Heroic New Era: Strive for Overture
Chapter 3: Team 1 Spotted/Locating Sin Kiske
Team 1's POV
"Argh! Damn communicator!" Yang cursed as she had been attempting to contact Siege and the others for a while, but came quite unsuccessful in her attempts. "Damn communicator must be busted!"
"Let me try." Jesse would say as she got a weak connection thanks to her trying to boost it with her electric powers. "No, it's just bad reception. I have a weak signal but here we go. Team 1 Establishing connection. Richard, Siege, Towa, anyone? Do you read me?"
"...Hey, can you hear us?" Mokou remarked, as the signal was fairly faint for a moment, before it then became more clear.
"It's Jesse. Signal is crap in our area." Jesse explained. "I'm keeping it up with my electric powers for now. We haven't been able to reach you guys until now."
"We've met up with Siege's team. The other team seemed to have bumped into Baiken, but we have no other news on them." Mokou explained.
"Speaking of which, do you have eyes with Sin? He's the only one who isn't on the list."
"No. No Sin, no Sol, no Ky, we can't see any of them. Although, we are in a battlefield… kind of a city-like one too, and if I know those three, they'll probably be involved in something." Jesse explained.
"Reisen, let's scout ahead and see if we can spot anything." Weiss suggested to her life long friend.
"Right." Reisen nodded back, before they began to rush through the city streets as they seemed to be finding nothing for the time being, before they sensed movement from the city bridge itself, as they moved towards it.
They soon found themselves seeing Sin trying to argue with Sol, all while being accompanied by a third member, who seemed to be a wizened old kitsune, dressed in a white samurai robe with a bare chest.
"Op, getting transmission from Reisen and Weiss. Lemme patch them through." Jesse would say as she saw Reisen and Weiss making contact, patching them through. "Go, you two. What's your status?"
"It seems that we've managed to find Sin as expected, but also Sol Badguy as well." Reisen answered back. "They seem to be accompanied by another man, who seems to look like he's a part of the same race as Heiwa is, except fair more older and male as well."
"...I keep telling you, Sol, this isn't right! I've been through this already before!" Sin shouted. "Why won't you goddamn believe me!? I even predict that old man's arrival right to the second!"
"Ain't enough to convince me. But it does make me more suspicious about this situation." Sol grunted back.
"Look, can we get this along, Izuna?" Sin told the fox-man. "I'm sure that our first priority is trying to figure out where my parents are right now. I can't even care about the rest of this as of now."
"My, you seem to be quite shaken." The fox-man answered back with some concern on his voice. "But if you say so."
The trio then made their way, as Reisen and Weiss keep in pursuit after them, ensuring that the other team-members were well aware of where Sin and Sol were. Eventually, they found the trio, as they seemed to have stopped for the time being.
"Hmph, there's no one around. Maybe they're already…" Sol remarked, before he then clutched his head in pain. "Ugh… My head…"
"Oh, here we go again…" Sin groaned with a reluctant expression, as a purple portal appeared before them on the ground.
"This power… Sin… Get-" Sol was about to say, before Sin rushed forward with his flag-spear, expecting to hit something that was coming out of the portal, as he did seem to connect with someone, as it was a young girl with red hair, a black jester hat with bone-like emblems on the front of it, a white dress that seemed to come from Alice's Wonderland, and boots with red ribbons tied on the top of it, with a large demonic familiar that seemed to be the same kind that Ramlethal had, but massive. Sin's attack was blocked by the large familiar.
"You attacked me… How odd." The girl spoke with an emotionless voice. "Normally, no-one would have dared to do that."
"Yeah, well, I'm not in the mood to have a repeat of last time!" Sin shouted back, as he pushed the girl off him.
"Is she… the master?" Izuna remarked.
"Yep…" Sin growled.
"Weiss! Reisen, come in, what's your status!?" Jesse exclaimed, having heard radio silence or static on her end from the duo.
"It seems that we have found Sin under attack by what I may certainly assume is the other 'Valentine' that Richard seems to be talking about, considering the similarities to Ramlethal, and the differences as well." Reisen responded back.
"Well that's grand." Jesse said. "We're on our way, Mokou, stay on standby until we get back."
"Yeah, for starters, we're going to need time to make a portal over there." Mokou stated. "I mean, Richard could make it, but unless we got a better idea of where you guys are, we could be in the wrong place entirely."
"It's a city area, so go off that." Jesse said as she and the rest of the new RWBY dashed off to help Weiss and Reisen.
"Was it you? Did you brainwash my friends!?" Izuna accused the girl.
"Who me? I am Valentine." The girl responded back, pointing at herself.
"Let me put this straight, old man…" Sin told Sol. "Those creepy dolls we've been fighting all this way, she's the one leading them. Certain of it. And she gets even worse down the line."
"You three are getting in Valentine's way. I don't approve of any obstacles." Valentine remarked, as ghosts began to warp into the area by the girl's command, as her master-ghost formed in the far end of the city.
"Alright, I told you everything I know about this, old man. You better not get yourself killed after all that." Sin remarked. "As for you, we're going through you, Valentine, one way or another."
"I have a feeling that's not gonna happen. Not the way you plan, valiant Kiske." A voice spoke up, as once more, Cataclysm Siege appeared within the area, a wicked smile on his face. "Hm… Echo should have been here by now. Where's that Chaotic man when you need him… oh whatever, he'll be here shortly enough." Cataclysm Siege chuckled. "But from what I can see, this match is quite lop-sided, 3 on 1! How unfair to this poor girl! Time to tip the scales, as they say!" Cataclysm Siege cackled, as he snapped his fingers, as his servants took the field, supporting Valentine's advance.
"Oh, come on, more trouble already!?" Sin growled.
"Not on our watch!" Jesse's voice rang from behind as she rushed into the area, with RWBY in tow.
"Huh, wait, who the hell are you!?" Sin exclaimed, seeing the new arrivals.
"...You annoyances just keep coming and coming." Cataclysm Siege groaned in annoyance. "Echo! Where are you, you deadweight!?"
"Oh, come now, must you be so forceful?" Echo remarked, hanging from one of his distorted sukimas, before he then landed on his two feet. "But I suppose that some spice is needed here. And so I deliver."
Echo's servants then began to surround the allied units, as they were intending to assault the group from all sides.
"Ha! About damn time!" Cataclysm Siege declared with a wicked grin. "Now this is one fight I have zero intentions for us to lose, sooo… Oh Naraku~! Kakarot Black~!" Cataclysm Siege would call, as the evil yokai and fused God came into the area, both with widened grins. "Ah, perfect perfect! This seems much more balanced now! Heehee!" Cataclysm Siege giggled.
"Holy son of a…! He's pulling no punches!" Yang said in shock.
"Even as an Overlord I think this is a little much!" Ruby exclaimed.
"Well, time to tip the scales back in our favor then!" Siege exclaimed, as to signify their arrival, two huge swords slammed into the ground on the allied side, Ramlethal descending, Dizzy at her side, Siege and Richard also entering battle. "Sorry we couldn't give you more but Richard's sukimas can only quickly transport so many." Siege declared.
"...You… You brought HER!? She'll ruin it all!" Cataclysm Siege yelled, noticing Ramlethal.
"Indeed. That was the very plan we had in mind." Siege smirked. "Check, my chaotic alter ego."
"You little…! Rrrgh! Now you have angered me!" Cataclysm Siege yelled. "New targets. Eliminate that Valentine, and Siege as well!"
"Took us a while, but this will have to do," Richard said as he began to survey the entire battlefield with some magic while he answered back. "...Yep, it seems that this fight has brokered a bigger battlefield than I expected."
"Um, pardon me, but could somebody give us the plot here!?" Izuna exclaimed, genuinely bewildered at the sudden turn of events. "First, we find that there were strangers here, and next, we find that the mother of Sin is right before us, and this… Is that girl another Valentine too!?"
"The plot's gone stark-raving mad with those two here…" Siege provided a simple explanation. "But to answer that follow up, yes, she is."
"Alright, since this is a full skirmish, we're going to need to plan our advance through." Richard remarked, as he snapped his fingers, summoning several inactive master-ghosts in the area. "Sol Badguy, I will make this simple for you. Right now, this isn't the time to explain further. All you need to know is that we're trying to help you out of this mess, and the ones allying with Valentine have malicious intentions. Just so you know, I'm well aware of the context of the situation here, so don't patronize me, and I won't do the same to you. Simple enough?"
"...Hmph." Sol remarked, as he claimed one of the master-ghosts, as it turned into a massive machine factory, as it created mechanized robots as his servants.
The groups immediately claimed their master-ghosts one by one, transforming them into their respective ones with the initial servants already created, while Ruby used one to create a large demonic castle, which summoned large orc soldiers, who seemed to be more competent despite their diminutive appearances.
"I have only one request. Allow me to approach my predecessor alone. Perhaps I can show her things in myself to sway her mind." Ramlethal explained.
"THAT'S EXACTLY WHY YOU MUST BE TERMINATED NOW!" Cataclysm Siege yelled from the other end of the field. "YOU'LL RUIN EVERYTHING IN THIS GRAND SCHEME!"
"Oh, put a sock in it. I like to see you try." Richard retorted back. "All servants, forward, claim the eastern ghosts, we're going to pave a route ahead."
"Go." Ramlethal ordered, as her servants joined the eastern offense, as they seemed to be clashing with the corrupted soldiers of Echo's army, as the two of them were fighting for the control of the ghosts across the eastern sector, as Richard and Echo were already trading blows with each other.
"Odd, I find it strange that you feel familiar… somehow." Richard remarked, as the two were clashed against each other, with their blades grinding against each other.
"Well, why don't you let your guard down a little, and let me bring some pain to give you a reminder?" Echo grinned, as he tried to drop a massive blade onto Richard, which the latter dodged, just as Ramlethal appeared into the fray, swinging her blades down, as Echo zipped back. "Oh, feisty. Just how I like good chocolate candy."
"You idiot. I'm not swinging for you." Ramlethal said, as she spotted Valentine near Echo, as the attacks only deterred Echo from allowing her past, as Ramlethal dashed past Echo, straight for Valentine.
"Echo! You buffoon! Stop her!" Cataclysm Siege yelled.
"Now, I can't have you doing-" Echo tried to say, raising a hand to attack Valentine from the back, before it was gripped by vines of energy that was summoned by Richard, dragging the blackened imposter towards Richard.
"Ah ah ah, you can't just walk out this fight." Richard stated. "It would be rude to interrupt a family meeting in session, no?"
ome from." Echo smirked with blood-thirst, before he then swung his other arm dow
"Oh ho, now I know where that sass of ours cn, as it created a savage line of claws that forced Richard to evade back, as the two of them engaged with each other again.
While Richard and Echo dueled, Ramlethal approached Valentine, as she slowed from a charge to a slow float, as to show a sign of peace to her predecessor. "I'm not here to fight… I only wish to speak." Ramlethal said to her predecessor.
"Then speak…" Valentine remarked, as she didn't seem to attack for a moment, as her servants beside her stopped moving, seeming to be women of varying weapons with gas-masks and black armored suits. "Why do I feel an odd sensation when I am around you? A sensation that I cannot understand nor quantify. You are… an anomaly…?"
"No. I am no anomaly. I thought for a moment that I was a tool… but I am not a tool. I am unique. Perhaps you feel an odd sensation because you are part of my family… though we have never personally met." Ramlethal explained. "Perhaps you feel the same emotionlessness… because you feel as if you are a tool as well, and-" Ramlethal tried to continue, before she was nailed by an attack from Cataclysm Siege, yelling in pain as she flew backwards, landing on her back side.
"Fine… I'LL DO IT MYSELF!" Cataclysm Siege yelled, drawing Chaos Dyrnwyn. "I'll remove you from the very extent of history!" He followed up.
Valentine didn't seem to waste any chance, as she immediately summoned a large mace, intent on finishing Ramlethal herself.
"I must know… I must know… what you are…" Valentine remarked, slowly approaching the downed Ramlethal. "But to do that, I must take you to Mother, whether it be alive or dead. This sensation must be gotten rid of. The 'key' is the priority, nothing else matters."
"That's where you're wrong!" Ramlethal yelled as her swords formed a tornado attack, encapsulating both Cataclysm Siege and Valentine, as Valentine dropped down without harm. Cataclysm Siege, on the other hand, was sent soaring. "I, too, thought that only one thing mattered in life." Ramlethal said as her swords returned to her side. "But… as I soon found out… there's much, much more to existence than being a tool, or obliteration of the world… there are more wondrous terms that must be defined… caring… unique… family… love." Ramlethal said as she looked at Valentine. "All of these terms I can define, and show you… if you just allow me to."
"Love?" Valentine answered back, with another tilt of her head, before she then clutched her head. "...Why does my head hurt when I hear that word…? You're giving me a stronger headache than the key and Sol… I feel… discorded when I hear this… is this… hesitation… or doubt…?"
"Perhaps it's a mix of both. You want to deny the definitions, to keep pursuing your one true goal, as I also wished to do." Ramlethal said, seeing Cataclysm Siege trying to charge again, only to be headed off by Siege. "But the truth is that… love, is such a brilliant thing, my predecessor… let me show you someone I have met… she can help you too." Ramlethal said, as she looked back, seeing Dizzy finish up with some enemies. "Dizzy? Could you come over here?" Ramlethal called to Dizzy as she looked her way.
Dizzy noticed that Ramlethal was beckoning for her, as she slowly advanced, before some of Naraku's servants tried to stop them, although they were crushed by Heiwa and Popol rushing forward, beating them back savagely. When she arrived where the two Valentines were, she saw that the fighting around them was keeping anyone from interfering, due to great forces clashing against each other.
"...You're… You're Valentine… Aren't you? The first one…" Dizzy remarked. "...You look so terrible like this. Is this what the Universal Will has done to you?"
"Do not address Mother in that tone-" Valentine tried to rebuke, before she then collapsed, clutching her head. "...Argh, why is this sensation growing…? My head… it's splitting…!"
"It's because the inner part of you is screaming. It's yearning. It no longer wants to be under the shackles of being a tool, of being in this emotionless state. It wants to feel care, it wants to feel emotion… it wants to feel love… and just like she took myself and my sister in… I'm sure Dizzy will bring you in as well… as part of our family. But you must decide. You must make the choice to break through the barrier that holds these emotions back… or stay in them. But I will tell you, that headache of yours will not stop until your deep desires are fulfilled." Ramlethal said, looking at Valentine with concerned eyes.
"No, be silent, I refuse to accept this conclusion… This is my purpose, this is my right…!" Valentine groaned, as she slowly rose up. "I cannot accept this… I CANNOT ACCEPT THIS!"
"Is it? Or is it your old shell trying to cling to you, to keep hold of your inner self?" Ramlethal asked Valentine. Suddenly, barking could be heard as a cream-coloured dog, oblivious to all the fighting, ran into the area. "Huh? What are you doing here, boy?" Ramlethal asked as the dog barked, wagging it's tail as it ran all around Ramlethal, licking her in various places, as she petted the dog. "This is one example of the kind of things you could receive if you start to show your emotions." Ramlethal smiled as she pet the magehound.
Valentine remained silent, before she then stepped back, before she then summoned several servants between her and Ramlethal.
Ramlethal, seeing this, stood up, readying her blades. "It seems your old shell refuses to let go… right now, anyways."
"Be silent, I don't care what you are anymore… You are a detriment to not just Mother's errand, but myself… I cannot accept your existence… You must be destroyed… Or else…" Valentine remarked, as there were hints of disturbed emotions in her eyes and voice. "...Or else…!"
"She's… torn apart like this…!?" Dizzy exclaimed.
"...It's progress…!" Richard answered back, pushing Echo back. "Ramlethal, just beat her back for now. The chance to get her fixed back up will come later. Although it may seem like little… the crack is there, and that means something."
"For once, I have to agree, I never thought little Alice would fit so many words to describe her state of being plunged into the deep." Echo chuckled. "But then again, you would have to try harder, if you think that you can stop her right now. Fact is, you're far from ready now."
"Well, just gotta keep trying then!" Richard remarked, as he blasted Echo back with an arcane laser blast.
"You dare say that?" Ramlethal remarked as she readied to fight. "Allow me to show you the power of what emotions can grant!"
RAMLETHAL
VS
VALENTINE
HEAVEN OR HELL
LET'S ROCK!
Ramlethal began the fight by having her swords blitz Valentine on all angles, the speed of the large blades being incredibly fast, assaulting Ramlethal's predecessor on all sides. However, Valentine didn't seem to be flinching much from the attack, as she returned the attack with her own, as ethereal hands began to assault Ramlethal, forcing the darker-skinned Valentine to block the incoming attacks.
Ramlethal would then counter with multiple beam shots from her blades while they slashed at Valentine, Ramlethal launching at Valentine to hit a massive kick to her midsection, as the predecessor was knocked upwards, as Ramlethal followed up with a series of slashes. However, Valentine recovered mid-air, as she knocked Ramlethal back with a swing of her familiar, which turned into a massive mace head that collided with her swords.
"Tch…! I admit you are strong, but you will never shatter my will to show you the truth!" Ramlethal yelled at Valentine, dashing around her swords to kick Valentine over and over again while her swords were busy.
Valentine tried to defend against the two-pronged assault, although she was still taking damage from Ramlethal's attacks, as she was slowly being knocked back, as the battle was getting to her.
"No…" Valentine stated. "I cannot fight like this… I've been discorded with far too many emotions to fight effectively."
"You still cling to your current beliefs instead of going towards the truth." Ramlethal stated simply, noticing the second simple ghost going down as she turned back to Valentine. "Allow me to show you the power I've gained, with my newfound understanding of these emotions!" Ramlethal yelled as she attacked, preparing a similar attack to her Instant Kill from Xrd Rev 2.
However, when she made her Swords extend out this time, instead of swinging them down, she sent them soaring above the battlefield as they now turned into red energy. "You're finished!" Ramlethal yelled as two giant red beams smacked down into Valentine and her master-ghost both.
DESTROYED
"Maybe now… through my display of strength, you'll see the truth." Ramlethal stated as her Swords returned to her side.
Ramlethal WIN
"This cannot be…" Valentine remarked, as she slowly rose up to her feet, haggard from the fighting. "No… It isn't the time yet. I must collect myself."
Valentine then immediately teleported away, as her servants disappeared as well.
"...Well, chalk that one up for us." Richard remarked, booting Echo off him, as the distance was far enough for the two to disengage. "Hey, no point in continuing this. We can settle this later, and we both know that."
"...Heh. Ain't that a bitch." Echo smirked back. "Trust me on this, Cataclysm, no point in throwing ourselves onto an immovable wall. Let's take a step back and cut our losses. We'll have the chance to deal with them later."
"Hmph…" Cataclysm growled as he disengaged. "You may have won this round, but the war is far from over, heroes. But know this: Before they meet again, I will make sure that in your ranks, Ramlethal. Will. Die." Cataclysm growled before the rest of the forces in the area did a full retreat.
"Okay… well, that wasn't a bit stressful." Jesse sarcastically remarked. "But I suppose it went as best as it could. No casualties and we're making moves to shift events in this world for the better. Nice."
"Alright, thanks for dealing with that mess, but can SOMEONE tell me what's going here!?" Sin exclaimed, outraged at the situation. "Even having gone through this once, I'm really out of the loop here!"
"Alright, I suppose that it's best that it's explained as fast as possible." Kaguya remarked, before pointing at Sol. "You're looking for Ky, aren't you? Because of the fact that Illyria is going to hell in a hand-basket thanks to what Valentine is doing."
"How did you…" Sol remarked, before creasing his expression. "No, that's not important, who are you all?"
"People who are very interested in your continued survival, Sol Badguy." Richard answered back. "Believe it or not, this entire mess with Gears disappearing all across the world is the LEAST of our troubles here. I suppose that the fact Dizzy is here is already a hint to this, and so is Ramlethal's status as the successor of your attacker, Valentine."
"So wait, then what happened to my mom in this time period…!?" Sin exclaimed back.
"Temporarily displaced, her role is replaced by her future variant." Richard simply stated. "I could easily tell, because of the fact that there's no two same magic signatures, and if the past Dizzy was here, she'd be locked in the castle with her husband right now. But that's not the case, is it?"
"I… I remember all that." Dizzy remarked, before turning to Sin. "...My sweet child, are you alright…?"
"Yeah, mom… Just need some time… shit…" Sin stated, before sitting on a nearby curb. "This is one hell of a mess, and everyone here is dragged into it for various reasons. One thing for sure, our enemies are causing the mess here, and they need to go. But the question is… where do we go from here?"
"Simple, I suppose that Izuna here has a idea for what's going on. If I were to say that Ky Kiske is locked within a binding chord of a certain make, who would you turn to?"
"Well-" Izuna was about to say, before the comms activated from the group.
"Uhm… Team 4 attempting to make contact. Towa trying to contact anyone on this channel. Richard? Siege? Anyone copy?" Towa called from the other end.
"We can hear you, Towa." Richard responded back. "Could you explain to me what's going on?"
"So… how concerning would it be if I told you guys that there are also people here that aren't from this world?" Towa would ask. "Like, say… I dunno, that boss guy from that one game you and Siege play… what's it called… Samurai Shodown?"
"...Are you talking about a newer variant of the game, or an old variant?" Siege would ask.
"Well let me state that I don't think the Baiken with us is from the timeline you're thinking of." Towa said. "Because the moment we ran into this person… she tensed up. Big time."
"...You're telling me we have a SamSho Baiken instead of a Guilty Gear Baiken!?" Siege exclaimed.
"Yeah, basically." Towa answered.
"...What does the guy look like…?" Siege would then ask.
"Uhm… really hard to explain. It's more of a case of seeing it than hearing it." Towa replied.
Siege looked towards Richard, deep concern in his eyes. "...You're on the same channel. Tell me I'm hallucinating and Towa's saying something completely different."
"...I cannot tell for sure. Have you pried into her past- No, forget that. Don't ask that kind of question." Richard stated. "For now, tell me what differs her from the Baiken we know of Guilty Gear? I mean, you did tell me that she hasn't made any glaring statements."
"The Baiken you guys are talking about, the one from Guilty Gear, I know is a bit… rougher with her voice. But just being in presence around us, she has… well, let's just say we've become fast friends, in between Hitomi and Baiken getting in single arm grapples now and then. Fun fact, Baiken matches her every time." Towa said. "...Ah disregard that last point, it's not important. Totally not saying that for Ratel claws at my throat right now."
"Well, I suppose that explains it a bit. A less rough Baiken who isn't exactly the target of the events in this world." Richard pondered. "Understandable. Let me just ask a few questions on my side, and we'll have a place where we can gather."
"Well, ask them fast, because Eruza and Moroha are trying their damndest to hold off this jackass!" Towa yelled, watching the 2 on 1 with servants clashing in the middle.
Richard bit his lip on the notion, but refrained from speaking. He then temporarily turned his attention from the communicator, and turned to Izuna again.
"Alright, Izuna, finish your statement." Richard stated with a very firm tone. "And no round-about jokes, this is a very serious matter, and I intend to make sure of that."
"Well, there's a person I want to introduce you to. He's a genius in using magic. He might be of some help with our dilemma. Can't say much about yours though." Izuna answered back.
"Maybe initially not, but he will be very important when we get to the point of dealing with this issue at the core." Richard responded back. "While I'd like to simply break the seal over Ky through a magical version of a DDOS attack, and yes, it works against binding spells, in most variations, an ally like him would be useful, and he can help explain this situation to the rest of us that are also out of the loop."
"You're saying that we should trust this guy?" Sol asked Izuna, gesturing at Richard and the rest of the groups.
"Well, put it this way, Sol." Siege crossed his arms. "We want an end to all of this as quickly and as cleanly as we can."
"Hmph, better than nothing." Sol stated. "And where is this guy of yours?"
"Right through here." Izuna answered back, opening a warp-gate.
"Let me inform the other group." Richard stated, before turning back to Team 4 through the comms. "What's your issue here? Who's besieging your group right now?"
"Some guy who calls himself… her name's hard to pronounce… Erm… Shi...zuka? Baiken help me a little here." Towa said, turning to the now known SamSho!Baiken.
"You pronounced it right." Baiken responded back. "I've been wondering what dragged her out of the cycle of rebirth, if she's stuck like this again… I've dealt with her once, and it wasn't a pleasant experience, and not because of the fight itself."
Richard stiffened slightly. "Oh." He simply stated. "...Alright, I'm going to leave you with a choice here. You can hold out long enough for me to create a sukima to get us both back together, or you can handle Shizuka yourselves, while we deal with whatever is coming our way. Not that I'm saying that pooling our resources and troubles together is a good or bad idea, but this is to make sure that both sides can handle themselves with what's coming. I can at least tell you this: Be careful of Shizuka's drums… she's the kind of fighter who plays from a range. I bet you that she's definitely got a storm of fans fighting for her, no?"
"Right… we'll see what we can do. If we need your help, expect a call." Towa replied.
"Don't be afraid to call for it." Richard answered back, before cutting the connection, as he saw that Izuna has already created the warp-gate. "...Let's go. We got a magic expert to convince."
