Story: Marinette gets stuck out in a snowstorm during a delivery and accidently finds herself in Nino's house.

"This is a disaster!" Marinette wailed, shielding her eyes as she trudged through the snow.

How did she get in this situation? Well, her parents asked her to make a delivery for them. In a snowstorm of all things. Being the good daughter she is, of course she accepted. What she didn't expect was the mild snowstorm to turn into a blizzard. Just her luck.

Maybe I can transform into Ladybug and do this? No, abuse of power and I still wouldn't be able to see where I'm going.

"It's so cold, I need to find some shelter and wait this out, but where?"

Marinette continued to feel along the buildings of Paris, trying her best not to get lost anymore than she already is. Suddenly, she felt the knob of a door and being so cold she didn't think twice. She threw the door open and slammed it shut, sighing immediately as she felt the warmth overtake her.

"Marinette?" A familiar voice asked.

Marinette looked up, seeing her friend Nino of all people.

"Nino? What are you doing here? Wait, where is here anyway?"

"You're in my house." Nino replied.

Marinette squeaked, looking at her surroundings and finding that she is indeed in the Lahiffe house.

"Oh no, this is so embarassing!" Marinette put her hands in her face, trying to hide. She didn't even think when she burst in the nearest door that it would be someone's home and not a business. She was just that cold.

"So...what brings you here?"

"I, uh, that is, um...it was an accident you see...a delivery and a snowstorm..." Marinette fumbled.

"Hey, hey, calm down Marinette. It's okay. Just tell me from the start."

Marinette inhaled deeply. "My parents were busy with orders and asked me to deliver this one," Marinette holds up a frozen package. "So I said yes and I didn't think the snowstorm would be a problem but it became worse and I couldn't find my way. Then I felt a doorknob, your doorknob, and didn't think before I burst in I was just so cold. I'm so sorry!"

"Chill dudette, it's cool. You're my friend, do you really think I'm mad?"

"Uh...maybe?"

"I'm not mad. Lucky you found your way here."

"Yeah, uh, lucky me. Again, I'm sorry but I'm also really glad it was you and not some stranger."

"It's fine dudette, I'm just glad you're safe. Now don't just stand in the doorway, come in."

Marinette smiled. "Thanks Nino."

"No problem Marinette. I'll get a blanket and make some hot cocoa." Nino smiled back, standing up and walking to the kitchen.

"Oh, no, you don't have to do all that! Just sitting by the fire will be fine."

"I insist. What kind of friend would I be if I just let you sit by the fire?"

"I don't want to burden you anymore than I have."

"You're not being a burden."

"Then at least let me help make the hot chocolate."

"If you insist dudette."

Marinette walks over to Nino. "I'll make yours."

Nino smiles. "Then I'll make yours."

Marinette and Nino set about making each other hot chocolate. Once it's done, Nino grabs a few blankets from the closet and he and Marinette wrap themselves up in them, relaxing by the fire for warmth.

"I know I said it twice already, but thanks Nino. You're a great friend. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stumble into. Lucky me." Marinette smiles, sipping some hot chocolate.

"Lucky you." Nino smiles back, also sipping his hot chocolate. "Anything for a friend."
