"
Ruri walked back to her house and although she had a terrible experience today but she was happy to be friends with Touma and Asia. Before Ruri left Touma had offered to take her home but Ruri refused so that all Touma could do was accompany her to the door of her apartment.
But when he saw Ruri coming down the stairs of the Apartment and entering a house located across the street from Touma's Apartment, he was confused about what Ruri was doing and needed a process to start thinking. Ruri opened the window of the house she was in and shouted at Touma.
"See you for tomorrow's class Kamijou-kun and thanks for the food, it's really delicious and don't worry about me, I'm already in my house safely", Ruri was happy.
"I didn't know that my house and yours were so close, and don't scream at night stupid and bye"
Touma returned to his apartment with Asia, he was tired for the day and wanted to rest as soon as possible. Touma let Asia sleep on his bed and Touma would sleep with the futon in the apartment so Asia and Touma could fall asleep but before Asia wanted to sleep she whispered to Touma.
"Good night Touma-san and thanks for today"
Asia smiled and was happy to have a friend who cared so much for her but, Touma was already asleep so he didn't listen to what Asia said to him. Even so, Asia was still happy and smiling plus she saw the sleeping face of Touma-san who seemed to be very cute and then drifted off to sleep.
