Still more parts for this Arc, Tomura starts to get some memories of his past while battling Re-Destro.

Re-Destro starts to evade Tomura's Decay Quirk before moving in to attack him who can barely avoid him and loses a part of his left hand. Re-Destro grabs Tomura and starting to snap his injured hand for killing many of his minions, "I was not raised to judge people by their Quirks. Quirks are also directly linked to the personality and your Decay Quirk is a good example of this credo", Re-Destro said while holding him.
"What do you even seek to create since you appear to know nothing but destruction?" Re-Destro ask him a question.

"I only care about the hand that I grasped in my left wrist because this belonged to my sister Hana which you destroyed", Tomura said before continue what he is saying.
"My long-buried memories of my family is coming back to me. I remember the moment when All For One gave me the preserved hands of my family, he advise me to keep them close to me so my memories of their deaths and the pain and anger I felt would never fade away, I also remember Hana who comforted me after I got scolded by my father", after Tomura finished, Re-Destro proceeds to crush Tomura's hand and those memories starts to trigger Tomura's instincts and allowing him to decay part of Re-Destro's fingers by using only 2 fingers.

Re-Destro then tosses Tomura away after this phenomenon surprise him. "I feel my head splitting", Tomura said while remembering his mother Nao taking care of him when he was very sick. Re-Destro wonders if he received the wrong information about the Decay Quirk since it is assumed that Tomura needs his five fingers to activated before. "I think Tomura is in the process of fully awakening his powers just like my subordinate Geten", Re-Destro realized as Tomura dashed toward him and he is far more nimble and quick then he was at Kamino and such far more dangerous.
"I'm done playing around", Re-Destro wishing to end this battle and proceeds to bulk up his body to 80% Liberation causing his body to contort and bulge until he becomes demonic like in nature.

Next he releases his Super Move Stress Output burden that tears through several city blocks in his attempt to kill Tomura who is send flying. More hands of his relatives are shattered from the attack, this time the hands of his maternal grandparents, Tomura begins to remember them as loving and attentive people who comforted him while he was crying.
"This consolation were not what I really wanted to hear at that time", Tomura muttered to himself about this.
