Here I have another translation of Strawberry Panic, and here I have one of my least favorite couples in the series (not that I despise HikarixAmane, but Amane looks too masculine for my taste), and my favorite couple appears as a secondary couple, YayaxTsubomi (why didn't the couple materialize in the end?). Well, I don't waste any more time and start this OS.

The challenge of my parents

In one of the corridors that made up the dormitories of the St. Spica school in Astrea Hill, a girl was walking who seemed quite distressed. Her footsteps echoed in the corridors of that bedroom, until she reaches the place she was looking for, and without much thought she knocks on the door.

─ Yaya-chan! Please open the door, I want to talk to you.

The first second she hears a rather strange squeak coming from one of the beds, and perhaps a rushed whisper, and a couple of seconds later the door is opened, and Yaya appears in a light blue robe. Judging by how messy her hair was, Hikari thought she had just snapped her friend out of a nightmare.

─ Hikari? What's happening to you? I thought you were with Amane-senpai.

─ I was with her, and yesterday we just returned from our trip to meet my parents ─ Hikari expected Yaya to invite her in, because after all they had both shared the bedroom for a long time, but strangely Yaya kept blocking the way ─ . Etto... Yaya-chan... Is something wrong in there?

─ N-no... How do you think? ─ Yaya glances nervously around the room, fueling Hikari's curiosity in the process ─ A-anyway, what's happened, Hikari? Did Amane-senpai's parents give you a lot of trouble?

─ On the contrary, it was my parents who put pressure on Amane-senpai ─ reveals Hikari quite sadly ─. I don't know what to do, Yaya-chan. I don't want my parents' demands to make Amane-senpai leave me alone.

─ What are you talking about? What did your parents say?

─ They want... They want... ─ Hikari's sadness becomes more and more evident, and also an intense crimson took over her face ─ They told Amane-senpai that they would only accept her if we both managed to have a child.

A knock is heard inside the room, and Yaya forgets for a moment that she was blocking Hikari's eyes to go inside instead. Hikari takes that opportunity to enter her old room and finds Yaya helping Tsubomi (she was naked) to get her head out from under the bed while she took out some panties from there. Hikari turns red as hell, already knowing what Yaya was trying to hide.

Half an hour later

The three girls from Spica were now together in the bedroom that was previously shared by Hikari and Yaya. Yaya and Tsubomi (already dressed and groomed) were waiting for Hikari to give them details about what had happened between her and Amane, but the first thing Hikari does is notice, thanks to the uniforms and other things that were there, that Tsubomi had moved into that bedroom.

─ Etto... Congratulations, girls. I'm glad you can be together ─ is the first thing that comes to mind to say to the new Etoile.

─ Don't mention it, Hikari-senpai. Please don't mention it ─ Tsubomi replies, remembering the position she was seen in (besides everything she was seen thanks to that position).

─ Are you going to tell us what happened between you and Ootori-senpai or are you not? ─ Yaya jumps with contained emotion ─ What's happened between your parents and Ootori-senpai for them to ask for such madness?

─ It's just that my parents are very traditional, Yaya-chan ─ answers Hikari, saddened again ─. As soon as they found out that Amane-senpai is a girl, they were completely against her being with me, but then I had to tell them that I want to be with her, no matter what happens to her.

─ So what was that ─ says Tsubomi.

─ What's the point... what's the point of "they realized that Ootori-senpai is a girl"? ─ says Yaya holding back a laugh.

And that's when they challenged Amane-senpai and told her that they would only give her blessing if we were able to give them a grandchild.

─ Well, that's a problem ─ says Tsubomi ─. The only way for the two of them to have a child would be to wait for one of you... ─ she stops thinking about Amane for a moment, and then about Hikari ─ Rather, we would have to wait for Amane-senpai to evolve to do that possible. I don't see any other way for that to happen.

─ This is terrible! ─ Hikari covers her face with both hands and starts to cry ─ My parents will never accept Amane-senpai, and then they won't allow us to be happy together.

─ Come on, you don't have to cry ─ Yaya puts a hand on her friend's shoulder ─ You know what? I'm glad you came here, because then we can think of a solution to your problem together.

─ I heard Minamoto-senpai say that methods were gradually coming to light to have children without having a man by your side, but science barely has that project in progress, so there is still no possibility of doing something so that Ootori-senpai and you can have your own children ─ Tsubomi thinks.

─ Chikane-senpai always knows everything. I wonder how she manages to find out about such things ─ says Yaya.

─ But that just means that it's not an option right now ─ Hikari points out sadly ─ Isn't there some other way that Amane-senpai and I can have my parents' acceptance?

─ There is a way. The roads are not over yet for you, Hikari ─ Yaya gets up determined, in sight of Hikari and Tsubomi ─. Because of this friendship that has united us all this time, I promise that I will make it possible for you and Ootori-senpai to be together without anyone trying to oppose you.

─ Yaya-chan, thank you very much ─ Hikari also gets up and hugs her friend through tears, and Yaya pats her on the head.

─ You can hug her, but not for too long, remember that Yaya-senpai now belongs to me ─ whispers Tsubomi, believing that Hikari and Yaya were not hearing her.

─ Well, if you're so jealous, you can also join the hug ─ Yaya's words imply that she did hear her girlfriend.

─ Ehhh? ─ Tsubomi blushes as much as she can when she finds herself discovered.

Lilim Student Council

If the parents of one of our two Etoiles disagree with this union it would be a real problem for the whole school. Shizuma-sama had been able to manage the matters that concerned her thanks to the constant pressure from Rokujou-sama and the general performance of the student councils of the three schools, but let us remember that our new Etoiles are completely inexperienced in the matter of managing the central matters of Astrea Hill, and I am now the only president left to help them, and it will only be for this year. The three schools could find themselves in a rather dramatic situation if we don't remedy the situation as soon as possible.

─ That sounds quite emotional, but I still don't see the solution that Hikari and Ootori-senpai need ─ Yaya thinks.

─ That's no problem. The answer to all our problems is right in front of us ─ Chikaru gets up and goes to the door, opens it and Nagisa and Tamao appear falling to the ground because they are leaning against the door, listening like peepers ─. Nagisa-chan and Tamao-chan, are you interested in cooperating with us in this very important mission, which is to guarantee the relationship of our Etoiles?

─ Y-yes, of course I do ─ Nagisa tries to get up, but stumbles and falls again.

─ And what are we supposed to do, Chikaru-sama? ─ Tamao asks.

─ Come here and I'll tell you ─ the two girls from St. Miatre approach Chikaru, and she whispers to them what they had to do, so the other girls couldn't hear anything ─ Is it clear what they have to do?

─ Clear as water, Chikaru-senpai ─ Nagisa salutes military style, causing Tamao to let out a couple of laughs.

The two stowaways then leave, and Chikaru locks the door to Lilim's student council again. The others presents were eager to know what the president had in mind, but her serene expression implied that she would not reveal it at that moment.

─ Well, that's it. In a while I'll talk to Kizuna, Remon and Kagome-chan so we can take care of the other matter to carry out the plan ─ she says as she sits down again.

─ And what will we do? ─ Amane curious.

─ What you should do is relax and mentally prepare yourself to carry out the Etoiles rescue mission... although on second thought, that name sounded cooler in my head ─ everyone gets a drop on their heads ─. In short, rest and take care of your duties, that in exactly three days we will meet again here to proceed to carry out the plan.

─ And what does this plan consist of? ─ Tsubomi jumps, unable to contain herself.

─ Do not rush. Don't worry about anything, there's no need for you to find out right now. This will be so easy that they may even laugh when they find out.

Amane, Hikari, Yaya and Tsubomi look at each other. They really hadn't understood anything, and the only thing they could do in that case was wait.

Three days later

─ Noooo! I refuse to do something so disgraceful, even if it's for the Etoiles!

─ But Tsubomi, I think you're adorable like that ─ says Yaya with a sweet tone, trying to break her girlfriend ─. I confess that at first I had my doubts about this mission, but now I think that you are the most suitable to do this, with how kawaii you look like that.

─ Now the whole team is ready ─ Nagisa appears ─. Hikari-chan and Ootori-senpai can now get into position at any time, and you should too ─ she says pointing to Yaya and Tsubomi.

The St. Lilim student council room had been completely converted into a recording studio, with Tamao and Nagisa putting up the cameras and lights (obviously borrowed from the drama club), and Chikaru and her three female followers they had taken care of making the dresses in record time. Hikari and Amane looked like a classic couple, leaving said clothing as a ring to the finger for both; Yaya was wearing a white dress and elbow-length gloves, playing the role of the baby's godmother, a role that had to be played by Tsubomi. The poor delegate found that excessively embarrassing, and she didn't know how she had ended up dressed as a baby. The only thing that was clear to her was that her colors had risen in a rather exaggerated way,

─ So that's what Minamoto-sama meant by not being old enough to have the legal power to have a child, but being old enough to have a child ─ says Amane, still a little confused.

─ Everyone in your positions, we are going to take the best photograph of all time ─ Chikaru announces from her seat as president (now director) ─. Nagisa-chan, Remon, take care of focusing the lights well. Tamao-chan, Kizuna, Kagome-chan, look for the angles well so that the photo is perfect.

Yaya almost had to drag her girlfriend to the crib because she still didn't want to accept that embarrassing role, she even proposed that they better appoint Kagome to play the role of baby, but Lilim's girl declined the proposal. Hikari and Amane were already ready and in position, Yaya stands next to the couple and shows her best smile, and Tsubomi, already with the pacifier in her mouth, begged the virgin not to notice that it was her, or she could give her a heart attack if anyone else found out about it.

At Chikaru's command, a flash covers the entire room with an instant white flash. The photograph had already been taken, and the president is quite pleased to see that the work was already done, but...

─ There is one question I still have, senpai ─ Hikari says as she leaves her post ─. How is this supposed to make my parents accept my relationship with Amane-senpai?

─ Good question. I want to know too ─ says Yaya.

─ It's quite simple, and it's about finding the semantic holes in the demands to come up with the method of fulfilling them, even if it doesn't turn out the way they expect. It's like finding legal flaws in an official document ─ Chikaru begins to explain calmly ─. Konohana-san's parents demanded that they give them a grandchild, not exactly engender or adopt a baby. With the photograph we just took, you will receive the "grandchild" you were asking for, and if that doesn't seem like enough, then no way, you have already fulfilled your part ─ Hikari and Amane were surprised at Chikaru's logical reasoning ─. ─ Thank you very much, Chikaru-senpai! ─ Hikari almost throws herself to hug the president ─ You just helped us much more than I thought it would be possible. You're the best in the world.

─ Come on, we're friends for a reason ─ answers Chikaru calmly.

─ We also thank you. That idea is quite original and creative ─ Amane flatters while she takes Hikari by the hand and looks at her with affection.

Yaya and Tsubomi, despite the latter's embarrassment, were also happy for Hikari. It was a very beautiful thing that they could help a friend to be happy with the person she loved, and Yaya was sure she would be able to do that a thousand times over for her, but Tsubomi… she would rather play a different role.

A few days later

Hikari was heading back to the room that Yaya and Tsubomi were sharing, and she was going to give her incredible news: Her parents, surprised by the little stunt that she and Amane had staged, had been convinced that they were destined to be together, so they had no choice but to accept it, albeit reluctantly. Hikari couldn't be happier, and even she had taken a while to come because she couldn't help but celebrate with kisses with her partner for that triumph, and she didn't even mind banging on the door with a little more force than usual. .

A sound comes from inside the room, and the next second Yaya appears, again covered in a light blue robe. Hikari still had fresh in her memory what had happened the other time, so she wouldn't try to see what was inside her.

─ Hikari, what's wrong? Didn't the trick we did work?

─ Quite the contrary, Yaya-chan. My parents accepted Amane-senpai! They won't oppose me and Amane-senpai being together anymore.

─ Well, I'm happy for you, you know, Hikari ─ Yaya closes the door behind her and hugs her friend, and she returns the gesture ─. Just go and celebrate with Ootori-senpai, which I'm sure she will be as happy as you are.

Hikari nods with a beaming smile and almost runs away. Yaya watches her until she disappears from her sight, and then she tries to go back into her room, but she finds that the door is locked.

─ Tsubomi, Hikari is already gone, so you can open for me. Come on, it's cold out here.

─ Wait a minute, Yaya-senpai! I have to get dressed first!

─ This girl... She's still not completely used to us being together ─ says Yaya with a drop on her head.
