Adam: Glad everything's back to normal on every single floor, Platt's back with patrol officers, Lansing has all his Detectives, 51 is back to normal and we are good to go.
Atwater: Yeah, Truck 81 and Squad 3 are back to normal and I'm glad for Lansing to have all his Detectives back and for Severide to be back as well, Jake and Erin are both glad he's back.
Adam: Pretty much everyone is.
Jake: Peralta, my office.
Jake wants into Holt's office to see Sloan on a major freak out.
Holt: Sloan, tell Peralta what you told me.
Sloan: The Target is my archenemy and she is back in New York.
Jake: You're talking about Lucy Patterson, aka "The Target", striked tons of cases, made her own territory, all back in the 80s.
Sloan: Target territory, always bad territory.
Jake: I'll get Blair up here.
Sloan: She already knows.
Jake: Voight told me about her.
Sloan: Sergeant Voight and I are partnering up on the case, you will be with us on the case.

Lansing: I come with sad news. Sloan already told you about The Target, right?
Jake: He just left to go on a call with the Rescue Squad.
Lansing: Well, The Target just killed 5 people, including 3 criminals you've been chasing, 2 of them undercover cops, the other, a mole for Antonio, let's get him in here.
Holt: Antonio, my office.

Antonio: What's going on?
Lansing: The Target, Sloan's archenemy, killed 5 people, one of them was your mole, also 2 undercover cops, all criminals Detective Peralta has been chasing down for some time.
Jake: Who are the other two?
Lansing: One of them was a witness to a case you were working on, the other is army veteran Jeff Manning.
Jake: Son of a bitch.
Holt: Personal for you, Peralta?
Jake: Yes, Jeff was a very good friend of mine.
Lansing: Jeff's wife, Natalie, went to high school and college with Peralta. They met Jeff in college.
Holt: Take some time off maybe.
Jake: I have to tell Erin.
Lansing: Tell Voight first.
Jake: I will. Same with Kelly.
Antonio: What about Target?
Lansing: We're going after her very shortly, call everyone in the briefing room.

Lansing: Meet army veteran Jeff Manning, grew up in Chicago, moved to New York later on, now dead. Killed by Lucy Patterson also known as "The Target".
Jake: This woman is very deadly from what Sloan told me.
Voight: The Target is also believed to be the person who set the fire that killed Leslie Shay.
Lansing: Send that to Boden.
Antonio: She also marks her own territory, if you cross it, your life is on the line immediately.
Lansing: Jeff's wife, Natalie, has a personal connection to three of the people here in this room.
Holt: I need all hands on deck. Dismissed.
Lansing: I'll get my Detectives and warn 51.

Lansing: All DEA units, up to the 4th floor, now.
Lansing goes down to the 3rd floor.
Casey: Something going on.
Lansing: All hands on deck, The Target is going down, we need you guys.
Boden: We'll help, we need this woman down as well.
Lansing: Thanks, guys. She killed Jeff Manning. We need this win.
Boden: We'll be up very shortly.
Lansing: Copy that.

Lansing heads back up to the 4th floor.
Lansing: Boden pulled Squad 3, Truck 81, Ambulance 61, Engine 51 and Battalion 25 all out of service to help us.
Holt: We're good to go.
Lansing: Partnership assignments, groups of 3, Peralta, Lindsay, you two are the ones affected by this the most, you go with Roberts, Halstead, Santiago, take Montgomery with you, Antonio, Diaz, get Cooper, Boyle, Burgess, you go with Anderson, Atwater, Jeffords, you take Patterson and Roman, you and I will go with Forrester.
Voight: Me and Holt will go with Murphy, I take it?
Lansing: Yep.
Boden: What do you have for us?
Lansing: Police have already been assigned, but Hitchcock, Scully, Gina, Tony, Capp, keep an eye on the precinct, Casey, Severide, Antonio, Diaz and Cooper, Gabby, Herrmann, Peralta, Lindsay and Roberts, Brett, Mills, Boyle, Burgess and Anderson, Otis, Cruz, Atwater, Jeffords and Patterson and finally Mouch, Newhouse, Halstead, Santiago and Montgomery, Olinsky, with me and Roman, Boden, Sloan, go to Voight, Holt and Murphy.

Jay: It's fine, plus we have more things to worry about, thank god that outside of the stakeout tomorrow night, we're off tomorrow.
Jake: All of the unit can relax and chill.
Jay: I saw you looking at a paramedic all throughout the night.

Jake: This could be the chance.
