After defeating Father trying to get through Los Santos Dogs (Trevor, Michael, Franklin and Lamar), the Dogs snapped back by rescuing the Delightful Children and reversed the Delightfulization from the last of the children, who are now living with the Dogs in a hotel.

Father tried delightfulizing more children from the KND agency, but somebody from the stolen sector was wearing silver and broke the machine which they got the number from Ashley Cindy, aka Numbuh 0.3, to call the Los Santos Dogs and all of a sudden, Father's house was SWATTED by governmental police. And at last, he found the fifth dog that confined his records and Father in an Ice Prison. Father… Meet Lester… The best hacker in Los Santos who helped Franklin save both Michael and Trevor as well as hired Lamar as well as assigned the Governmental Lawyer, Johnny. Together, they were the top dogs, ridding the United States from the Evil Adults!
It was at this time when the Galactic Kids Next Door Event was happening, which resulted in the victory of Johnny, aka Young Adults, NOT TEENS, young ADULTS!
What happened was when the Galactic Kids Next Door tried firing a laser, the world heated up a bit and caused a storm of the century, and the Kids Next Door of Earth were losing until the United States government had to interfere with the plans of the Alien Babies, not kids, babies. Suddenly, the government fired a laser beam that cut the spaceship in half, and ended the Galactic Kids Next Door. Johnny then opened up a Billionaire Charity for Children from Space, but kept it a secret as they are now housed in Area 51, until they were injected with human cells to turn them into humans.
As for the children of the evil leaders, they were disciplined with harsh punishments that are unalien in the eyes of the aliens who were close to destroying Earth! Nothing much to do, but seal them away in the Detention Zone (Phantom Zone), a parallel universe where evil kids exist only to get detention, stuck in a cell.
Nigel Uno, despite his faith in the Kids Next Door, was sentenced to decommissioning, as well as training within Military School, as he and his sector were decommissioned years later, but leaving Wallaby Beetles, Numbuh 4, last to be decommissioned of his generation.
And that's where we get to him…
[Wallaby's Story in the Kids Next Door]
When Numbuh 362 was decommissioned, she passed on the Soopreme Leaduh role to Numbuh 86, Fanny Fulbright, for the moments of the last of her last generation.
With Fanny and Wallaby as the final two to be decommissioned, Fanny and Wallaby bonded as the last two operatives with a promise to meet again as friends as young adults, with Fanny decommissioned first, but then, when it was Wally's turn, he denied and snuck out of the decommissioning chamber, which he send an operative in his place who looked like him.
Wallaby had escaped from his home city in Pennsylvania as his Parents had plans to move to Los Santos, despite they heard it was dangerous, but they placed their faith in their eldest son.
And it turns out, Numbuh 3 and Numbuh 5 were recommissioned back to hunt Numbuh 4, who was a traitor, but what the others didn't know, was that Fanny gave Wally the job as Soopreme Leaduh, which he took all his important documents with him with that power. And even then, some even had to obey Numbuh 4 as the Soopreme Leaduh, while obeying their own, but that was a small chance they would do it.
Even then, it broke Numbuhs 3 and 5's hearts to know Wallaby would do this even after they were decommissioned.
After the final strike, Wallaby survived the attack on his Los Santos Home, which caused Numbuh 3 and 5's reluctant decommissioning.
Some of the nerds even studied how Wallaby became so mentally strong and so much streetwise smarter. Until they sent a spy to Numbuh 4's room to find a tape of survival, given as a gift from the Los Santos Dogs.
It turns out, they no longer have a use for the Kids Next Door since they opened up a Kid's Academy for Child Abuse Recovery of Los Santos, but the truth was, Wally's the last person they can trust with the system and not let any brat get in the way of the progress of fighting Evil Adult Tyranny.

[For the Los Santos Dogs after all these years…]
For Michael, he had a divorce with his stripper wife and lost his ungrateful children after many battles. He did, however, have his Delightful Children to take care of since their old parents were living better without them, so instead, Michael shared the parenting time but took a bigger piece of the pie chart. For now, he brings a stripper to the house to satisfy his every week needs.
For Trevor, he has been supplying the women in his Strip Club, but he has also been doing some nutty stuff in the trailer park. Nothing much to say but Constance and David have been watching over him and taking care of him. Trevor may not have a car, but he also lets his strippers drive the kids home to school and work as well as supply the food, since David works at a Mexican restaurant as a Cook, despite his age.
For Franklin, he has been working on his own family with his blood, but still backing Lamar up in his own lane, which he gets roasted and getting self-esteem shattered.
Lamar… was just another hustler waiting to get by by acting tough and all that, but he stopped the act around the Delightful Children as well as selling tapes on how to survive in this cursed city, and finally got his own word on Numbuh 4 before alerting it to the rest.
Lester always teaches how to choose options to the Delightful Children about life and sometimes when there's a door open to take a risk, know the risk before jumping in, because of the fact that there may be a small opportunity with a hefty price.
Johnny was then promoted to Ace Attorney who helps children from Child Abuse. But he also does other things but only if they're possible, and he always fights for Mexicans, Blacks and Asians in court to stay in Los Santos to protect them from the mayor.

[Wallaby's Story in Los Santos]
As soon as Wallaby moved in Los Santos, he was greeted with some nasty Caucasians who wanted to speak like any hoodsta and tried showing him off, but Wally just shrugged it off, that was until the posse took it too far and dissed his little brother, Joey Beetles, to which he attacked.
A kid was watching across the lawn in his avenue, and thought what Wally did was amazing. His Name: San Pedro Gonzales.
Pedro introduced Wally to his group of unpopular friends that go to his school.
There he met; (Teens with their summary and problems-list)
San Pedro Gonzales: A 15 Year old Oaxaqueño Boy with a slightly chubby appearance. His dream was to sing on the radio and make money, but the problem is, kids these days listen to ugly songs about drugs, guns, sex and money and even more sin.
Princesa Estrella Diaz: A 14 Year old White Latina girl who is pregnant from foolishly having pre marriage sex with her boyfriend, who ditched her. Now she has a bloated belly with a kid insite. But she does move around regardless and is quite fit, just difficult to do stuff with the child. She was also a stripper inside Los Santos with a fake ID, but no one knows and even threatens Wallaby with a child support lawsuit if he dares snitch.
Lucas Thompson: A 13 Year old Black American boy who is smart but wants to be like every black in his city because he doesn't wanna be mocked for being too smart. But he admires the streetwise inside Wally for he can show his nerdy side a bit and still spar with Wally in practice fights for when he gets close to a cop.
Jake Nougat: A 14 Year Old Caucasian Boy with a knack for skating and running around subway tracks in the morning. His problem was that he was diagnosed with ADD and his insurance is playing cheap with his single mom's hard earned money and his brain conditions slowly getting worse.
Kyana Black: A 13 Year old Black American Girl who is close to Numbuh 5 but with a knack for fighting foes tougher than her and even greeted Wally with a sparring invitation. Why? She is a Kickboxer, MMA Fighter in training, and she already punches like a Kangaroo. Problem was, she doesn't know who to trust.
Toshi Kyaru: An 11 Year Old Japanese American Boy who looks close to Kuki with his green shirt and black jeans. Though he, himself, is an entrepreneur, selling "Gummy Bricks" to children in his kitchen which he owns by himself, but his parents live with him. But for now, he makes the money for the house.

[Where we stand in the story]
It's Winter Season, and Wallaby has everyone in his posse invited for Christmas. Until the day he saw Fanny in his Street, living in his Cul-de-sac. He knew from his trained instincts that she was recommissioned.
The more he looked throughout Los Santos, the more he found familiar faces in his city. He was introduced to the Delightful Children, who were now the retired Sector Z, relaxing and doing adult things like working and school. Some of the familiar faces were Disappointed or even Angry at him for being this far of a traitor, which Wally tried his best to not care.
The Lucky 7 Bills were watching their Aussie Friend become driven to madness from the Kids Next Door of his Generation, but Toshi had the knack to invent Wally something out of the same stuff the KND would use, but of course, crafting it would take until Christmas.
But until then, Wally will have to hang on.
And just for fun, Kyanna put up a sign that said "KN-Deez Nuts".
Which obviously made the KND mad, but of course they realized that Wallaby was slowly getting wide open like cracking into a Coconut Shell.
For now, the Los Santos Dogs tried their best to get the Kids Next Door out of the city by using a Decommissioning Bullet designed by Toshi, himself. A Bullet tipped with Rubber with less gun powder to hurt less, and to fight memory and it only works when it was a headshot, but what Toshi had in mind for Wally was something not for that situation.
